Wanderlust

Oh my word! This smells, on my skin, exactly as it smells in the vial. It goes on fresh, clean violet~not old lady violet!~ and stays fresh, clean violet. The frape and lime kerp this from slipping I to that talc-like overwhelming sweetness that makes me a little queasy if smell it too long. This is an uplifting violet, providing that little breath of surprisecwhen you first notice the violets have sprung to life and turned the shady spot beneath the trees into a dancing purple quilt. Ahhhh, just ahhhhh!

This version is warmer, more lush than the first, I think. That is likely due to the ginger- buttercream combination. I liked the first version. I love this second incarnation. I only ordered a sample because I also ordered some spicy items as freebies. This is a full bottle-worthy scent.

Just to say the parcel of loveliness arrived and each piece is more exquisite than the last. For tbose of you waiting for a review of store merchandise, jump on the bandwagon ASAP! I got several sun catchers, a silver beaded bookmark, two pendulums, cards & postcards..and perfumes ( of course!). Mara, thank you from the bottom of my pee pickin' heart!

Rose, exactly. Halo, I am so glad you discovered and love Valerie's Misty Melon Patch. I decided I had to at least try the new Lick of Cream, since I loved the BOHO Cats version. The ginger warmth won me over completely. I also had to order another sample of Seaside Sizzle. I ran out of the first sample. I only have to keep myself stocked until I make up my mind whether to go full bottle. No, really. Just in the 'currently testing' phase. I'm not a good liar, but I'm honestly trying.

This is still one of my favourite hydrating sprays. Refreshing and glowing warm. Works year 'round. Sorry it has sold out.

I just told Mara this needs to be marketed as the latest food group/'cleanse' diet food. You have no idea. So good you can eat it. You're scrubbing and burning calories. Plus, you smell and feel great after you're finished. Fantastic stuff!

This just gets better and better. Used some today and immediately had to brew a pot of coffee. Yummy!

Ooo, I love iris. I will surely let you know about the grape. I have wanted to try Vivid Violet. Completely forgot when I saw Halo. Had received a sniff of Act of Violets awhile back, and fell hard for it. Unfortunately, it was all gone before I could order it. Hoping Vivid Violet works magic on my skin. Fingers crossed.

I just received this. Wow! This smells just like the apple trees in our neighbor's yard, like the orchard we visit every autumn, like the Wine Sap and Jonathans we picked on grandpa's farm. I can close my eyes and feel autumn all the way to my bones. Come on, October!!

By the way, this may just be my favourite Sugared label. I know it wwasn't easy to do, but this turned out great!

Oh wow. Sighs from the chaise. ..if I had a chaise. This is beyond decadence. This would never be construed as a bright girly thing, at least not on my dkin. Standing alone, it is a four season scent for a wiser tthan anyone suspects scent. Layered with a lighter vanilla and spices, that's a nice dinner and some wine. With a heavier hitter, say a bourbon vanilla, a tobacco, an orange-tinged whisky, some musk.. well, that's moving from elegant to trouble-with-a-capital-T. Mm-mmm-mmmmmm, Miss Mara, you handed over the key to Pandora's box with this one.

I ordered this bottle of yumminess. The cardamom is luscious. Androstenol, you are so right. Sugared Chai with Unwrapped..oooahhh. I also tried this with Sugared Vanilla Velvet, Sugared Cocoa Butter and Sugared Apples. I am a Mile High on Apple Pie. This afternoon, I tried a combination I've been dying to try: Sugared Chai with a swipe of Sugared Oranges and a long roll of Sugared Bayberry. I smell like Christmas! These layer ables are so incredibly versatile. I love playing perfumerie.

Got this as a trade sample (Thank You!). After reading the notes, I skipped sniffing from the vial. Sometimes, myrrh becomes overwhelming on me. Not this time. Esther gathered and shared her finest fare. This scent does not have staying power on my skin without slathering lotion prior to wear. Whilst she's visiting Esther is enfolding warmth and benevolence.

