What is in it?

I am eagerly awaiting my package of goodies! I am jealous of those that already have theirs... The peach in this one actually makes me slightly nervous. Fruits tend to dominate on my skin and then morph into something not quite right. This is not always the case, however. Sometimes the fruit is subtle enough that it works just perfectly. That is my hope with this one...

Welcome xev! You picked a great "starter pack"! I also recommend the monthly sample packs if you like variety. You can order them each month. The new scents that are released are designed to be worn the following month. For example: the October releases are the harvest/Thanksgiving scents and the November releases are the holiday scents. The best deal is the annual subscription to the monthly samplers, but it is kind of expensive up front. You do get two months free and then it's like Christmas every month. I love it! -SB

Chemistry is a funny thing... JoAnna and I can put on the exact same scent and 20 minutes later they smell completely different on each of us, sometimes it is an extreme difference where you can't even tell it came from the same bottle.

Mummy Stuffing?

When I first put this on, I got a heavy linen smell that I did not like. After about 5 minutes, that dies down to a warm spice. I love it. The linen is still there at the back, but not as sharp as it was initially. Cinnamon always does well on me, and this one is no exception.

So sad... I'll have to settle with the plethera of new ones that I am falling in love with... :msn_red_fox_smilies-09:

I love this one! I recieved a small decant from JoAnna's bottle and am trying it out again tonight before I purchase a bottle. When I first put it on, it was very similar to LP Black. Now (about 10 minutes later), it is a softer and creamier "texture." The cinnamon is just underneath the resins, just barely peeking out. I can also smell a hint of peach floating just on the forefront. In between is a very complex cloud of wonderful sweetness.

Who doesn't need more cowbell? It makes everything better!

If this one wears well on you, you might really enjoy smokey kisses. Smokey Kisses has a heavy cherry scent that is very close to sugared cherries, just add a touch of smokiness to it. It is very yummy layered with sugared honeycomb.

OOOHHH, I am soo excited to see what it smells like on me!

Since I still have four orders on the way, I am going to resist the urge to order any of the new scents until my samples arrive! I have a custom sugared coming, one order that I placed with a handful of new samples, another order with a handful of samples, and an order with some key staples (for stockpiling). My monthlies come automatically, so I didn't have to worry about that! So far, I know that I am going to want a Sugared Magi in full. The others I am not sure about yet. I will have to wait until the full pages are up and I can see what is in them. Aside from this month's yummy new releases, I have a stockpiling order to place. It will include any that I need from this month's releases, any fulls that I need from the samples I have coming, and bottles of: 21st Century Venus, Dirty Sexy, Halloween Moon, NOX, Potion 31, Sugared Mint, Carpe Noctum and Vain. My year-end bonus is due in a few weeks, so I am treating myself...

I do with most of the scents that contain honeycomb. I have tried layering on top of other scents and it works better that way for me.

They released both November and December at the same time, so you have double the normal new releases! They also have a special going if you purchase both monthly packs at the same time. There was a special request from the ladies that you consolidate your orders this month to a single order to help them with processing.

That sounds like a killer combo... I will have to try it out!

You might also give it time to age in the bottle. This was freshly brewed last month, and I hear that sometimes they need a month or two to properly blend.
