  2. I'm sort of getting half of them if that makes sense? I get the automatic emails from CataLunaLPMP saying it's ready to ship, but I haven't gotten anything with a shipping confirmation or tracking number
  3. Ok, so my skin is slowly but surely getting back to normal so I have slowly began wearing some LP's & Phero's just between my boobs & a little on my wrists. I still avoid the neck/chest and other areas that are still easily irritated, and I only wear my "non-spicy" scents as the spicy ones still make me red & itchy. Anywho.... Today I had "the day off" which means spending the day in the hospital library so since I wasn't seeing patients & because one of the security guards happens to be quite cute I decided to wear some of my BI boosted OCCO White After a while I thought I deserved a break so I popped down to the coffee shop to get myself a caffeeine fix. I'm standing in line behind a Registrar (must have been medical rather than surgical because I didn't recognize him) and after a few minutes I notice he keeps glancing back at me. I wasn't quite sure how to take it since I'm still a bit selfconscious about any remaining rash being noticable, so when I had placed my order I moved sideways just a bit so I was standing behind him rather than next to him. He had ordered before me so obviously he got his coffee before me... He grabs his cup & then he just stands there for a few seconds hesitating, like he was unsure whether or not to leave. He finally walks off...slowly, and I can see in the corner of my eye how he turns around & looks back several times Sigh.... How I've missed my phero's! I love them & the fun effects I get when wearing them
  4. I reckon SLG will come up with something fab! She always does
  5. Happy Sauce For The .o...n.. Happy sauce for the what???
  6. LOL, I think that would fit.... But have you seen the definition of "Happy Sauce"? Happy Sauce
  7. OMG.... My mind is drawing blanks.... There are WAY to many self help books with titles that could easily be tweaked to more or less naughty names for phero blends... 7 Habits of Highly Effective People Awaken the Giant (Within) How to win friends & influence people The 60 second Motivator Getting to Yes Women Whow Run with the Wolves
  8. Halo, I can understand this must be a very frustrating & stressful time for you and that it must be tempting to "self-medicate" with Lace and other pheros....but I agree with the others. The most important thing for you is to stabalize your condition and that can only be done if you find the right medication & the right dose. If you use phero's while trying to alter medications you aren't doing yourself any favours. Think about it...if the phero has an effect on you or your mood swings, or if it interferes (either in a positive or negative way) with your medication, then you wont be able to get an accurate view of what the medication is doing for you. You real effect of the medication will be masked by or mixed with the effects of the phero. You need to find the right medication & the right dose for you to stabilize your mood first...then you could try and tweak the normal variations of mood using phero's
  9. Well, it's almost midnight here so Rosebud will have to give up and head to bed or she'll suffer at work tomorrow... Leave some of the good schtuffs for me will ya please ladies?

  11. Welcome to the world of insane addiction Coco Custard What type of scents do you normally tend to go for? Which ones did you get in your first order?
  12. Aprilha, I don't know which country you are in, but my goodie packs from LP usually take 5-10 days to arrive once they have shipped, ( I'm in the UK)...I'd say most of the time I get to wait 1 week from when they ship.
  13. 170 pounds?? Wow, that's quite the achievement! Very impressive
  14. A female should be consuming approimately 2000 kcal/day. Most reputable diets (eg Weight watchers etc) that approach weightloss in a sensible & safe way usually aim for 1lb weighloss/week. They do this by providing diet plans that give you around 1500 kcal/day so you each week consume 3500 kcal less than you need. The rationale for this is that to loose 1kg (~2lb) of pure body weight (ie fat tissue, not just water loss) your body has to either burn off (by increasing aerobic exercise) 7000 kcal or consume 7000 kcal less, as that is what 1kg is in terms of energy/kcal's. So if you decrease your calorie intake by 3500 kcal/week (ie 500/day) you'll loose about 1lb/week, more if you also spend more calories through exercise. A diet that provides you with less than 1500 kcal/day is considered "intense" or extreme, and they are only safe in the short term. The also tend to work less well as the body adjusts the metabolism to starvation mode and lowers the metabolism to conserve energy. It's one of those evolutionary defense mechanisms that got us through times when food was scarse. So, when you then start eating normally, that normal calorie intake is too much for the low metabolism to burn off...and you get re-bound weightgain. That's why you so often see people that yo-yo diet...they diet with extreme, "quick fix" type diets instead of going slow & steady. And the bodys response to extreme diet is quick; the metabolic rate decreases already after 