  1. Crookedteeth, you sprayed Purple Puff on your hair? How about the cops-smell from LAM? Doesn't it stick too much on the hair? I'm afraid to put any phero blends with cops on my hair (except Lumina, Cougar and Intellectual/w where the amount of cops is very low). What you said about PP and Purple Puff sounds interesting: Popularity Potion with cops & an increased amount of a-nol. I think I'll try it.
  2. I went for an interview and I decided to wear OW this time, instead of my beloved PP which I usually wear for those occasions. It went really well: I had such a good conversation with my interviewer, everything was so easy in a very friendly and open atmosphere. I'm sure I'll stick more with OW in future. It's so easy to handle, not much risk of OD. I can spray it on hair & skin and even on cloths as it's almost odorless. I've put on some dabs of Pillow Patter as perfume and it was perfect. BTW: It's an unscented OW alcohol spray x1, and I used 2 sprays on wrists/behind ears and 1 on my hair.
  3. Strange, but me too, I had not really any hits with BANG! At least, so far, as I have tried it just a few times. The cops can be smelled but still I find it easy to cover with some fruity scents. I was also wondering if I am using the right amount. I have the spray and I used 1, 2 and 3 sprays but not more as I'm afraid I might OD. Anyway, I'll keep on trying.
  4. PP is really a success. When I read the reviews, there are so many hits, and I can't help but chime in and say again how useful and helpful this phero blend is. Especially for those people who are more quiet by nature, this phero helps to get noticed and it has some pulling effect, strangers come and start friendly chatting. This happened to me many times. It's something like an ego booster, makes the wearer feel a bit like a 'VIP'.
  5. Compromising Positions is one of my favourites, first of all for it's wonderful scent. I'm not getting so many different notes as other forum members get, for me it's just a most delicious creamy vanilla, but that's exactly what I like. However, I wear this potion quite seldom due to lack of opportunities, but when I go for dancing or to a party, I always enjoy the effects of this phero, which makes me more outgoing while other people seem to enjoy chatting and dancing with me and I always get compliments on the scent.
  6. Usually, oils have a longer scent life than sprays. But people have different skin chemistry, so sometimes the skin 'eats' the scent. As this blend has no pheros and especially no cops, there is no harm in applying some on your cloths where the scent will definitely last longer than on the skin. Another suggestion: if you try the spray form and put a few spritzes on your cloths and hair, that would make a big difference. The hair won't eat the scent as much as the skin does and the throw of the alcohol sprays is much better than the oil version, so that you will probably enjoy the lovely scent of your hair for the whole day.
  7. I'd choose Swimming With Sharks, too. It provides respect without being intimidating.
  8. Welcome to the forum, Jesse!
  9. Congrats to all who moved up. I see some cute new pictures.
  10. LP9 is a great scent. When you are meeting 70 people it would be good to wear a scent which almost everybody likes, such as LP9. It goes well with Open Windows and also with PP. If you want to choose something from the kitten collection, I would recommend Enchanted Wonderland for that occasion. It is rather androgenic than feminine and it can boost one's confidence.
  11. I received this today. So happy that I could grab one before it was sold out. I bought it because I like freesia scents, and this perfume is really a winner! Freesia is the most prominent flower in this blend, followed by the magnolia, both perfectly rounded up by a juicy ripe pear. It's a versatile summer scent for many occasions. It's office friendly, at the same time I can imagine to combine it with any of the social pheros. Congrats to Kimberley and Mara for the idea and the realisation of this lovely perfume.
  12. I was eagerly waiting to try this one. Now it is here and I rolled it on my wrists and back of my hand. First impression: strong almond, almost bitter almond. I thought it might be too much almond, leaving no space for vanilla and musk. But after a short while the almond gave way to the most lovely musky vanilla scent. The bitter notes are completely gone. Now it's vanilla almond on a bed of musk. Lovely! May be I'll also try to layer it with some floral scent.
  13. I'm trying this today, very curious to know if the smell is the same as the original Happy Water which was GGG long time ago. I don't know if the ingredients are exactly the same, but I find the smell quite different, at least to my nose. I still have a bottle of the old version, which of course has aged over the years. I think I should wait for some time and give the new one the chance to age a well. I like both but I still prefer the old version.
  14. This one does smell exactly like its name: Sneaky Clean. It gives a feeling of 'coming out of the shower wrapped in a fresh white towel'. Those flowers are so pretty - white lilacs, magnolia - and the vanilla musk enhancing this lovely scent. I think this is now my favourite. I agree with GL and CM, this would be fabulous as a spray!
  15. To my nose it is very floral with a fruity touch. During the first hour it smelled fresh and lived up to its name, Humidity, but later it turned more and more powdery. Plumeria and orchid are still the most prominent flowers of this blend. It's not my favourite of this month but I still like it as a nice summer scent.
  16. Received my package today. Everything is so nice as usual. Thank you so much, Mara & John, for the wonderful perfumes and the free sniffies.
  17. I've just received my parcel and Orchid Musk is first perfume which I've put on for testing. My first impression was: strong orchid, even a little bit sharp. Just a few minutes later the orchid moved to the background, it is still there but not that prominent. Now it smells like a kind of sweet musk yet not too sweet, just right. I think it can also be layered easily with other floral scents. My overall impression: this is a winner.
  18. Welcome to the forum! You made a good choice of phero-enhanced perfumes as well as unscented pheros. To help you with insomnia I would try some soothing lavender scents such as 'Pillow Stuffing', 'La Belle Reveuse', 'New' or may be 'Upstairs Downstairs'. All those contain lavender and I find them calming and very comfortable for bedtime. There is also an unscented phero blend which is called 'Tranquility Potion'. I've not tried it yet but I believe it would be helpful for calming down in the evening and get a good sleep.
  19. Merienda, I prefer Sexology to Cuddle Bunny, but that is just my personal preference. I have both as un-spray. I find Sexology a bit less smelly and easier to cover (BTW, I don't find the smell really unpleasant). Compared to CB, Sexology has that bonding mone beta-androstenol, may be because of that it works better for me, more passionate, you know what I mean
  20. There was a scented version of TH called Couer de l'Amour, beautiful carnation scent. But I'm afraid it's sold out. LP Silver will certainly go well with TH. As TH doesn't have a strong smell on its own, there won't be any problem even when you mix it with very light perfumes.
  21. Soblue, have you tried Sexology? (One of my favourites!) It's Beta-Androstenol, Est and Cops. The effects are quite similar to CB, at least for me. It's quite easy to cover if you let it settle for a few minutes and then apply your perfume on top. I've worn it with Kitten Heels and many other LPs.
  22. Thank you for your suggestions, ladies. I went with 2 sprays un-PP on wrists and neck covered with Give Peas A Chance. The scent was light and lovely, the phero gave me confidence. The interview went smooth, everybody was friendly and chatty. However, as they'll have some more applicants I'm yet not sure whether I'll be selected or not. BTW: I'm sure OW with Pillow Patter would have been a great combination, too. It's sometimes not easy to decide which one would be the best choice.
  23. Got my notice, too! My perfumes are on the way
  24. Welcome to the forum, Carmen. There are so many perfumes and pheros here, and so much fun trying them.
  25. Thank you, Rosebud. I agree about the scent. If they'll remember me as the one who smelled like fruit salad etc... then my chances of getting the job won't be high. So, I'm thinking of 'Give Peas A Chance' or something similar. Give Peas A Chance is lightly floral, I like it and it's not too strong for that kind of environment. Regarding the pheros, I'm still torn between PP and OW. I'm not a big fan of Leather, but SwS is something I would consider.
