Oh the issues with EST that have been discussed here lately. I'm thinking if he's behaving like a boy then she needs to load up on dominance and give him a good whipping. No seriously. If EST makes him act like a douchebag then the next best thing would be to go as far away from EST as possible. Dominance might send out a totally different message especially with cops. He's acting like a boy with his games and child like behavior. Maybe he needs the sense of a strong woman to snap him in line.

I think it might have a leather note in it. If it's like the leather note in crimson black that worked well on me.

Since I don't have this gem yet, I'll be wearing Dom with EST in the hopes that it's close to Leather.

I need details... especially on Dangerous Games because I'm jonsing to try Leather.

The first two times I wore it, (once in spray and once in roll-on), I liked it. Now, I really love how the cinnamon competes with the dark patchouli. Wearing Red and Black together it never had that kind of balance. That this stands apart from Red and Black layered is exactly what I was hoping for. I have a feeling I'm going to get this one amped with all my favorite pheros and then probably spray AND roll-on for certain pheros.

When I wear cops to the gym I most always can lift more weight and for more time. I noticed it the most when I hadn't been working out regularly and had to keep my workouts shorter because I'd been out of practice/routine. I also noticed that it seems to have an effect on guys working out within a five foot radius of me. A lot more grunting and sweat... ETA: I think in your case, Rosebud, you might have to go tantric.

Yes! P&D is very different from Red and Black in wonderful ways but still reminiscent of Red and Black. It's a delicious scent. I love that spray and roll-on bring out different elements. It's like a two for one deal! Very nicely done indeed!

Oh I love this and there do seem to be all three types. I've met all of them. I think empaths would be where we are if we can readily switch. What I've noticed personally is that since I started wearing pheromones last year, I've been able to figure out who prefers what based on responses. When I wear any dominant blend there are certain men that literally stand at attention and smile at me when I walk by. They are most always ones that strike me as more laid back and shy. When I don't wear pheros or wear a blend that is more est based, the response is meh. Of course, I only figured this all out since we started discussing it in this thread. Until then it was only observations of responses that I didn't fully comprehend. Now I feel like I have to pick a team (Team Alpha or Team EST) and stay on it or at least stay on it when I'm dealing with certain people otherwise I will come across as nebulous at best, which again explains quite a lot.

This is what's really got me curious too. I'm sort of making an assumption based on experiences. Alpha males that I've dealt with did not like me dominant. They only preferred me when I was submissive. It probably is the Clash of the Titans that Dolly mentioned. Two alphas just keep coming up against each other. No yin yang factor. But for some reason, though I can be either Dominant or Submissive the Alphas very often bring out my dominant, which I think has more to do with abuse of power than anything else. When I've been around Alphas that were fair and even keeled, I was perfectly content to be submissive. I'm not even sure if I'm using submissive appropriately here. So for clarity, I'll add that by submissive I mean being comfortable with not being in charge or taking control and letting others make decisions and choices. Alphas that make bad decisions and choices, especially ones that effect my well-being cause me to become an alpha, but it doesn't always happen right away. I tend to let things slide because everyone has off days. Of course, now I'm wondering where I am normally between on the dominant/submissive scale, and I suspect that might explain a lot in my dating life. *scratches head*

I was going off personality types of men I had dated and the ones I always meshed with best vs. the ones I didn't. And the ones I didn't always brought out my dominant edge. Now it could also be that it was astrologically based because there is some evidence there, but there was also that alpha male vs. not alpha male. I always felt that the not alpha males brought out the best in me, the most feminine, relaxed, comfortable and content me that I could be. The alpha males? I was like Xena the warrior bitch with them. All fight and struggle and aiming right for my insecurities, playing them like a piano. So now I just need to figure out if alpha males are est men or if one doesn't even correlate with another. Dang it, I need SUBJECTS and QUESTIONNAIRES. LOLOLOL

I really need to find an est man even though I tend to be a dominant personality. I tend to lean more toward dominant when I'm in situations or around people that trigger it. Otherwise, not so much. And from all I've been reading here lately, I'm realizing that an est man is healthier for me and would bring out my softer and more relaxed side or at least that's what I suspect.

Yes. Agreed. Especially since younger men seem to be quite uncertain of what their role is. In fact, they seem to be under the opinion that it's the woman's job to ask them out. Next they'll be wanting pretty engagement rings and women asking for their hand in marriage on bended knee. If I'm still alive when that day comes, I'll need to be completely sedated to keep from losing what little bit of sanity I have left.

I'm becoming convinced that the est reaction has a lot to do with if a woman is a dominant type or not. I think the est throws them and it has to do with our own signature. Like maybe we aren't ourselves to them anymore which would explain the reaction (to me anyway).

LOL I think I was incorrect with using the word 'nesting' and I'm glad you pointed that out. I will tease you that maybe in your case others were just lazy and not much into cleaning, and why would they be when they had a pregnant woman running around the house doing it for them. Gotta laugh at it. Well, maybe not. I'm sure it wasn't funny to you back then. It wouldn't have been to me. In fact, I'd probably have poked them with the broom a dozen times. ETA: Thanks quietguy!
