Hi Phergineer, there are several honey types from what I gleaned from threads. Obviously Mara, Luna, Halo know more - and there is info on honey types on the questions for Mara threads.. Anyhow honeys (and other notes) react differently on different ppl. The 'babywipe' smell you got may be from a powdery reaction your skin has to a certain type of honey. I get the same thing, but on other honey scents (seems the smutty honey), the honey stays true on me. Sexology III, Bam Original also morph to that powder scent on me which I don't like on myself. Pherogirl doesn't morph like that on me - has a hint of powder smell on me but mostly golden and smutty honey. Speaking of which, I just saw the post for sugared honeycomb - that should be good honey scent (for my skin chemistr) based on descrip. Just thought I'd throw that info out there - have learned from reading so many threads and per advice from the pros on the site, that each scent can be unique, even if notes are same. If honey isn't your thing, that's cool, just suggesting you may want to try other scents that may actually give the sweetness you may be looking for and maybe not yet kick honey to the curb. Unless you want to of course. I can't speak to spray vs. oil as far as scent, except you could apply the sceneted oil to (oil safe) fabric to see if it morphs to powder. It if doesn't (and may not since morphing has to do w/ skin chemistry based on forum info), that would be a good test. If you don't love it, no stress - there are so many things here to love. IMO. Hope you keep sampling and having fun! I'm newbie and have about 5 scents I adore, with no plans to return to commercial fragrance bc I love the artistry, the uniqueness, and that each batch is hand-brewed with intent and LP love.

I'm thinking it may be the EST and my cycle and/or just my mood. Not sure. Only reason I (think) it could be EST due to my very limited testing with Lumina (in Pherodise scent) - only tested once and made me weepy - granted I spilled most of sample on myself. So not blaming EST or that scent/ phero. I only meant to try a dab at the time and work up from there. Cougar always seems to make me feel sparkly and beautiful. I have an app on my phone to track cycle stuff, going to start making notes in there. I could use excel or word, but too much work. (haha) But is free and easy access, I know LFM has good results, just not sure what I'm reacting to. I think it is a combo of dose amt and cycle though. Thanks cutiepie!

So I don't have anything to report but have general questions as I can't seem to find my sweet spot. Of course that's bc I'm not doing testing right (i.e. wearing more than one day in row, writing down swipes, etc.) but anyhow - twice now I've noticed the selfies others have mentioned that I don't like. The gawky insecure vulnerable feeling. I don't know which phero element I'm reacting to, and could also be somewhat cycle related. I've read entire thread (whew) and seems others have had similar experiences but wasn't sure if anyone selfies were more dose related or cycle related - or a combo. I've worn once and felt great, very positive selfies. And I know this one *can* work, just can't figure it out on myself. I don't know @ effects on others bc when I feel this self-conscious then I'm not trying to engage anyone in convo or anything, I found myself avoiding eye contact with others - weird. I did notice that people in general seemed more helpful today. I'm going out tonight was going to test on others, but this anxiety feeling in my stomach (not my usual anxiety stress thing), I think is part LFM. Maybe LFM can enhance feelings of vunerability if you're already feeling a bit like that? I've been moody lately for sure. Any insight on relation to moods prior and post LFM also appreciated. I want to get that positive LFM selfie again!

I love this, going to have to put on my list for largest bottle as soon as possible. My decant sugars (thanks Molls!) just arrived, I ripped open the package and grabbed for this one first. This is PINK heaven, LP's description of scent is spot on. I agree with others - it is bright, berry smelling and the musk is perfect so it's not too sweet. It is true to name and notes. It's bright, uplifting and very PINK. I get the same citrus note others have written about, although not sure citrus is 'right' term but best to describe. I can and will layer with everything. I'd be happy wearing this solo. I love that it's bold and not too sheer. Throw isn't huge (not supposed to be), but it is just the right amount of strong. Perfect, couldn't have imagined it better!

I do lotion (but let it sink in for a long time so it's not barrier bc I use thick body butters), not much need for body sunscreen when weather gets cold but was doing suncreen after, then phero then fragrance pretty much right after phero. I don't apply fragrance on top of phero - anything with cops I tend to keep lower (ala the lollipop), but even if phero doesn't have cops for some reason I've been worried about applying scent directly over it - as I don't want to "rub it off" somehow. But maybe I'm doing it wrong. (?)

Holy cow -must try this. Sexy smutty honey with sugar - major PRE SQUEEE about wearing this solo or layering with other scents.

