This has become one of my favorite scents. Unfortunately, I'm on a tight budget this summer and am limited to acquiring scents via trades. So if anyone has samples or a bottle of this and it isn't working out for you, please check out my trading post thread. It seems like I hardly ever wear just one thing; I'm always mixing several scents together. This one layers perectly with sugared apricots (I like fruity). I have an essential oil mix called "fig leaf and italian bergamot" (there are other things in it as well I just don't know what) that I throw in also, and the result is unbelievably complex and heavenly.

Okay, how much of it is skin chemistry changing the scent vs. our olfactory cells receiving or processing the input differently? That is what I want to know. In other words, maybe some days things smell differently to us but the same to everyone else, even when we are wearing it? They are scrumptious, and I haven't worked up the nerve to ask her for her recipe yet. It is one of those "family secret" type things. She makes them as gifts around valentines day. I'm not sure I'm ready to test our friendship to that limit LOL!

This one grew on me. Too bad I only got a sample....

I haven't tried this yet but sniffing it from the bottle my first thought was how lovely this would be spritzed on crisp clean bedsheets before climbing in and going to sleep. This was before I read this thread or noticed that the description recommended it for a bedtime fragrance. Very nice!

FYI most seasonal allergies are caused by fungal spores and the pollen of wind-pollinated plants, not the pollen of bee-pollinated plants. People often erroneously assign blame to pretty, colorful flowers (the insect-pollinated ones) when the blame is really on the smaller, much less conspicuous wind-pollinated flowers. For example, goldenrod often gets blamed for causing allergies, when the culprit is really ragweed, which flowers at the same time. The other thing is that the reaction is mostly the result of breathing these things in as air-borne particles.

I got a bottle of this and wore it today. It is really lovely, and almost as sexy as phero girl.

I have plain TAH also and it doesn't have much scent. However, Me, Jane did not work for me at all, either. It smelled like some kind of sweet baked goods (maybe mapley, I don't remember), but very strong and I was also picking up smokey tobacco notes as well which I strongly disliked. I think it is the only scent I've tried that I had to scrub off and wash my hair just to get rid of the scent, after only trying a dab.

I'm going to try it again. I didn't find it unpleasant, I just felt self-conscious wearing it around shopping.

I tried this one today. The scent did not seem very strong and I felt the cops and pheros were not covered and so I smelled rather unwashed. I could smell the chocolate very faintly. My hubbie didn't care for this one either. I might try layering it with something else.

I like this and so does the husband. It actually smells like I *expected* aqualina pink sugar to smell, but where as the aqualina was weak and lacking in depth, LP Pink is richer and more complex with a nice creamy note underneath the sweetness.

This smells to me exactly like the description: leather, whiskey, carmel, plus I get a bit of smokey. I like it but for me it will not be something to wear very often.

I just got some of this; it is definitely interesting My first reaction sniffing it in the bottle was cat pee. Bravely, I applied some to my arm and let it settle a few minutes. Wet it has a strong grapey note on top but the cat pee floats up from under it. My cat did not find it interesting in any way, BTW. Partially dry now, the cat pee note is settling down and the fruit is becoming stronger and I think the fruit is becoming boozy. It is...interesting...weird...somewhat unpleasant and pleasant at the same time but I can't stop smelling it. Edited to add: The husband said it smelled fruity and he liked it!

I placed an order on feb 22, and another around march 1, and received an email on the 2nd that they were being processed and would both ship together shortly. If they are moving it seems likely that orders will take a bit longer.

I know sugared roses is old news but it is new to me and I wore it today for the first time, along with some sugared honeycomb. So, one of my friends has a special rose cookie recipe that includes Bulgarian food grade absolute rose oil. If you have ever enjoyed a baked goodie flavored with rose water, well, these cookies are about 10X rosier than that! Just a couple of days ago I enjoyed some of her rose cookies. Anyway, the sugared roses with the sugared honeycomb smelled just like her rose cookies -- wonderful! For about half of the day. Then it turned powdery on me. Does anyone know exactly why that happens sometimes?

I have a sample of this and love it! Layered with something vanilla it smells like apricot cobbler...mmm! It lasts pretty well on me.

Silk fabric, particularly raw silk, has a characteristic odor. Is this what this scent smells like? Or am I being too literal?

I know this is an old thread, but I just thought I would add that I have experienced the same thing with scented Cougar. Sometimes it smells absolutely delicious and sometimes it smells like it has turned bad on me. I don't think it is the pheros because I now have numerous scented and unscented phero products and this is different. I think it is the grapefruit. What I don't know is if it is really turning bad on me sometimes or if that is just my perception. I have been afraid to wear it out. On the other hand, the last time I wore it my husband said it smelled good.

I got my full bottle yesterday, which was great because I had almost used up my sample. The husband likes this one ;-) Not only does he have a healthy male reaction to the copulins but he liked the fragrance. Generally he says nothing about fragrances, but last night he told me I smelled yummy.

That sounds great! I once was given a bottle of bath and body works warm vanilla lotion and ended up always layering it with gardenia fragrance oil. It was scrumptious.

I'm a new sugared honeycomb fan! I just ordered a big bottle. I'm glad to hear it is one of the permanent products.

I tried nakai nectar last night for the first time. I love the scent, plus it elicited the appropriate response from the husband ;-) Today I wore it again layered with sugared honeycomb and Androtics Instant Sexiness B. I was in love with myself all day long. I'm going to have to get a full bottle of this and Sugared Honeycomb as well. Urg, if my husband knew how much I'd spent on scents and pheromones in the past month...

I still love this scent! I just noticed it is on the heading towards endangerment list so I purchased a large bottle.

Yes, I will do that. I have quite a few more that I haven't tried, and I figure the odds are that there will be a couple more that don't work out at all.

I tried this for the first time this evening and I don't care much for it. I do not smell bananas or coconut at all. I'm smelling hazlenut coffee and pipe tobacco. Maybe the maple note some people reported. I ordered this because TAH seemed to work well for me in Instant Sexiness B, but I'm not sure I can tolerate the fragrance. xev

I just tried honeyed seductions this evening. The interesting thing is that when I first got my order and was smelling each vial, this one and several others did not appeal to me at all (I haven't worn the other "unappealing" ones yet --the only scent that instantly appealed was Cougar Potion.) Anyway, the honeyed seduction mellows and changes on me. It smelled cloyingly heavy with a harsh edge to it in the vial, but after drying down on me it smells light, sweet, and slightly powdery. Very subtle and nice, like sweet skin. I like it! I put this on with Intellectual Woman phero blend, but alas, the husband has a head cold and can't smell anything (much less be interested in any hanky panky) so it is all wasted tonight, except for my own enjoyment. xev