Standing over the sink, juice running down your chin, nectar of the gods and goddesses right here in this bottle. Fresh and clean! A burst of golden energy all day, any season. So.so.so good!

This makes my heart sigh every single time I wear it. This rebrew is so close to Velvet and Steel that I could call them one in the same. If anything, the coconut carries a bit more of the conversation; however, there is no one note that tries to jockey for position. Perfectly balanced sea breezes, fresh coconut and sun-kissed skin, a touch of bright pineapple, and the sunset melting into the ocean. If I had only one scent to wear for the rest of my life, this would be it. Mara, thank you, from the bottom of my heart for rebrewing this. XO♡♡XO ETA:This has incredible staying power! Nine hours and the coconut and musk are still softly conversing.

This is terrific stuff! Upon application I got a true and perfect blending of papaya and honeysuckle. Beautiful opening act, which leads us to the second act, a dance number during which coconut rounds out the duo with a little soft shoe. Ah, and then that saucy little number named ginger opens the third act. She knows how to turn up the heat, just so. She closes out the show with the big finale: The dance of the creamy coconut veils. Look out boys. You're about to lose your... shirts. Standing Ovation! Brava!

Oh my goodness goddess Agnes! This smells EXACTLY like my Grandma Opie's Brown Sugar and Orange Glazed Pumpkin Bread I make every autumn. My mouth is watering..not even kidding. It is all there, including a depth that smells of oats..I mix a bit of oat flour in with the unbleached. I am SO happy I got a bottle of this to wear during our sneak away anniversary weekend. We plan to hit a couple of orchards on the way home, and this will be perfect! Unreasonable Pumpkin? No way! Pumpkin Perfection!

I got this as a freebie in the sale. I'd pay full price and then some to have another bottle of this bewitching scent. The pumpkin in this is roasted pumpkin, fresh out of the oven., with that buttery creaminess that is nearly as lush as coconut cream. The summery pineapple is standing alongside the pumpkin and spice at first, but makes way for the changing of the guard as autumn's apple and pear come to stand with the two anchors. As the dry down finishes,the Apple and pear almost..almost take on the feeling of a skin musk, very soft and snuggly. Yet, they add that tiny bit of juicy brightness to the pumpkin and spice that sends this scent into the cracking blue skies and blazing colourful leaves of autumn. After two hours, there is mostly a softly spiced richness that has rounded fullness and complexities of, but less the scent of pumpkin. I am crazy in love with this scent..but you all would hate it. Blehk. Ickypooyucky. Phhew. Pffft. uh-uh. Move along girls and boys. Nothing good here.

Oh, Mara, THANK YOU!! The parcel arrived safely for Kori and Teri. They absolutely love the sun catcher. They've hung it in their picture window to catch the morning light. It arrived at a particularly perfect time. August is both a time of celebration and mourning for them. Capturing the dancing light and letting it flash and flit provides a joyful distraction for them. Many thanks for their gift. Regarding my order: I just absolutely bawled when I unwrapped the beautiful little bags and saw the sun catchers and pendulum. I cannot begin to tell anyone who hasn't seen these pieces of art just how exquisite they truly are in person. Photos cannot begin to do them justice. The golden floral beaded sun catcher is beyond any expectations I had..and I saw photos of it before it was shipped. It is hanging in my talking room where the sunset will capture the amber and rose perfectly. I'll be carrying the amber pendulum with me as not only a useful tool, but a gorgeous bit of advertising. It looks like something a queen would carry. It is that beautiful. I'll be ordering a second red sun catcher for my daughter-in-law..and possibly two pendulums in purple and in green, if you any available. The scrub samples are amazing! I can hardly wait to take a shower. They all smell so yummy! Speaking of yummy ~ the perfumes are exactly as described and reviewed. Have sniffed them all to much ooooing and ahhhhing.
