I wasn't sure what rosewood smelled like, but it must smell like roses because that's what I'm getting from this. Initially, I get lots of berry with this, but then the rose scent comes out, and it's almost like a gentler, more floral Mamelons de Cerise. On me, it smells very soft and old fashioned, which sounds the opposite of what Luna and Tyvey described. Skin chemistry never ceases to amaze me!

Me too. And my skin loves it too! But on the flip side. I love, love love to eat chocolate (as evidenced by my hips and ass) but my skin hates it. I smelled like someone rubbed a toosie roll pop on me. It smelled wonderful in the vial though. The lime added just the right amount of sharpness. I will keep trying at various times throughout the month to see if i can make it work. Velvet Kisses works sometimes, so there is hope!

I got a bottle of Bang! and a sampler. I'm slowly reviewing them, but I think it's safe to say that I love all of the scents!

I never tried the original, but I've been dying to after seeing all the talk about it. At first sniff, it was just too floral for me, but I put it on anyway. Like Dolly said, the notes were very distinct, and the ocean smell was a little too much. But after an hour, they started to blend and settle down. A fresh clean scent started to come out. It's been a couple of hours now, and I smell like a sweet ocean breeze. I don't smell the fruit, but I think that's what's contributing to the sweetness. I lurves it!! But now that I think about it, I think the lady getting a pedicure next to me this morning was wearing this! (Unless there is a commercial scent like this, and I doubt that...) I just wish I had smelled this before I went.

This wasn't on my list of "must try" scents, but I ended up getting the sampler, and I'm so freaking glad i did. I think this is my favorite of the month. In the bottle and on my skin, I get lots of peach. After it mellows, the fruits meld seamlessly into a gorgeous, tropical scent. In the background, I'm getting a hint of something floral, even though there isn't anything. Maybe one of the woods..? And the cedar is to die for! I've been wearing this for a couple hours now, and the scent hasn't morphed. It's got a heck of a throw too. To me, the overall feel of this is like sitting in some beautiful tropical location in a tiki hut. It would make a great summer scent, but I would likely wear it whenever the heck I want. I must have this!

Love this in the bottle! On my skin, I get tons of sweet berry for the first 15 minutes or so. Then it mellowed and something else came out, i'm thinking the muscadine. It smelled faintly of wine and then the blackberry took over and started doing that thing it does in That Kind of Girl on my skin--it gets deep and almost masculine. I'm just now starting to get the lavender. I will have to wait this out and see what happens. I love blackberry so much but my skin does not! And Beccah, yes!! I think it would make an awesome spray! ETA: The lavender and later, the lotus, came out and put the blackberry in its place and smelled positively lovely until I showered. So happy! I think I like this for the spring.

I haven't had the best luck with honey, but this might be one I can wear! When I first put it on, it was so ruch and buttery and smelled exactly like butterscotch. I think it must have been the carmelized sugar doing that. It quickly mellowed to a rich honey with strong floral notes and it has stayed that way. It's a very elegant and classy scent to my nose. It's not an overly sexy scent, but you can take it that way with a phero. like Luna said, this one can cover the big guns!

I love that the blueberry is not artificial smelling. It's very fresh, and a little strong in the beginning, but like Luna said, it dies down quickly. The fragrance is very soft and wears close to my skin. To me this smells like a summer day, with the scent of blueberries and flowers wafting in the breeze. I wanted this to be my favorite, since my birthstone is sapphire and I love blue, but the scents are all so fabulous this month, I can't decide! I think I will put this on my summer scents list.

Oh my gosh! My package arrived yesterday. I opened the box and then set it down to run the dog outside...and never went back to it!!

It's light, but it has staying power (at least it does on me). When i "Mara maneuver" this one when I'm getting dressed, I can still get whiffs of this as I'm driving home from work about 9 hrs later. I even still get vague hints of citrus, and that usually burns off fast!

About to go off topic but...is this topic showing up in a weird spot for y'all, or is it just me? This one is sitting below the phero sub-forums. I'm wondering if i changed some setting or something.

yay!!! I hate logging in from my phone, and I was worried I was missing some good stalking while i was gone.

Be careful that you don't spray a phero with cops in your hair. It will end up smelling like ass! (Although I do use Cougar in my hair.) And don't worry about being bundled up. I live in Minnesota and practically live in my down coat in the winter, and that has never stopped the pheros from doing their thing. If anything, the heat generated helped diffuse them!

Cougar does not discriminate based on age, ladies! lol. I was in my mid-20s when I first started with Cougar Potion. (Well...I might have been 27, so maybe that's my late 20s...) I got it for the scent and its "sparkle adding" capabilities, not the "young man catching" ones. I found that it tamed the cantakerous women I work with, and that's what makes it a winner for me (that and the scent. It really works with my chemistry) . It did seem to really, really attract the mid 30s to mid 40s men, which wasn't my goal but hey, it is what it is. That kinda sounds like what's happening to you m4mitchell. But don't lose sight of the social aspects to Cougar. I, personally, love it for work, and I think it could be really, really good for what you do. (And maybe some Open windows too. Try Stealing Heaven.) ETA: I haven't been giving my Cougar Potion the love it deserves. Will have to move it to the front of my stash.

Very interesting ladies...I sometimes wear this to meetings made up of a volatile group of people, and we do get more accomplished. I just assumed it was because there was less bickering. (Which i'm sure is part of it.) Next time, though, I will pay close attention to what I'm feeling.

I have a sample spray of it, and I used it in oil form via Extracurricular Proclivities. The spray gets it out there faster than the oil. That said, when I get ready to order a full sized version (and I definitely will be doing that), I'm going with the oil. I think i just like it closer to my body with this one. If you do go with the spray, be sure to use it prior to dressing. The cops are definitely present in this one.

I thought so too. Also, as i suspected, the vanilla sweetness really came out on me after a few hours. Yum!! Hmmm...I bet this would be good w/ Perfect Match for a couple to wear.

Wore this all day. About an hour ago (around the 12 hour mark), I started smelling this incredible creamy, rich but at the same time light aroma. I just realized it's me!!!! Mmmmmmmmm,this is quickly moving into first place as my fave G&L!

Mmmmmmm, one of my favorite smells during the Christmas season is evergreen, and I get a lot of greenery with this. It's almost too much if you're not a fan of greenery, but don't be scared!! After a couple of minutes, that yummy creamy LP scent comes out, and the whole blend is just incredible. It smells slightly masculine on me, but in such a way that I don't mind it. It's still early, but I imagine the vanilla will really come out on this and I won't be able to stop huffing it!

I never had the opportunity to smell version 1, but I've got 2, 3, and 4 on me right now. I love them all. They smell like Christmas and i LOVE the smell of Christmas!! 2: Very cinnamony with the hint of creaminess. 3: Also very spicy but more ginger coming out. I don't get the same creamy smell and I get a hint of pumpkin. 4: Mmmmmmm, eggnog!!! The same spicy cinnamon from version 2. I purchased a bottle of this, and I'm glad. While I do like 2 the best, it blooms on me, and people keep asking if someone lit a candle, so I'm thinking the eggnog will temper the spice. Can't wait to bust this out tomorrow.

If it's a non-cop spray, I'll scent while I'm dressing and give myself a spritz of the phero as I'm on my way out the door. for sprays with cops, i scent, let it dry a bit, then spray (nowhere near my hair!) and let it dry down as I get ready. If for some reason I need to add a phero after I'm dressed, and i want one with cops and it's a spray one, I just open it up and dab on.
