Rosebud

This one is absolutely LUUUURVELY On me it's a lot more similar to V1 than V2 was. It's a touch more spicy than V1 initially but it's got that same lush creamy dry down... SOOO yummy! V2 was too spicy on me. Nice, but too spicy.

My goodies from this months release are still en route so I haven't actually tried it yet... I only got the sample of this one as the notes of smoke & hickory scared me. I tend to amp those kinds of scents to ridiculous levels. Now I'm not so sure being a chicken was the right decision...maybe I should have just gotten the unsniffed bottle

Oh, I always go out of my way to be friendly with the nurses. It's something that I learnt already whilst in Med School... ALWAYS be especially friendly with nurses & path-lab people...it makes your life so much easier & you get requests for your patients done so much quicker than those doc's who treat nurses like they are there to serve the doctors rather than be part of a team. The best way to make life difficult for yourself is to be stroppy to the nurses... I also tend to gate crash their handover meetings to see what's going on with my patients on the nursing front. It's amazing how many doc's don't care about who's peeing/poohing/puking/eating or not when it has such a big impact on recovery

I had a bit of an odd reaction from someone when wearing Lace the other day... There's this nurse at work who never, (and I really mean neeever) smiles or says anything nice. I'm assuming she's a lesbian (though I might be stereotyping) because she's got that short boyish chopped hair, one big ear-ring & is very butch in the way she acts, speaks & walks. She's certainly never seemed to like me much before, she normally just glares or stares at me and leaves whenever I walk onto the ward A few days ago I was wearing my Whoopsie Daisycakes amped with Lace and I got bleeped to come sort out some very trivial things that hadn't been mentioned to us when we did the ward round. So I get there and start sorting out the bits & bobs of writing up fluids, drugs etc... She sticks to me like a bad smell! Hovvers around me the whole time. Then when I'm done & hand her the charts she goes; "Oh, thank you ever so much, that was very nice of you, really...you're lovely" And it wasn't said in a sarcastic way either, it was with a genuine, sweet voice laced with sugar WTF? Where the hell did that come from? Other than wearing the Lace there wasn't much that was different with me...except that I normally have a my male colleagues in tow (the always seem to walk behind me for some reason) & I don't normally wear skirts which I did that day...I can't figure it out...maybe she was having a stroke? Has anyone else had reactions from other women when wearing Lace?

This one didn't work for me I'm afraid... It's too "perfumey" for me and the florals have a strong sharp note in the background which is a bit soapy & woody

I don't really do fruity, I just do care much for overly fruity scents but I like this one. It's one of the few fruity scents I can wear without feeling like the bloody Chiquita lady...along with Eternal Chain, LP Winter Solstice 2008 & The Good Witch

I got one of these amped with Lace & Cops since Mr Scrumptious has a thing for coconut...and he reacts really well to the Lace (especially with the extra added cops )...It's my "snuggly-horny" potion It's pure yum-yum in a bottle...which gets even yummier when I wear it around Mr Scrumptious LOL

I'm thinking of getting an LP bottle or two for my Mr Scrumptious but I don't knbow the male fragrances that well. I personally LUUURVE the Boddice Ripper but I adore anything violet... I don't know if that's up my mans alley. The perfumes/aftershaves he has on his shelves are * Diesel "Only The Brave Men" (coriander, lemon, mandarin, violet & leather alongside musky undertones) * Hugo Boss "Pure" (transparent water accord blended with Mediterranean citrus & enhanced by juicy fig like notes) * Armani "Diamonds" (Italian citrus-bergamot accord enlivened by a vibrant, electric burst of Szechuan Pepper. Cedar, alluring cocoa bean, slightly smoky gaiac wood & intense vetiver.) Any ideas which LP's are along the same scent lines, that he might like?

I'd be glad to take it off your hands if you fancy a trade?

