Rose - good to know @ appts and EST. Will be order samples asap as I have anxiety in certain situations, which creates tension for myself (and prob others who can sense that vibe). How does EST play w/ your confidence? I'm having issues finding sweet spot with LFM, and I thought it *could* be the EST reacting w/ my personal moods -i.e. if I'm in a sad mood, felt like it amp'd that. Not EST's issue, mine. But since I'm moody lately (for like past year - haha), worried @ anything that would enhance any self-consciousness (like has happened 1x with LFM). I have sample of Lumina which I think has fair amt of EST. Want to test soon - on self and others, so maybe that'll give more insight on my chemistry. But knowing you and I both have anxiety issues, thinking I should go for EST sample ASAP. I have a big trip coming up mtg w/ clients et al. and could use anything that smooths me out and lessens stress.

Love this - tested a few times (never tried CB before, and haven't tested this enough to review anything @ CB pherowise). Great scent! I get fresh apple slices right off the bat, then a beautiful smooth sweet honey and some apricot. The musk does come in a bit later, but it's pretty light. I also like a bit of musk, feels like it gives a scent some 'body'. This honey is one I can wear - not powdery or anything! I can't sniff out the other notes yet but this is FB worthy for me between the scents and how they play on skin, and intent of the notes. LV and others are right, it does smell like that hairspray - but better! It's light, bright but also good throw. Staying power also good.

KK - you're right, def self-defense, apparently men can't seem to just 'go with things' really and have to make a game of everything. So, if that's the game, gotta know the real rules. I'm pretty good w/ setting boundaries but can be way too tolerant. I also think that's bc prior to divorce there was so much fighting (verbal stuff) that I just can't "deal" or put too much into things - esp if it becomes a 'drama' or I feel tested. I am getting over that a bit and realizing that if I want to get what I want and deserve, that I call BS when it's clearly BS. In my mind I'd like to think a 'real man' is above most of these games. If he's self-confidant and not a d-bag. But... that's in my mind I guess bc seems guys 'testing' us is the norm. One of the guys I dated asked for me to do something one time, and I was like "uh, NO" - and he laughed, said "can't blame me for asking!" (ok he wanted me to send pic and not a PG one). Yes we were dating but he wasn't a bf - very bold. So I do feel like I call guys out on things and def am not always just 'going with it', but I obv need to ramp up my guard. This book rocks! Hey Dolly, do you consider LAM a simple enough blend to layer with something else? I def don't want to mess up any blends intents, but I'm kind of a 'mixer' by nature (not crazy mixes necessarily). I layer scents, conjure oils etc. so it's just something I'm used to doing with certain things. Even my foundation is a mix of 2 things - a BB and a CC. haha But like LAM and Cougar - idk, haven't layered but have thought @ it. For the super complex ones like LFN, LFM etc., would a swipe or 2 of wand w/ scented Cougar be ok or would that cause issue? I tend to like to add small scented cougar for a little extra sparkle but don't want to mess up original blend intent. It just feels like a nice finishing 'touch' - again with a super small dose, not much in a wand swipe. Def appreciate your insight bc you have had so much experience. Also, is it considered 'bad mixing' to add cops to a complex phero - i.e. LFN plus an OCCO? It's not blending pheros per say (or is it), just adding more cops. Gracias for insight!

I have 'why women love/ marry bitches' ebook on my kindle for PC. Time for me to be more 'strategic' I guess. Though for me seems to take fun out of it, not that I've had that much FUN the way I've been doing it. I'm going to re-read that book this weekend - short read but want to really push it into my head. I miss paper books, something @ physically highlighting words that really drives it home for me. Hi cutipie - so I've tried SS4W, BANG, LFN, Cougar (scented and UN) so far, limited testing. That said, for me they are all different. SS4W doesn't make me feel like I'm a sexpot or anything, but my body language and selfies are definitely more relaxed and as posted on another thread kind of a 'hip opener'. Cougar makes me feel like I'm "hot" or "glam" - like I've "got IT going on" and I'm sparkly all around. BANG (not tested around others much) so far makes me feel more feminine, a gentler type of confidence which translates into feeling more comfortable and sexier. I'll be testing BANG out and about this weekend so will post if I notice anything from that. I like them all, for different things. Cougar can be social. BANG doesn't make me feel as open socially as Cougar. It's a relaxed sexy - which is a nice feeling. I'm glad I have both of these!! LFN is like magic mojo sauce as far as I feel more straight up confident (body language is actually better posture, I'm more polite , not that i'm rude but like formal polite or something) and gives me a lot of confidence. Too much for me and my bitch switch is flipped on and too much self-confidence. I'm still testing this one to find best sweet spot for me. I recommend all trying this one. I think I'm probably less relaxed in body language in this so probably appear less approachable. Hope this helps. I have samples of Blatant Invitation and Lumina I haven't tested. Gotcha is on my list too! Oh and I can't forget my 1st phero ever - LAM - all around go to - makes me feel prettier, more feminine and lightens me up all around. Love LAM! With that I feel sexier bc I feel prettier. Again it's subtle but enough that I 'feel' like I'm shining more (or I'm somehow shiny?). LAM was also easy for me to find sweet spot, adore this. Grab a sample of this too if you can, I think you'd like it based on some of your other posts and reviews. Irish eyes - 100% agree! I'm fascinated about how I'm responding to these difft blends and others reactions too. Some seem easier for me to find my sweet spot with (LAM, Cougar, BANG, LFN). I've tested DOM once but not enough to post about just yet, but like Leather. For me, Leather seems to be a better 'fit' than DOM, if I had to choose between those 2.

