Hi Belle, when Mara came out with the new spell collection she said though we of course could boost with a phero, it wasn't her recommend. Of course you could probably pair whatever you want and some of the combos you've mentioned may be good. I just haven't paired any from that collection with a phero because didn't feel the need and also because of what Mara had mentioned. There's really so much positive energy in them (the ones I've tried), they are awesome solo. Why don't you try some samples and see how they feel to you - or your friend if she wants to try them out? Then you can decide if you want to pair with phero or wear solo, or how they feel to you. I had so many happy surprises from that collection where the fragrance is so gorgeous and uplifting (hence I haven't worn with phero yet). Especially the ones others have mentioned here. Star Power is already boosted with pop potion for an extra oomph. Love that one too! But I don't think that's what she's looking for here. FYI - all have given great advice, but I have a feeling Donsie has a super knack for it. She's given so much smart advice on other threads. I've asked her to start an 'advice' thread - hoping she will!

Yes, how could I forget how awesome this could be with BANG!? I love BANG! I guess I know part of what LP I'll be wearing today, something layered with BANG - or maybe that'll be what I wear for tonight. I need FB of that for sure - only have 1.5 pheromas of it. Plotting next order... hee!

If it were me, just EOW, that way you can layer with any UN you want. This would be great with a lot of things. LFN comes to mind as sultry combo, but I'm also a huge LAM fan and can see this with that too. LAM goes with almost anything. I don't have any experience with sexpionage and very little with BI, so can't chime in there. ETA: If you did boost with EOW and then layer with another blend, you may want to be careful just to avoid the cops overload. You should post what you choose, would be good to hear what others like to layer/ wear this with.

I wish I had a great suggestion, I think others have it pretty much covered. Also from spell oils - maybe Love Thyself (it's calming and centering, like Harmonious Self but of course different), or One True Love (which also has a self love vibe to it). (?)

Thanks Luna! Once I can place another order, may do that (just placed one recently). Luckily I've hoarded 2 backups of the LAM BCP and one BCP NoCo. I'm hoping the scent comes out again in LAM before I go through those FBs. I am looking forward to trying the NoCo BCP with Bang though!

I haven't tried BAM yet, I think I'm afraid the bnol would 'do its thing' on me. But many many posts suggest BLAM is pretty awesome (BAM plus LAM) like Donsie stated. I'm sure it's awesome, I'm just too chicken. For 'flavor', I have LAM in the pink and (same flavor BAM comes in), and for some reason it goes odd with my skin chemistry. The pink amber flavor is definitely difft from OCCO Ambrosia or even LP Pink, on me. Maybe one day I'll get bold and BLAM. My fav LAM flavor is buttercream peach (also known as BCP). It's sold out now, but hoping one day it could maybe possibly have PERM status. Maybe if one day there was enough interest and ongoing demand?

Welcome nyx!! This is such a great place and OMG, all of LP products have been amazing for me. Hey Donsie, have you tried LFN or UnLeather? I wore UnLeather for a bit yesterday and kicked BUTT cleaning my place. I wore it because I was going to work out (and it's a 100% WIN for a great workout), but I had the wrong class date/ time so missed the class. Sadly I didn't just go work out somewhere else. But on the bright side, my place is much cleaner! First time ever with UnLeather. LFN on the other hand, usually helps me in that area (amongst its many many other wonderous powers).

Hi cutiepie, do you notice that with any other blends with EST? I have the same issue on certain PMS cycles (even my PMS moodiness is inconsistent from cycle to cycle), that I *think* it's the EST that can make me feel all weepy or just plain uber vulnerable. I don't know for sure that's it, but noticed this with Lumina and LFM on separate occassions. Not always a bad thing because sometimes when you have PMS a good cry is very helpful!

Yay Donsie - so glad you tried it! It does mellow more if you let it age a bit, if that helps. But not everyone is going to like it, I'm sure. I love it so much I started buying it boosted with EOW.

Of the fairy cakes (when I can order) - plumeria, apple, honeysuckle, lemon, grapefruit (to layer with cougar and/or wear with UnCougar), orchid, peach, tuberose and more.... ok so yea I want all of them. I have to pair this done to about 3 or 5. I have sooo wanted to try soaked with audacious, but both are sold out. But if it's true we can still order un audacious via mad scientist, I may have to go for it! There's a couple of LEs from past months, but haven't been able to narrow the list down. I'd definitely but the promo LAM (great sale), but luckily I started hoarding all things LAM when I joined last July. Oh and a couple of spell potions.... sigh, my list keeps growing.