Thanks M and Dolly! I have OCCO Pink (shocker) and but haven't tried OCCO White yet. It sounds like white may be the best one for me to layer with LP Black to get the Vanilla to go BOOM. I don't get any Vanilla from OCCO Pink (i don't think it has vanilla, so... makes sense) but like layering that with LP Pink which is LOADED with Vanilla. So will add OCCO White to my list. Ah, it this rate I won't get to sugars until Nov or later, but oh well. A gir's gotta do what a girl's gotta do. ETA: I have layered with OCCO Ambrosia which gives it a different spin. M and Dolly, if you like both of these, you'll probably like these together. It creates difft scent (of course) but is yummy and elegant.

Thanks Dolly! Is OCCO white a foodie vanilla or perfumey vanilla or a combo? I'm hoping for decadent dark foodie vanilla -- or even the sugary foodie vanilla, but my skin tends to make perfumey vanilla SUPER piercy perfumey.

Got 2 samples due to reviews of this being awesome, so here goes - this one got travel shock for me, so I suggest waiting a few days after receiving prior to testing. That said, of course I didn't wait for my 1st test. I've tested 4 times now, so feel good enough to post: In bold below is the descrip from LP - copied/ pasted directly from LP website: Magical Properties: Seduction, Sexual Stimulant, Sensuality, Yearning, Attraction, Enticement, Love, Lust, Fertility, Eternal Youth, Playfulness, Fascination, Riches, Luck, Healing, Protection & Hex-breaking. GIven all the above (including the hex-breaking which anyone can always use) - I'm in. Wet: Smell patch, brown sugar, amber. more patch. Patch amped like crazy on me 1st test - attributed to travel shock. I was so worried my skin would turn this into a trauma like it did LP gold , thankfully after later testing Patch backed off. On dry down: Starts to smell perfumey (again invoking my prior experience) - must be the patch or maybe patch and amber together. No idea. Brown sugar definitely shows its face, it's a nice brown sugar that does not turn to maple on me (yay!). Brown sugar definitely blends in nicely for warm intoxicating scent. Take that bold patch! (I like patch just not amped like a mad scent that pierces). I have a hard time smelling the vanilla on my skin - is it my nose or my skin chemistry? No clue, I *know* it's there but can't detect on myself. For some reason think it's my sniffer. Maybe after more resting' vanilla will bloom more? Or maybe the scent just starts to blend so nicely my novice nose just can't smell it. This is a beautiful complex and very rich (decadent as others have said) scent. It's growing on me and gives me nice 'warm fuzzies' when wearing. As bold as it is (and not bold in the throw, just bold in the sniff), it's very elegant. This could be worn anywhere alone, layered, or boosted. (heehee) I'm an LP Pink girl, that and LAM BCP will always be my #1s (ok OCCO Ambrosia. BB & SD too)... but LP Black is going to be a staple for me. I feel confident wearing alone but can't wait to play more with layering. It wears well with LP Pink and OCCO Ambrosia. I find those 2 make anything more playful and bubbly light. Wearing solo: makes me feel warm, comforted, also like a very elegant beautiful woman who has the world at her fingertips. It has the feeling of cashmere (fabric not fragrance) but less fuzzy, much more smooth. If that makes sense (??) It's a super elegant super rich scent - and love the magickal properties.

Could Glamour Puss be a PE ever - made with spell intent? Just thinking there may be others like me who feel they have 'special needs' lately - or a lot of 'special needs' in that dept right now. UGH.

Um, YUM!!! I had a random thought last night about scents - thought I'd post here - but would work for a LP or body butter or anything - what about black forest cheesecake dripping with cherries? That's kind of a darker scent for colder months, but with cheeriness of cheesecake and cherries. Thoughts? Or maybe it my subconscious was telling me to indulge more in desserts, but I'd rather smell like it than it eat and have to work it off.

I'm so hoping for a Glamour Puss or Glamour Puss Equiv or amped - I'm looking harsh lately due to overwork etc. Please please please Mara, help us LP'ers help ourselves be pretty.

I haven't had chance yet but will start in October - if we all do it every month and rotate on difft schedules - then we'll be in good shape Master plotter LP'ers. Hee

Just wanted to bump this thread and ask if anyone has any other feedback or reviews on this? Have 2 bottles coming from sale and excited @ it, wondering how this would play out. I'm also wondering if based on feedback where others didn't like certain notes, did you layer it with another LP to make it work for you? I'm also thinking since this was brewed awhile ago, anyone checked on the aging due to the wine notes, wondering if scent is different now. Any input appreciated. I should be able to try within next 2 wks (not sure when mine ships), but would be good to know if anyone has revisited this. I love honeycomb and based on another thread, I think Mara said is the smutty honey - which is a win for me as smutty honey doesn't turn to powder on me.

I would love to try this, but wouldn't be able to make the cut off this month. I have a few trade/swaps pending and just placed my last order for a bit, have to calm myself down. Sorry I'll miss this. I'm sure it's awesome!

Baby is sooo adorable!! I will get to sugars soon - have so many on my list. Sugared marshmellow - omg that is so great - the few scents I have with marshmellow in them really give them a softer 'aura'. Which makes sense.