Livin101 - do you think it was the scent or BANG or combo of both? I just rec'd bang and really like it so far, but haven't 'tested on others' so curious as to your thoughts on this.

shameless thread bump on my part bc a) I was looking for more reviews/ exp on BANG and wow - never heard of 4 man plan. I def think one of my issues is not playing field, and guys can sense if you are focused on them. That said, I haven't had opp to read all @ 4 man plan, but wanted to bump as it's def interesting. I feel like I often get caught in some 'web' where a guy thinks I'm dating others and is suspicious, so I try to alleviate that, but ultimately it ends up in a wash bc they pull back. I also am very picky about who I want to spend "personal time" with, but that's just how I'm wired. I'm actually jealous of those who can date intimately more than 1 person at a time. No judgement here at all on what others do or don't do. For me part of the attraction is if I think there is connection, otherwise I'm not 'feeling it' and pull back on many levels. I don't blame myself, just know my wiring but also know my wiring seems to work against me - a la - they are head over heels feeling for a bit then pull way the heck back. I'm somewhat empathic so I can FEEL that energy from them, and their feelings so I know it's not in my head. Since divorce this has happened 2x with 2 difft guys, and not been pleasant from my perspective. In both cases, extreme attention and semi jealousy first few months - until they felt they 'had' me. And then the d-bag routine began. Dating should be fun. But so far it's been PITA - many promises and things that never happened - WTH. Makes me feel like I'm doing things all wrong bc they are really intense and they say they want real relationship with me, but follow thru has been inconsistent at best. Maybe I'm sending signals that they don't have to do a lot to keep me so therefore, don't continue those efforts. I'm rambling a bit but nice to have a place to express these things. I also don't *want* to be a bitch, bc then I feel guilty, so again WTH? Hoping between pheros and other self improvement plans (like having more of IDGF attitude and feeling more comfortable/ happy with myself) will help me feel better about things. Great thread!! I'm still experimenting with BANG and love how it makes me feel. I don't want to be closed off like I've been feeling since what I call my last 2 'non relationships' since they started strong but did not really manifest, IMO to what I felt, almost on cellular level what they should have been. I've been solo testing BANG (haven't had opp to test much around others yet) - agree with Krazy Kat's comment on selfies. This feels so calming, feminine, sexy, like it augments my feminine side. My work life can very easily over take all other parts of my life (and it has been doing so a lot lately), making me feel less like self, and making me feel less feminine bc it's neverending constant projects, deadlines - all very demanding and precise. BANG somehow gets me less out of my head. BANG has been awesome @ making me feel more back in my own skin (if that makes sense). Really love it. I feel 'softer' and hopefully making my aura the same too. I'm sure it is. I know I'm feeling softer and therefore giving off that softer vibe. I'm a huge fan of SSFW and love this too. I am so happy to have both bc they both work for me but are feel very difft for/ on me. Just ordered another sample of it as want to always have this one , but need to save up for FB of this (and much more!). May wear out this weekend (don't worry I wont slather or douse) just to get some addtl testing around others.

Rose, OMG is that even possible? It must stay here, if it does for me what it's doing/ done for others, would be amazing relief. I've been testing BalmBomb for a couple of days and it helps, but I need the 'extra extra' calming sometimes. So glad it's available, hopefully since it is collection of separate molecules and not something like fragrance notes, they'll always be available to create this for those of us that need that type of relief.