Well, oh-la-laaaaaaa.... I just LUUUUURVE the scent myself (Mr Scrumptious likes it too )....but the oh-la-laaaa is the Sexpionage effect It definitively drives Mr Scrumption wild. The only thing that beats it was the mix of the old Pharmacom CB with OCCO

I sometimes don't wait with the Oil roll-on's but just add the perfume & smear together but not if its a phero with lots of cops in it. I've never tried it with the silicone or spray based phero's tho

I've got a few extra bottles so I'd be willing to swap or sell one

Garland & Lace does have an eggnog note in it, but it also has other notes which, on me at least, predominate. Eggnog Riot on the other hand is all Eggnog. It really does smell like proper eggnog, booze and all

Have any of you ladies noticed a difference between Leather & Dominance? In terms of self effetcs as well as effects on others? I was never a big fan of Dominance so I didn't rush to try Leather but I once I did I realized I actually really like it. Really, really like it. Especially for work when I do my A&E shifts. It gives me awesome confidence & assertiveness without feeling or acting bitchy. I still feel like me, just more confident. Dominance on the other hand don't get the same self effects with. I get assertiveness & confidence yes, but not in the same way. I don't get bitchy like I did with Mx300 or TAL but I don't feel like myself, I feel fake, like the confidence is a mask I'm hiding behind. It's like Dominance is superficial, on the surface, whereas Leather blends with my own phero signature... Has anyone else noticed a differece between the two blends?

I got one of these bottles unsniffed thinking it would be my perfect sexy, naughty caramel scent. Unfortunately that loveaffair was not to be There must be a touch of honey in this one & sadly I amp it to horrific levels...and even small amounts of honey on me leads to badness....

LOL, I've read this thread a bunch of times but it's not until now, sleepdeprived after 4 nightshifts that I can see it.... I Scream For Halloween Though, I have to say....I kinda like Tyvey's suggestions too Maybe Mara should make a scent for one of those name suggestions. Knowing what us "ladies" on the forum are like a scent called "I'm So F**king Horny" or "I Should F**k Him" would sell like hotcakes

I really liked this one. It was one of my fave's from last months releases. I get the yummy pie with rhubarb on top, but unlike most fruit scents this one doesn't get totally hijacked by the fruit note/s, I still get the pie notes Unfortunately it doesn't last very long on my skin...my skin seems to eat it fairly quickly so I'd need to layer it with CPS (?)

I reckon it would be fab! I've got one of the brown sugar scrubs scented with JA's Sweet Winter Chai & it's amazing

DS-III is one of my fave's. It's more violet than rose (on me at least) but they have the same similar dark & naughty base. DS-III has a touch of lavender to it too

I think he'd like this one (unless he has memories of his gran wearing rose perfumes maybe). It's sexy with just the right amount of "naughty darnkness" to the scent to still be very feminine. I get compliments from both women & men when wearing this one

I wonder if you might be onto something... I'm an absolute vanilla ho but the past few months (since April really) I'm not having any luck with vanilla scents. I don't get any vanilla or marshmallows with this one...just smoke & a faint graham cracker note. Same thing with my PE (Rosebud's Vanilla Cupcake) I didn't get any vanilla from it...same goes for the vanilla based scents in the past few months releases. And all this weirdness with vanilla either going funny on me or being totally undetectable in the potion started around the same time as my hormone supplements all got changed (I'm on HRT)...I wonder what impact that might have had on my skin chemistry There has to be something to it because my LP's definitively don't all smell the same on me as they used to.

I'm not sure what you mean by "cancel eachother out"? If you wear different blends with very different "phero-vibes" you might confuse people by sending out "mixed signals" eg. wearing something very soft & feminine with a masculine blend. That would send a very odd "phero message" but the two wouldn't cancel each other out and give you a very neutral sexual signature. With blending...do you actually blending the potions together, or do you mean layering (ie wearing more than one phero, applied separately on different parts of your skin)? I would not recommend actually mixing several phero-blends together as this would throw off the ratios of the various components in the mix. The final phero signature of a certain blend is not at all just down to the ingredients in the mix...its the ratios of the various ingredients that give you the specific signature.
