Softer and more feminine than I expected. This is a softer musk than I thought, it is a great night on the town scent.

A spicy-sweet floral that makes me think of what a medieval perfume recipe would smell like. For some reason this fragrance came out smelling like antique type of floral and spice blend.

Yes, this is fruity and wine like. On me, I mostly smell the fruit rather than any other note.

A soft,sweet, floral with a touch of spice. Just like the name says, it's a happy fragrance. Great for times of uncertainty or change, a scent that enourages one to think happy. I liked this quite a bit.

This would be a great spring fragrance too. It is fresh like rain with a touch of spices associated with autumn and yet is not foody, but rather comforting in a hopeful way. I thought that this was quite pretty,

This would make a good teen scent. All I could smell was candied rose with a tad bit of Mr. Bubble, when I tried it. Very sweet and candy like to me.

Sadly, it didn't work out for me. But I thought it was cool that it smelled exactly like Smarties candy with lots of grapefruit on top. It seems to be a teenager type of scent.

I smell the blueberry the most as well,this is definitely a fruit lovers fragrance. It smells to me mostly like a fruity musk of sorts, the musk smell must be a mix of the rose and spices.

Tutti Fruiti. A very fruity blend that is quite charming. After the fruitiness settles down a bit, the vanilla and other notes kick in. It reminds me a bit of gum, but I really like the sweetness of the pineapple and blackberry standing out. I did not notice any change concerning the phero. I'll wear this again to see what happens and update later.

When I tried this, all I could smell was the tobacco and really nothing else. This is actually more for a man than a woman, in my opinion. It did remind me of a smokey western bordello though, and I did feel like a soiled dove. Not my kind of scent, but interesting.

Very sweet and sugary. The berries and sugar are stand out on me, the amber was in the dry down softly. A soft and sweet fragrance and quite fruity.

This scent is a mix of Musk, Citrus, and Vanilla. What a fun fragrance! This is what I'd picture a vintage Bond girl from the earlier James Bond films would wear. In the sample vial the musk and citrus notes werre immeadiately noticeable, but not the vanilla. Upon wearing the citrus seemed to take over on my skin. Still, I like this very much.

A quick side by side comparison of Winter Solstice 2008 and Winter Solstice 2009: Winter Solstice 2008 is more like Love Potion Black with rich butter creme and vanilla overtones, like a hug from a sexy person. Winter Solstice 2009 is very Cocoa driven with vanilla, nut, and fruit accents. With my own sample vial, the most predomient notes are the cocoa and vanilla. I couldn't detect any fruit notes on myself. So maybe each sample vial may vary. Winter Solstice 2009 is a cuddle up with a book and blanket scent. I love both versions, though I do find Winter Solstice 2008 more sexy. And yes, I too plan on buying a full bottle of the '09 version.

The first thing I noticed about this scent was the over all signature sweetness of the sugar. After the initial dry down the sandalwood became the prominent note. It is a very pretty perfume.

I wished that this could've worked on me. My skin brought out the tea scent more than anything. I smelled like I was walking in a tea bag.

I liked this scent. But on me it became masculine. The sandalwood and patchouli were the only notes I could smell. So, I won't be buying a full bottle of this.

I got my sample in my package today. It's been a few hours since I put this on, I can still smell it as if I just applied it. It's long lasting and the usual notes of amber and patchouli take a back seat to cinnamon and sugar. Both the cinnamon and sugar compete for the top note on me. It's sweet and sexy. Somehow, I felt as I was looking for younger men when I was out and about earlier today. Hm....brings out youthful qualities, perhaps?

This seems to be spicy-sweet to me. The cinnamon is the most noticeable note folled by resin and sandalwood, (on myself anyway).

This could be a relative of Love Potion Black. Perhaps a pumpkin spice naughty cousin. It is indeed sexy, incense like with a spicy suggestive tone. Or perhaps Love Potion Black dresses up for Halloween?

Lately, I've been having the blues. So I've been wearing Love Potion Winter Solstice and it's really a lovely and comforting scent. I plan on ordering a full size bottle before it sells out.

Right now, I am just ordering the sample pack of the new releases. However, I do have a shopping list of full size bottles I am planning to buy.

If a wedding bouquet could be transformed into a perfume, it would be this one. It is like a bouquet made up of classic wedding white florals, sweet and fresh. A long lasting memory lingering in the air. It somewhat reminds me of Bethrothal Potion because both fragrances use some of the same ingredients. Only Forever After is more sophsicated than Bethrothal in tone and has less of a green scent and the floral notes stand out more. Bethrothal's floral notes are noticeable after it's green notes. And lastly, if one could picture a wedding taking place; Forever After is the bride, Bethrothal Potion is the maid of honor, and the sophiscated friend of both is In the lap of the queen (for it's fresh and green-floral like tones).

This scent gives me the impression the sea. Maybe because of the mix in total or perhaps because of the fig and heather. The floral notes are the last to come in. I agree that this does smell like an expensive designer scent and that is a close to the skin scent. It is one of the lovliest scent of Love Potions I have smelled.

It took a few "wearing" tries to pin Romeo And Juliet down. It is very spicy and herbal when I first put it on. Then it softened to a subtle near muskiness and wears to a lovely hint of scent. It is not at all like it's counterpart, Robin And Marian. But in spirit it is similar.

I also can smell a fruit soaking in wine type of top note. Followed by a wet nearly green blend of smokey scent. It is very unique. I get the image of sitting outside on Beltane on the ground gazing at the stars and smelling the remnants of a faraway bonfire and the dewy grass and earth.