SpriteLeigh and JudyO - all reviews on this are so awesome but these recent ones put me over. I've had this on my list since I first ready about it, but it kept getting pushed aside, plus I really have to curb things now that I've over-overdone things. That aside, will be adding a sample of this to next order. Would prob do FB unsniffed if my mean budget would let up already.

I'm breaking my own new 'rule' of trying something at least 3 times prior to reviewing - but have been sniffing this for a few hours, so here it is. Ok, first impression - I got this mostly for LFN. The notes intrigued me, and bats are cool, but LFN was main reason. Since reviews were mixed and as I'm into sweeter PINK stuff (or troppo ala Beach Bunny), I was worried it would come across earthy and dank. Or dark moody. Or worse. I don't smell any dankness or earth at all on myself after dry-down (wet yes). My skin is actually brightening this up into a "sweet-er" scent, not food or pink sweet, but like a floral sweet (?) - hard to describe. Maybe the marigold is amping up. Some note in this is making this 'perfume-y' on me. So first test drive, not labeling this as a 'me' scent just bc I don't like any true floral on myself - due to the 'perfume-y' aura. But, I am holding unto my samples not only for LFN (which by the way, am loving the LFN selfies, should have waited to test this during day though, I'm more awake now) but thinking this may age into something deeper and fuller bodied. After reading other's reviews, thinking I must have weirdest skin chemistry EVER or at least for today as I keep sniffing and keep getting marigold and maybe a dash of fruit. ETA: Also keeping samples bc really love the intent of these notes. if my skin is amping marigold, maybe I need it's properties more today? These are potions after all, not just random scents thrown together. So each one is unique intented creation, glad I got this!

Curious about other's experience so bumping this thread a bit. I want both love sexy bonding feelings AND the mysterious sexy allure sex goddess mystique. I was planning next order for LFN (trying it with my Totem Bat sample) but then saw this thread, now I'm confused as can't do both next order. But right now, after just once trying LFN - feel like I really want this SOON - so glad I have bat samples to tide me over until next order.

Just got my stamps notice -OMG - PRE SQUEE - LP Black (haven't tried yet) and other samples on way soon. Getting closer to being able to order a couple of sugars. Received package today - lovely as always! Gorgeous bag and lovely sniffies - super fast ship, thank you!

Awesome cutiepie! I really like LACE but haven't been able to quite put my finger on things with it, still trying to find my 'sweet spot'. I know we all have difft chemistry, but curious how much you are using each time - spray or swipes? What I like about it is that it relaxes me, makes me social and definitely feel like it makes others more social around me. I wore this to a recent client mtg (bc I was nervous prior and while LFM or Leather may have been 'better' choice, I was going for calm and happy). But anyhow, when I got to the break room (I was on their campus), I asked @ water and 3 people tried to help me get water. I almost didn't notice until someone said, "Hey, let's not over-help her". Haha. As I can be anxious or feel nervous around these types of meetings, LACE worked for me as it softened me, so my anxiousness didn't 'seep' through and helped the meeting go well. I know I felt much more relaxed vs. usual feeling I have in those situations. I *so* want to feel happy ditzy and "Marilyn-y" - not at meetings of course - but would be fun for a nite out. So now I know my sweet spot for calming, breezing - going to slather to go for the Marilyn effect.

Ok so everyone must order sugars when placing orders so we ensure they all stay PERM. Thanks for clarifying Halo! I probably won't be able to start on sugars until late Sep / early Oct. I'm so excited @ trying soo many of them alone, together and with some of my fav scents too , to see how they change those. So much fun!

Rose, so sorry to hear this. I am so upset and frustrated for you. It's just not fair that you have to do all this work when it's their gig. And you and I've talked about some of the folks in the medical prof - there are good ones out there most definitely - but then there are just sorry ones that don't seem to care or treat the patient as a whole. I am thinking of you and sending positive thoughts your way. I won't offer up ideas as seems everyone has great ones that cover every spectrum. Sad you are having to deal with all of this and hope you find your answers soon. I don't know how much help this general suggestion would be, but when I have sinus issues steam really helps out. I won't give TMI bc that would be gross, but I will say when I do Bikram (which is heated over 100 degrees and about 40% humidity), it's almost magical what it does for sinuses. I know Bikram isn't what you'd want - but if you have access to steam room (or like the idea and want to / could build one), great for sinuses and dry skin. Hoping you find your answers soon. Remember that you are #1 and if they don't listen to you, you *will* find someone who does listen to you and provides care based on your feedback and information. Thanks both - I thought the sugars weren't PERM,, just brought back for limited time. So I had panic. I want a deal too, DEF, but if they are PERM, I don't have to worry about not getting them as I'll have more time. WHEW.
