That perfume smelled like cheap skank on me. I wasn't the slightest bit surprised, though. If I'm gonna pay department store prices for a fragrance, I definitely don't want to walk away smelling like cheap skank.

I've seen a couple of mentions of Jouir de and now I'm a little worried. Jouir de on me goes through a pronounced "perfumed balls" stage that I just couldn't get down with. But I just couldn't pass a sample up!

Tyvey, even though you're describing it as "semi-stunned" and I described it as "euphoria" but my gut is telling me we're both describing the same feeling. I feel hyper-aware too. I don't feel my tongue ( ) but colors seem more vivid. The feeling is like when Dorothy leaves the house and steps into Munchkinland. Now, for the Amazeballs...will they be chocolate covered or have chocolate incorporated into them? Not that it matters; i think I could consume copious amounts either way!

I've been working on a sample of LP Red for ages. (A tiny dab scents me for the day.) But now i need a bottle, and what better time than now when I can get it as Red Lace? So a bottle of that and a 10-sampler. I'm trying to decide if I need Breakfast in Bed. And I'd like a body creme but then picking the scent is a whole different decision process!! And we'll see what my car mechanic tells me tonight...

I love Bang too, but I'm almost thinking La Femme might be good for that too, if you have it. LOL at your story, LV. It's true!!! There's usually peacocking involved when I wear things with Est, but with Bang, it's almost like the men are channeling MacGyver. I commented the other day how they were going out of their way to open doors for me and what not, but it was the way they were doing it. The elevator doors were shutting, and this dude almost backflipped his way in front of them to keep them open! ETA: I don't know the level of cops in LFM, but if you really wanted to sex it up, maybe add a dash of extra ones.

I was thinking the same. In my mind, these two would almost cancel each other. +1 for the Perfect MAtch with cops if you're looking for the sex and bonding. But yes, LP Red would cover the Bang. Not much that LP Red can't cover in my experience!

Random related story...my friend had a guy that was "super attached" to her. (We hesitated to call it stalking at that point.) But then he would be humming that song all the time! We decided that he was basically announcing his intentions because yeah, that song is the epitome of stalking.

I guess it depends on what you're going for. If you want to mellow her, those are great. If you want to put her in check, I strongly suggest Leather or Swimming with the Sharks. Someone also suggested Dominance to me in another thread. ETA: I just reread the title and saw it was a bosshole. I still stand by Leather (I Leathered my boss last week), but i would temper the air this creates with your manner so you don't come off too bitchy or insubordinate.

I wear Bang! often and I get hits consistently, but today I must have been Working it with a capital W. Everywhere I went, it was like I had men wrapped around my finger just as soon as they got into my phero cloud. Doors held open, DIHL looks left and right, people let me cut in line at the store. It was unreal!!!!

Young Rose--first I get lots of rose,but only for a short time before the scent begins to develop. It's very dainty, antique like.I don't get much tea with this, but the sandalwood is magnificent. It's light but has a lot of staying power. I imagine Victorian ladies wore a scent very similar to this one. Even if you don't like roses, I think you will probably like Jack's Rose. On me, roses can srot take over a scent, but i think the berries keep it in check. This is a very pink scent, a very happy scent. When i smell this, I think of the scene where Rose went dancing in steerage class with Jack. Forever Rose is a lovely scent. It's deep and mellow compared to the other two. At first sniff, it smelled like Pantene conditioner circa 1995. I mean this as a high compliment!! That was one of the best smells ever and i was devastated when they retooled their line. Anyway, that's exactly what it smelled like when it first went on. Then the musks come out. Some of the deeper musks I can't do, and for a moment, I thought they were going to take over, but then they mellowed. Yay!! And I have to agree with Elizabeth on the honey. Honey can go really wrong really fast on my skin, but it stayed true on me too!!! These are wonderful, wonderful scents. Excellent job!!!

I own a-nol by itself, but when I'm going to phero, I reach for my blends 99% of the time. They just plain work better for me. The two I use more often than not are Bang! and Cuddle Bunny because I feel like they meld with my chemical signature. When I put them I'm on, I'm me on steroids, if that makes sense. i'd suggest finding frangrances already boosted with the phero of interest, buy samples of them, and test how they make you feel. That way you know before you purchase a big bottle of the UN phero or boost a fragrance of your choosing. ETA: corrected many typing failures! Eek!