2-3 days of superlow calorie intake. A diet that gives you only 500 kcal/day would be extremely dangerous. Your basal metabolic rate or resting metabolic rate is the minimum amount of energy your body needs to function ok. For an average size woman this equates to approximately 1200 kcal/day. That figure comes from calculating the amount of energy your body needs to just to stay alive, ie for cells to live & multiply & for your organs to function...with you just sitting still, doing absolutely nothing other than breathe you need to consume more than 500 kcal/day. Your organs need a minimum of 53kcal/hour just to stay alive, that's how much energy your body burns just to sustain life; to generate the body heat you need, the energy the muscles of the heart needs to contract to pump blood through your body etc. If you multiply 53 kcal by 24 hours you get the minimum you should give your body for it to function like it should. If you consume less than the minimum that your body needs to keep organs going, the body will first try and prioritize which systems/areas of the body that most desperately need the few calories that it's given. The result is that any non-vital body functions will malfunction... your periods will stop, bowel motility will decrease (muscular contractions to move food along in your bowels "peristalsis" requires a lot of energy) so you'll be constipated, blood flow gets re-routed to ensure the vital organs get the perfusion they need so you'll end up feeling cold, production of new cells, including those of the immunesystem starts to fail so you are more prone to infection... After this, if your body still isn't getting enough energy it will start breaking down your own tissues to use as energy, usually fat first, then muscle. The problem is that your brain contains mainly of fatty tissue, and this also gets used as energy. This is why malnourished people get "slow" mentally, their mental function gets sluggish at first, then proper confusion & cognitive dysfunction follows because the body is breaking down it's own tissues. The result for the brain is personality change with erratic behaviour, psychiatric effects like agitation, aggression, memory deficits & OCD like compulsive behaviours...It's no surprise that starving people will kill for a piece of bread, or why starvation is still used as a torture tool in some areas of the world. Your body will also break down muscle tissue to use as energy, and even though this first happen in the large muscles (eg legs & arms) it also progresses to other more vital muscles. The initial effects are muscle weakness and feeling too tired to move alot. The later ones are worse...the body can also use the muscles of your heart & diaphragm (needed for you to breathe). Most anorexics actually don't starve to death, they tend to die from fatal arrhythmias because their heart muscle can't work properly anymore so the heart fails to contract & pump blood the way it should. Anyways... enough of the science lesson
  15. I've used both Open Windows & Lace with great effect at work (hospital). They both make people more easy to get along with, and patients are more relaxed. You really can't beat OW! I've used Tranquility a few times too for situations when I knew it was going to be high stress or emotion involved such as delivering bad news. I don't think Tranquility for me personally is the best bet for everyday wear though because in many situations I need to have the adrenalin pumping to perform at my best. It keeps you alert & on your toes when multiple things happen simultaneously & things change quickly.

As soft as the delicate muslin dresses she favored – though some would say they were decidedly less than regal – as rich as those fragrances it was said she preferred, her scent commanding friends, enemies, lovers and rivals alike…a tribute to the original creation of Jean-Louis Fargeon: the famed fragrance Trianon and the woman for whom it was created, Marie-Antoinette. A decadent floral with touches of warmth, recalling that most infamous of royalty…iris, jasmine, rose and orange blossom upon a luxurious base of sandalwood and musk. Creole Man - 1/3 fl.oz. Return to the mystery of the bayou with its most seductive inhabitant, the Creole Man. This is a version of our Bayou Musk blend especially for men: the darkest of musk, vanilla and green notes with a touch of bourbon resin, hints of spice and sea air. Call of the Moon - 1/3 fl.oz. There is a chill in the air of a full moon night, even in Spring, but the call of nature cannot be denied. Spring means all things are blooming once more, and the moon is a beacon for those seeking their mates across the vast wild landscape...calling for their chosen to join the age-old fertility dance once more. Garden of Mystery - 1/3 fl.oz. The first seductress upon the earth, the first woman who could not be tamed…Lilith is a powerful figure in the mythologies of the world. We hope to embody her seductive aura as she first appeared in the Garden with an equally complex and captivating fragrance: the temptations of muscadine grape, pomegranate and lime, walnut and hazelnut, with hints of ginger and marshmallow root layered with rich balsamic amber. To invite others into the mystery one should be