Dear Luna, I decided to take your suggestion on layering my samples of these, since neither seemed to work with my chemistry alone.LP Pink was too sweet, and LP Black was too sexy. Well, hello darling, to the perfect marriage! I had said that LP Pink smelled like Froot Loops with an overwhelming lemon quality to it. And LP Black had that honey-civit thing going on. But just like a well-matched pair, each emphasized the positives of the other (the pink, sugary goodness of LP Pink, and the deep, resinous vanilla of LP Black) and minimized the negatives. The perfect balance of light and dark, sun and shadow. That girl who has the sweet laugh and smile, but something a lot more sultry and dangerous in her eyes. I love this combo! Thanks for the tip!

That's awesome, Miss Hazel! I've tried Lumina a couple of times from the trial spray that I have, I get nothing, nada, zip. But Cougar on the other hand, is amazing for me, selfies and hits! So happy for your Lumina success!

Blackstone is sounding more interesting to me, I will be getting a sample with my next order. I hope the coffee and resins make this a chocolate I might be able to wear. I went and dug out my sample of Special Delivery just to see if it is any different on me now. Not as bad, but on my skin it doesn't smell like chocolate and cherries. Perhaps Blackstone will work for me

Hey BlueBear, I'll be right there with you dodging the bullets, Special Delivery didn't smell nice on me, either. Kinda smelled nasty, as I recall. I think cocoa butter on me smells like,um, ........... pooh. I love to eat chocolate, but can't often wear it as a fragrance. ETA: I did not get this as one of my samples for this month, kinda curious now, maybe a sample next time!

So I'm thinking I might want to "boost" a few scents that I love with some pheros that work for me and that I think might work together. But I do have a few questions. (ok, more of a barrage of q's, so here goes!! ) How do you decide how to put what phero with what scent? Do you go by how the scent makes *you* feel, or how it makes others feel? Do you follow the "majical" description for a scent in your consideration to boost? Or is it strictly a gut feeling? Have you had smashing successes or dismal failures with "boosting"? Or do you simply buy fragrance and UN's separately, and mix at will?

This *is* a soft, cozy scent! It's totally reminding me of the Essential Hydrating Waters for some reason, the Bliss or the Harmony one. Mmmm, I like the vanilla in this, too! I can see myself wearing this curled up with a good book and a hot drink. Very cozy indeed...

Wet this is a sweet, light floral, with just the barest hint of strawberry. About an hour later, it is all orchid on me. Thank goodness orchid is one of the florals that works for me! I'm gonna wear this to work next week, certain grouchy co-workers could use a little happy sauce, hee hee

OMG, I lurrrvvvee this one!! Peaches and cream on me, I'm not really detecting much in the way of florals at all. Okay, maybe a little bit, about an hour later. I totally thought Levitation would be the *it* scent of the month for me, but it's this!! I love the glitter in this month's selections, it makes it so easy to identify them when they are slathered up your arm!

I can smell the pineapple in the vial, but it doesn't hang around on my skin for too long. Tropical flowers, not too heady, but a light lushness. I'm not sure if it's more the orchid or gardenia, as i'm a newbie and not very good at picking out individual floral notes. Most florals can amp to sickening levels on me, but this is staying on the light, ethereal side. Very nice!

I did remember to order a bottle of CPS, I haven't gotten around to trying it with any perfumes yet, I will absolutely give it a shot with Ionia sometime this weekend! I also ordered myself a nice sterling silver scent locket, so either way, I'm not giving up on this one, 'cause it smells delish! P.S.: Wish I could try a slice of your Mum's Linzer Torte!

Ionia was the first one I grabbed to take a sniff when I picked up my order this morning. It smells wonderful in the vial, and on my skin at least for the first few minutes. But the almond is doing that thing it did to me in Because the NIght, turning all funny. Dammit and Boo.

Spritzed on some Topper last night before going to dinner, couple of good spays to my hair and shirt. So picture an extremely popular steak house. At 7:45 p.m. On a Friday night. The place was absolute chaos. Our waiter was very busy, and had the whole packed section by himself, but it seemed to me as the night progressed, he was definately visiting our table more, and making more excuses to come by and chat! By the time our check came, he kinda seemed sad to see us go, told us what days he would be working, and to ask for him personally next time we are there! And then walked us to the door, and waved goodnight! There were other tables that left before we did, and they certainly didn't get all that. Score for Topper!!!! :banana055:

This one I didn't like at first, I was getting too much of the hay. I tried this on my hand today, and wow! Fresh, cool and clean, with a gentle hint of sweetness. There are so many florals that don't work with my chemistry, but this is one I can do! Glad I gave this one a second look.

Hmmm, this one's not doing it for me. Way too "earthy", to my nose, anyway. I'm not getting any citrus or cocoa butter at all.

....Perhaps some Treasured Hearts? There's something in the description that says it makes others feel less intimidated in the wearer's presence, I believe.

I know what you mean! I had on LP Red, and a guy asked me if I smelled a pipe, what I really wanted to do was grab his head and mash it between my boobs and say, "Wrong! Smell again!" Kinda wanna do that to him anyway, he's gorgeous. Heh. ETA: Oh yeah, forgot I wore this again to work yesterday, just a little bit along with one spray of SS4W from the Pheromas trial sizes, and holy mackarel, everyone was falling all over themselves to help me! My other boss, who is a man of few words and mainly stares at his shoes when saying them, was talking and joking with me while holding eye contact. Not only noticed by me, everyone was like, "wow, what's up with him?!" Friggin' amazing!!
