  1. Your family is in my thoughts. That is a very difficult disease to live with on all sides.
  2. Calistic - I am sooo sorry. How is she doing?
  3. I absolutely want a the frank, myrrh and fig one in a full bottle. As hard as it is, I am going to refrain from ordering until my precious trial collections come in so that I can place one order...
  4. Those are good reasons to use a small company. :-). She is lucky to have you for a customer. I tend to order a variety of products for packaging, which is why I use sks. I use small brown bottles with orifice reducers to decant into for essential oil blends that I make for myself and friends. I actually decant my LP samples that I plan to keep into those bottles because they have screw top lids - I can throw them in my purse and not worry about leakage or tops popping off.
  5. I actually looked it up here... http://www.sks-bottle.com/ The site I use is specific for containers, glass and plastic. You can get roll-on applicators, sample bottles, and a variety of other styles. I make my own bath oils and salts using essential oils, and this is where I get my supplies from. Their roll-ons are .35 oz, which are about the same size as the LP roll-ons (which are 0.33 oz bottles). Dolly - you may want to check this site out. Your site has twelve (12) .33 oz bottles for $10.99 or twenty-five (25) for $19.99. The site I use has fourty-eight (48) .35 oz bottles for $17.76... When I was shopping for sources, this company had some of the best prices for quality.
  6. If you are just looking for a couple, you might send Mara/Dana an e-mail and see if you can purchase from them directly. I have a website at home that I will post tonight where you can get a good price if you are looking for more than just a couple.
  7. he, he, he... Those are better than what i came up with! I kept asking myself, "what else starts with an F that fits that description." I had writer's block. :-).
  8. The almond and hazelnut come out on me first. It smells creamy and nutty. My skin just absorbed this one. After 10 minutes, it was gone. No wait, not gone... Just subtle. I agree with the other reviews. It is a very close to you scent. It is really nice and soft. The hazlenut and cinnamon make a really nice pair. I am not sure where the creaminess comes from, but it is really nice. Like an almond butter rather than the traditional strong almond scent.
  9. The lily was dominate on me, as it usually is. Once it died down some, the sweet pea started to come out. Nice and soft bouquet with a subtle hint of greenery in the back.
  10. I am sooo happy I have the subscription. Now all I have to do is smell all the yummies and decide what I can't live without... mmmmmmmm...
  11. Syncronicity and Allegro are my two favorite scented pheros. You will really enjoy either one of them.
  12. Happy halloween and blessed Samhain! My hubby is a halloween scrouge (he absolutely refuses to put on a costume), and because he knows this is my favorite holiday he is taking me out to a fancy dinner and back home for horror flicks to celebrate. Actually quite nice and unexpected.
  13. I am sure that they will be worth the wait and will patiently sit by my mailbox.
  14. Welcome aboard! You will love your samples. I look forward to reading your future posts.
  15. I believe that it is officially time to stalk....The artists should be nearing the finale for this month's masterpieces... :emot25:
  16. The mint does not come out on me at all. All I get is the sweet rose with a faint touch of spice. Very subtle. This would be perfect for blending with an unscented bubble bath base.
  17. Initially, the musk and rose were dominate on my skin. It was a little too sharp for me, which was surprising to me since rose generally does very well on my skin and I LOVE Musky Dusky Roses. I think it was the note that was aimed to be silk. As I aged, the other notes started to come out for me and the chocolate became predominate.
  18. This one really is like sunshine in a bottle. I expected this to be very citrusy and it is not. The citrus is there in the background, like someone peeling citrus in the next room. More a hint of lemon than the other two. What the citrus really does is brighten up the florals. It is very clean and refreshing!
  19. This one surprised me. I expected a stronger clove scent. I also expected it to turn slightly waxy on me. Butter tends to do that on my skin. Much to my pleasure, this one had more vanilla than butter on my skin. Very nice and subtle with a bit of clove to catch your nose as I walk by. Just enough to turn heads as you exit the room, but not so much as to make everyone stare when you enter.
  20. This smells identical to eggnog when wet. As it dries, the nutmeg and clove come out a little more. Once completely dry, it is a very creamy vanilla with a subtle hint of clove and nutmeg.
  21. The oakmoss and sandalwood were predominate on me. It was not as sharp as I expected for it to be. It dried down to be very nice, which was an unexpected surprise for me.
