Beach Goddess

So, I just *had to*, I really did, get some things in the sale. I went with Mermaids of Atlantis (how could I not try this?), Spirit Bottle, 1 rose quartz heart, 2 honey body butters, Pirouette with LFM, and 2 samps of LP O. Freebies chose 2 Pirouettes with LFM boosted with cops. I am so excited about all of it. Pirouette has helped me find my LFM sweet spot and I love all of the notes. I've been wanting a FB since this came out, so was very excited this was on the freebie list.

Plumeria, Strawberries, and Coconut. I haven't tried birthday cake (though I really want this one too!). I have a small decant of the orchid but haven't tried it yet bc I'm a bit worried I'll love it too. I flipped out on the sugared cocoa butter, coconut, plumeria and strawberries. I prefer the sugared plumeria over the FC plumeria - go figure.

Ack - I forgot about my list from the sugared line... must revise list.

Is it wrong that I like the smutty honey? Most others my skin turns into a baby powder thing. But smutty or fruity seems to work. Good to 'see' you, MDC. Haven't been able to chat for awhile, let's email again soon!!

I've posted in various other threads about my rekindled interest in LFM. I've always really liked it, but for some reason it's been tricky for me to find my sweet spot. Not that I've done the measuring/ testing involved to do so either... but, anyhow. I want to give more love to LFM. Beyond the attention at dr's offices - per prior posts, including my own, I must say last Saturday night, I know LFM was working hard for me, and it was AWESOME. I feel like it takes about 20-30 min for me to feel the selfies with this one (typical for me with pheros). Not good or bad, just something I've noticed. Anyhow, I got so much positive attention and for like 30 seconds it (almost) freaked me out a little bit. Then I just went with it, because let's face it, it felt pretty great given how hectic things have been. I won't go into all the deets, but will say I felt almost like a movie star (ok maybe in my own mind, but whatever) because I felt so glowy and that others were very drawn to me in a positive way. I got a little concerned about other's lack of sense of personal space (getting too close to my face when talking etc.), but I didn't feel self conscious like I had in past. I used about 5 large dabs (from sample - neck, forearms, wrists) and 2 mini sprays to my hair from a DHEAS decant just to top things off. The group I was with had a great time. I got so many compliments from everyone- all night. We all ended up dancing at a beach bar. Excellent evening. And though I felt like cinderella, I didn't turn into a pumpkin nor did I lose either one of my shoes. Oh, I also stayed up to watch the sunrise. On the beach. So yes, thank you LFM and LP (was wearing a scented LFM).

BC - maybe post some of your ideas for that in your threads, good info sharing there - gives inspiration. It is soo much better to cook everything, support local farmers, etc. JL - I think that sounds like a great plan! Good for you! No one has to buy OCCO Ambrosia alone either. I love it so, but already spent (literally) due to sale. I still have a FB from last year bc I was out of my mind over it, and right after 1st joining LP too. Mem- Sounds like you got an awesome haul. I don't know the deets around your package, but also hope for you it shows up too! Congrats on the FB LFM. I have had the hardest time finding my sweet spot with this one, not sure why, but I beyond LOVE it when I do. I get so much DIHL and the selfies are perfect. And the selfies for me are most important, hits are total bonus (and I like that bonus). ETA: now that I think more about it, I do love the hits as much as the selfies.

Thanks Halo , I always go with less is more anyhow - figure Sheer Essence is probably more 'goof proof' to avoid chance of over doing it.

Thanks Chelle! I was just thinking about how best to use sheer essence. I have the sample version too, so I can use but haven't yet as wasn't sure given it's diluted EOW and not sure how much EOW is in sheer essence. I'm a lot like you - very conservative with pheros and cops. Unless of course it's pre-boosted with either in a scent I love, then I just go for it. But I feel good in that it's pre-mixed and it's harder to mess it up (overdo either the phero or cops) with the pre-boost.

