  3. Lady V! How did I miss this??? You are preggers? Congratulations!!!
  4. Like you, cutie.pie, I get the vivid dreams too. But many things do that to me, so I don't mind. I'll take them!
  5. LOL Livin101! It *is* pretty amazing, right?
  6. Wow..That IS an awesome story!!! That level of acceptance and zen is both admirable and enviable! I love it!
  7. xev, I got an fb. Love it and will post a proper review when I feel more able to describe. Gorgeous IMO and totally worth a FB!
  8. I have this and have not tried it yet! I know, crazy. Has not been a priority as of late, however. When I do try, will post back!
  9. Mara, since I got my order, the house has smelled and felt heavenly! Dear lady, my word, but you are gifted! Thank you!
  10. Mara, got my wonderfully, magickal, treasures. Thank you so very much for the generous extras! And the little stockings...OMG! How adorable are those?!Thank you.
  11. Hi Mel. Sorry to hear about your bf. OMG, I feel for him. We have a GALLON of Nature's Miracle Advanced on the way. Years ago, we had a kitty prone to urinary tract infections and she would per outside of the box when she did. This was how we would know she had an infection. The Natures Miracle worked great back then. We also ordered a backlight to find the exact location of the areas. And yes, again you are right. It was very stressful to them. I have been difusing some lavender oil to soothe them. Am afraid of giving them catnip since the youngest girl has epilepsy. Full blown grand mal seizures. Breaks my heart. but anyway, am cautious, perhaps overly so about anything that might act as a trigger. Yes, we have our hands full for sure!
  12. Hey, wait just a minute, QG! Everyone knows that good things come in small umm.."packages!"
  13. Thanks Mara! Got it. I typically use a wax warmer simply because you can use one for either wax or oil, but not an oil warmer of wax. I like to put a bit of the oil into water myself. Thank you for the phero advice as well!
  14. Mel, that's a great thought! I have been so distraught and overwhelmed by this whole so t duration, along with t hat excruciating bout with my infected tooth and jaw, and now keeping up with the holidays, I never even went there! If you, or anyone else have further thoughts on this, I am desperate to hear! Am sorry about you having the funeral to attend Mel. Condolences.
  15. ephoebe, btw I LOVE the name, Phoebe! I just ordered trial vial of OCCO White in my last order which I will hopefully get from PO tomorrow. I can't wait to try this! I am an absolute "honey ho," no doubt, but am finding as I get older, vanilla is becoming a bit of an obsession for me. Strange..most women discover and love vanilla when they are younger and I was not one. (always different it seems) I will report back on my thoughts on OCCO White. BTW, must admit that I ADORE OCCO Ambrosia!!!! YUM!!!
  16. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, this stuff!!! Don't get me wrong, for most people and for times when I just have light anxiety and irritability, Balm Bomb is awesome and will get the job done, but in truth, perhaps 7 out of 10 times, it is THIS one I will reach for. I pray this one is never, EVER discontinued!!!
  17. OK..have not seen this topic addressed before and I never would have thought to bring it up myself until now, finding my partner and myself in a lousy situation with our kitties. So we have three. Two females and one male. The older female is quite alpha and the younger male seemed to make her feel insecure in her status. Long story, but we began smelling a cat spray smell (YUCK)a couple of months ago. Thank heavens, it for now, is isolated to a spot that Lila, our female, considers hers. It is a foyer withith a staircase to downstairs. In order to give them more room to exercise, we eventually let all of them have some play time there. Then the time came when over late summer, that entry that was due to be renovated, was renovated. It took a lot longer for the workers to com p lets the plastering and priming of the walls, about a month, during which, the cats could n o t be allowed in there. Eventually, we began letting them resume their playing there. It was shortly after that, that we began to notice a faint hint of spray. We have never in our over twenty years together had a cat do this! OMG! Horrified! But try as we may, we could not find the exact area that had been marked so that we could treat it with Nature's Miracle. It got worse, until we just closed them out of that area. We then had episodes of aggression and redirected aggression. Now we have ordered a backlight and Advanced Nature's Miracle to hunt this down. We also ordered Jackson Galaxy's Ultimate Peacemaker Set, and Feliway plug in and spray. The Feliway, is of course, a lab synthesized phero. It just arrived today and we promptly plugged it in. They were sniffing at the cap and definitely interested, but in what way, I have no idea. So.. in addition to any helpful feline dilemma advice anyone might have, I am wondering this: does anyone know how or if the Feliway pheros could interract with pheros that I use? Second, has anyone ever experienced any of the above described behavior in their cats when using pheros for people, such as aggression or territorial marking? Any input would be greatly appreciated!
  18. Wow!!! What a cool surprise! Just came from peeking at the latest wax melt additions and saw that Mara also added some simmer oils??? If there was a thread on this, I missed it. How cool! Mara, can the simmer oils be made with pheros? Also, was wondering if the wax melts or the simmer oils are more concentrated in scent, or about the same?

Wow Mara, I second Luna' s sentiments. Here in New England, coffee ice cream is very, very popular. Coffee scents are something I love on people they work for, but alas, my skin mutilates them in an olfactory sort of slaughter. So sad...
  20. Ahhh yes.. I know what it is and like a couple of other odd smelling fragrances, it works absolute alchemy when added to perfumes. I have Rapturous Reverie, and love it for ritual use. When I first sniffed its smoky essence, I swore to myself that there was something familiar beneath its other ingredients and I thought it might be that particular ingredient. I also picked up on something..almost wet and animalic in A Taste for Luxury AND Silk and Fur. Please tell me Potion Master? Was I right?
  21. The PO has mine! Another hostage situation. Will have to pick it up tomorrow! The suspense!!!!
  22. Shampoo brand or not , clairesence really is the prettiest of the three words. I totally forgot about Mr. Halloran! I guess I have heard of clairesence before after all, just didn't realize there was a term for it. How did it work for your mom? I wonder where the line crosses from a very sensitive sense of smell to a psychic one? Agreed Patchjulie! Defintely the prettiest of the words. Also easiest to remember for me. As far as my mom's "Clairesence," it seemed for some reason that all of my mom's psychic abilities seemed to manifest in seeing only the BAD, and this led to her somehow just shutting it all down. The scent thing stayed with her though, but only in a the context that she had a very heightened sense of smell. I have this as well.
  23. androstenol, on 05 Dec 2014 - 04:50 AM, said: Interesting the different names for it--clairolfactance, clairalience, clairescence,... Thanks for confirming it's an actual thing. It is intriguing; I've got a bunch of tabs open now reading about how it manifests itself in different people. I think I like the phrase,"clairesence" best, although it does sound a bit like a shampoo brand! LOL! As for the psychic sense of smell thing, it is definitely real. My mom had it. I have known others who had/have it, and remember in the Stephen King book, "The Shining," where Mr. Halloran had the gift. He said he and his grandmother both had it. He would smell the scent of oranges. it really *is* fascinating!