Hi Darbla, I was wrong - Halo corrected me in an earlier post. It isn't a mini-LAM but true full size LAM on SALE promo this month. I say go for it, and it is a great price. http://www.lovepotionperfume.com/perfumerie/potion/MagnetPromo/ It may be less expensive to go that route (I haven't priced it so don't know for sure) and you can ask how to mix yourself. Plus you can make a mini one to see how you like it and have enough left over to try LAM with other scents.

So I'm late to this party thread, but def agree with what everyone has said. Bang!, LFM, Cougar, LFN are great picks and all of those blends are pretty versatile IMO. I'm also a fan of LAM, which you can get in UN right now in a mini size for a limited time. Of course the ones with cops you'll just want to be more careful with. Prior to the trip, I recommend self-testing to see what you feel most comfortable with. But I could see these 4 being awesome picks for a trip and getting your own groove back. I always recommend starting with samples (that's what I did and still do), to see what works both scent and phero-wise. You can try so much more that way. And like BB said, scented pheros take a lot of the guesswork out trying to figure out how much phero to wear with what scent, etc. Helps you find your sweet spot faster, I think anyhow. Welcome and have fun!!! And I really appreciate that LP doesn't charge more for samples - i.e. I think a sample is like 1/5 of a FB, so if you can't buy a FB of something now, you can get 3 samples and it's (3/5) of a FB. I've always disliked stores that have a higher price point on samples to try to not to gently nudge you into a full size. Luna - correct me if I'm wrong on that but I think I heard that about the sample size vs. FB size when I first joined LP.

So I've read all the reviews, but curious - is this unisex enough for a girl to wear or would the SS4M not be congruent for a female? The notes look great and the label is pretty cool. I don't want to smell like (or feel like) a guy, but tempted to try at least a sample of it. But if the SS4M would make me feel or give off 'guy vibes', definitely not what I'm going for. ETA: Also wondering about women wearing some male pheros in general. It seems guys like you more when you're already dating someone else. So..... just saying, maybe there's potential with this one?

So I have a lot less experience with pheros, but if it helps, will add my 2 cents. Believe it or not, I've had very positive outcomes with just a few wand swipes of scented Cougar. I have worn it to large meetings (both males and females present) and even to an interview. It made me all sparkly and confident. Also, I think everyone gave more attention and weight to what I was saying. Keep in mind I'm a phero lightweight, and I also haven't tried SWS yet. But I did 'nail' an interview and also do extremely well at large meetings wearing it. It seemed to help all aspects - including the social part that comes with those types of things.

Thanks Halo for this info - i.e. that it's the none. I cannot do DOM. I only tried like 2x (spray UN) but WOW, did not like how I felt at all. Irritable (to put it mildly). But Leather, now that helps my workouts and gets me in workout mode. LFN makes me feel like a sexy bad-ass, it's only flipped my bitch switch one and was probably cycle related and due to still trying to find my sweet spot. It motivates me, but not as specific to workouts as Leather does. With BI, I don't have enough experience to comment other than I didn't notice any motiviation for workouts with BI.

It's totally weird for me bc DOM flips bitch switch into high gear and not in a good way. I've only tried it 2x (in UN 2 sprays each time) and felt irritable etc. That said, I didn't note when in my cycle I tried it, but didn't like that irritability so less likely to try again soon. Leather however, I really like and brings out alpha and confidence. I think the EST takes the 'edge' off or whatever. I agree with others that the pheros enhance vs. create. Which is also the beauty of it because I feel like I discover some wonderful things about myself that can come to the surface. A wonderful journey in phero-world.

Welcome Baroness!! Great analogy - squirrels in a frenzy. I have been that way since joining LP. Samples helped me soo much (still do) for budget and also to try more things. And of course the sample packs (or whatever the real name is) is also a huge help in trying lots of different notes and pheros. It is an addiction, but as I've said in many other posts, personal opinion is we are supporting healthy lifestyles for all the joy LPs bring. Joy reduces stress, which is a bad thing. Also, aromatherapy in the LPs, also a health benefit. Welcome to the forum and looking forward to your reviews!!