My creative budgeting plan to pull this off this month.... no take out food or delivery (which I've been doing a lot bc I WFH and work has been non-stop, so if I don't, then I end up not eating for most of day - eeep). So yea, LPs over food. Because there are always sales at the local co-op or healthy food stores which is healthier anyway, and will *make* me get out to do more things even when it's crazy. So win-win. Another point for my philosophy of LPs "arent an addiction, but a committment to a healthy lifestyle". I'm going with NR sampler for sure, then prob 3 FBs unsniffed, bc well - yea, the notes. And I HAVE to get some LP Original now that I've tried it. So glad I have some essence oil, so I can wear it (and others) with cops. I don't think I'd know how to layer full strength EOW with a scent without botching it somehow. I'd just boost the FBs (easier) but I want to be able to wear them all anywhere.

omg, Donsie - I just laughed out loud soooo hard. I don't think I can get anything during sale or any of the "re-boots" and I want 3 of them so much I am about to cry. Finally tried this and it's gorgeous. It's beautiful sweet ripe strawberries on me, wears very close to the skin. Reminds me of super ripe, perhaps sliced strawberries as the fruit is so present. I'm wearing solo right now but looking forward to layering. It would def 'pink up' any scent. It's summery, breezy, sweet fun. Adding to my (growing) list of sugars to get bottle. I'd love to be able to spray this on too.

Is BI considered a dom type phero? (feeling dumb asking) I don't really have any advice other than love love both Leather and LFN. I really only use Leather to motivate me prior to workouts (and keeps me going during a workout, keeps me focused or something), but I have been thinking of doing a small size convert of my oil LFN to mini spray. I think I'm worried I'd spray myself too much though since I love the LFN selfies.

OMFG! Ok so yes when I post, I am usually enthusiastic, bc well, that's kind of why I'm posting- if something means something to me. So, that aside, I shall start GUSHING over this. I joined LP about a year ago and have never tried this, until just a bit ago. Now I want full bottle, full throttle (meaning asap if I could). This is beyond gorgeous, simply amazing. I wish I could give a better review of this on the notes, etc. but it's so well blended. This is simply gorgeous, amazing, warm, and makes me feel glowy. For this I would love to splurge on both spray FB and backup RB FB. (runs off to go digging thru my sniffies now to look for more until I can go FB) ETA: Now have 2 samples on the way, so excited!!

I was playing with some sugars last night (having been lucky enough to get in on prior decant circles - thanks Bella)! Anyhoo, I was surprised I had yet to try this one. I totally agree with all reviews above. This is cocoa butter, not chocolate, but sultry cocoa butter, sugar style. At first it was a bit strong on application (or that could have been because I kept huffing myself), but about 20 minutes after dry down it calmed down a bit to blend in with the other sugars. I want to play with this one more and probably use a bit less so this note doesn't overpower the others. I would wear this solo and also might layer with some other non-sugars as this would give a nice "cocoa butter body" to anything. So far I've layered with sugared coconut, sugared plumeria - and YUM. I think this would be awesome with sugared egyptian musk too. I might have to play with more sugars this weekend.

Hi Donsie, I agree it may be a cycle thing. Sometimes LFM is just joy, calm, cool with pretty aura. But I've also worn it and it made me self conscious and a separate time weepy. I think it's EST though Leather definitely hasn't ever made me feel that way, but probably also bc Leather is sooo strong the other way, the EST smooths it out. Sorry about your day, I'm testing Lumina now for the first time in awhile as it has a good amt of EST in it (or seems to from the list of ingredients). I haven't done much testing with that one, so it's on my list to try a few times prior to posting anything on it.

Drooling over the store stuff atm - scrubs, butters, and more including the gorgeous gemstones. Aaaah.

All the reviews plus this one are pushing me over the edge to order, trying to have restraint. I love Leather so but haven't worn for social or sexy - more for workouts or getting things done. Def confidence booster fo sho. But this sounds sooo good. Of course based on reviews, I would really want to test at home first (like I do anyway) - sounds like the name - Audacious! ETA: Halo and/or Luna - which has more EST, Leather or Audacious? I think EST is supposed to make you a bit more glowy too (as one of it's properties). (?)

So cool, cougarrific - great combos and appreciate the insight. I just can't wear DOM. I have only tested once and it flipped my bitch switch a bit with 3 small sprays. Luckily I tested at home (with pheros, I test by myself before around others). It also made me really anxious. I will test again to see, but with caution. Leather on the other hand, is my 'go to' for many situations - love it.

Yes, but wouldn't you want to totally hide the precious? I'd fear they'd take them (for their own use as they would not be thrown away). I'd super hide them - if that's even a thing.