enigmatic…and you will be as longed for as Lilith, haunting the memories of all those she conquered. Mercuralia - Pheromone Enhanced Fragrance for Women & Men - 1/3 fl.oz. In our wired fast-paced workplace there is no more appropriate deity than Mercury: the messenger of the Gods, and the only entity able to move freely between the realms of the heavens, the earth, and the underworld. He is also a God of commerce; both of honest commerce, and known for using mischievous wiles to achieve gain - but not with malicious intent - rather charisma and humor to see how much he can get away with. Mercuralia is a scented ode to the swift god of trade and travel, crafted of ingredients considered sacred to Mercury. A clean, androgynous herbal blend of olive blossom and olive leaf, with notes of palm and crocus grounded by ancient resins, it is quiet confidence further bolstered by the addition of our exclusive SWIMMING WITH SHARKS pheromone blend for a little wily assistance in gaining some advantage in the workplace. The race is to the swift…so let Mercury show you the way! Sinful Indulgences - 1/3 fl.oz. The sin is permitted, because the absolution is brewed into the mix! Once upon a time, one could purchase salvation as easily as a loaf of bread, no matter the offense an "Indulgence" was always available to wipe the slate clean. And sin is so very persuasive, so we say: why not have the blessing at the ready when next you are tempted to stray from the straight and narrow into the dark alleys of temptation? A rich and sinfully indulgent blend crafted from ingredients procured from sources of worship, absolution is yours with consecrated oils, resins and other elements of fragrance from locales considered sacred (such as Rome, Antioch, Patmos and Jerusalem), with a touch of Holy Water and a smudge of palm ash... cleansing and purifying, yes, and so very naughty, naughty... Native Soil - 1/3 fl.oz. Always in demand by all Creatures of the Night, this is a Protection Potion with a very sexual context. Just as a Vampire must sleep with a bit of his native soil for protection, this Spell Potion will also keep unwelcome elements out of your circle and away from where you lay your head at night. It contains many ingredients designed to keep nasties away, but this Cinnamon and Sandalwood based scent will allow the ones you invite into your world coming back for more! This customer favorite is in its third brew with the original recipe: creamy exotic yellow and green Carpathian florals (said to grow upon the graves of those suspected of vampirism) blended with three types of cinnamon and a Turkish resin blend. Deep and dark like the night, surround yourself with the sexy security of Native Soil! Touch of EBIL! - 1/3 fl.oz. EBIL yummy goodies from the creepiest midway around…sweet vanilla cotton candy is made sinful with warm woods and dark smoky creamy caramel…spookily sexy yet also cute and fun for Springtime!.
  18. Midnight Cravings - 1/3 fl.oz. If you’ve been constantly craving our (quickly sold out) Constant Cravings, try this deliciously dark new variant! Only late at night will certain passions arise, your skin flushing as the thought of the one you desire runs wild in your imagination. Robust vanilla meets spicy patchouli and hand-tinctured amber, with dashes of exotic cardamom...sexy and mysterious as a secret lover who visits only after dark...some cravings are best satisfied at midnight...
  19. Methinks I'm leaning towards 2 bottles unsniffed...just to be on the safe side LOL If this one is anywhere near as good as Constant Cravings it'll likely sell out before my order arrives in the UK... Can't risk that now can I?
  20. I have similar reactions with TAH & with EST. My Mr Cheeky and my old TG both react really well to both TAH & EST because they do like that ultra-feminine vibe. They both get very chivalrous & attentive. My colleagues on the other hand (95% of whom are big, burly & macho-acting typical male surgeons) do not react well to TAH at all. They treat me as the little weak woman or a bimbo & try and walk all over me. TAH is definitively not for work...well not for me at least because of how male dominated & macho my line of work is.. I have to compete with the lads & fight for their respect more than you would in a job where the male:female ratio is reasonably equal.
  21. Too floral for me I'm afraid, but I'm not a big fan of florals other than violets & roses.... http://lovepotion.invisionzone.com/index.p...&hl=morning

    jumping in...

The new pheromone guide is a subsection, but there are plenty of good threads in there with info about phero's in general, how to use them and what different ones do. It's also a great place to post specific questions, or you can do that in the general questions about phero's There's plenty of experienced phero users about that can answer any questions you might have that you can't find answers to in the old threads. Another thing that you can do, which will also make the acronyms make more sense, is to go to the phero section in the store and read about the different mixes & phero's. The acronyms are abbreviations of the names of phero mixes btw. BAM is short for Bewitch Attract & Mesmerize (I think LOL). EoW is Essence of Woman oil (pure cops)