All great ideas from everyone. I'm new to pheroworld, but can come across as reserved in certain situations. I haven't tried many of the pheros listed, so with that in mind, will say Cougar has def worked for me - around men and women, as far as feeling more social and others wanting to be more social and open around me. I've even worn n work situations (scented only just to ensure the cops are small amount) with great results. i've also worn out at night with friends (with a heavier hand) and had really great results. You could 'top' with Topper for extra oomph. But as all hae said to us newbies, less is more when testing on yourself and what works for you. Don't let the name 'cougar' get to you, the scented and unscented are both great and you won't have a 'cougar' vibe. You'll have a young happy open vibe which invites others in. It also helps boost self confidence and for me, makes me feel prettier right after I apply - and feeling prettier is always a bonus!

Rose, grabbed 2 trials, will grab FB if it works well for me as you know I have anxiety issues. For Vit D, started taking again. Also noticed Magnesium taken before bedtime def helps me sleep. I take @ 400 mg, thinking I may up this. I also take melatonin bc it helps a lot too. For peeps looking for VIt B, I've had best results with the 'B 100' formulas as they have a LOT of all the B's. And you can't overdue it on B, what you don't use your body just releases - not to be TMI, just to let you know. Calms Forte by Hylands is a really good homeopathic remedy, helps sleep. I know all about a lot of sleep aids. Sooo looking forward to B2.2 to help w/ my stress. Especially lately when working so much I'm either too wiped to work out or working long hours so I can't work out - which is my therapy, both physical and mental. With my stress it's an adrenaline thing, I have to work out regularly for it to 'self regulate' or something. Weird I know.

Glad to help, and the aging of this may have been due to my skin chemistry or sniffer or whatever. When I ordered prior, it was bliss out of the bottle scent wise. It's a Love Potion variant too - so makes it valuable. If you like PINK scents, you'll love it. It's warm and happy, and when all blended together has the buttery and sugar candy floss swirled together. Luscious.

Mine got her super fast- a day earlier than usps said it would when I tracked, in fact. Mara, John and LP team - thank you! And I adore the organza bags - have you thought about offering those online along with the other perfumer supplies and such? So pretty and make great gift bags. Not that there aren't like 500 other things you already have that I want but haven't had opp to try - yet.

Ok so LP Pink is my all-time favorite (yea I've posted quite a bit about it). Adore. Love. Super Love. If I literally had to choose only 1 LP scent ever - this would be it, hands down. Then the re-brew happened and I whimpered inside. I ordered FB. When I rec'd it was not at all the same on my skin. The berry notes (to me smelled like super amp''d piercing rasberry), and I was devastated. LP Pink made me fall in love with all things LP and also the scent alone made me feel so happy. someitng about LP Pink was so good for me, and I thought it could be lost.. Though other PINK scents are avail w LP or in other areas, this is the scent that worked for me the most. I would bath in it if I could. I emailed Halo and Mara/ John for advice - the advice was to let it age and mellow to the more well-rounded scent I was used to with prior LP Piink brew. This totally worked, and I am sooo happy. It's taken just a bit of time (@ a month to 2 months for my sniffer), but am so (beyond) happy to say that scent is now well rounded and the berry notes aren't stabby anymore. Happy Day for me, bc I ADORE LP Pink. FYI- I don't know if this makes sense or not, but the FB for me aged less quickly than samples. I'm thinking it's bc in sample amounts, there's less volume of notes to 'mix and age' , but maybe it's placebo effect on my part; Anyway so happy that LP Pink is 95 percent ''back" for me. So if you order and find the raspberry(or anything else) amping, or anythng spiking. let it age a bit.. It will mellow, be rounded, and the luxurious buttery vanilla berry LP Pink you remember. This is a fresh re-brew, so to be expected. Bottom Line- back in happy land again as I thought I'd "lost" LP Pink forever. But re-brew is spot on, just may need to let it age several weeks. It is DEF worth the wait;

OMG - can you imagine the panic buying and hoarding if FBs were only limited time? Everyone's CCs would go thru the roof and I can't imagine the # of orders LP would have to process. We'd all have to save up at least full year prior - wow would that be major nail biting during cart check outs.

OMG between notes and reviews, I think I'm in love with this already and haven't had opp to sniff yet. I took ballet for many years (long time ago), part of me wants to go FB now unsniffed.... and it has LFM. I haven't figured out my right 'dosage' for that yet but love LFM, as one time I definitely got it right - good selfies and hits. Wish I can stop being the 'carpet swan' or insecure person when I don't apply it right.
