I tested Occo PINK today! Its Verrry nice, reminds me of LP pink 2009 almost to a "T". Unforunately, I dont catch any whisps of lemon(I was sorta hopin for a pink lemonade scent here), but- I'm not dissapointed! I LOVE LP PINK! ALOT! Vanilla, pink sugar cotton candy-and not even a whiff of cops! Crazy!!! I adore it, just like most of the OCCO's I've tried so far. I NEED GREEN --if anyone doesnt like it, I dont have a trade post but my email is in my profile--I'm tryin to get it a few bucks off before I buy it full price. Same goes for GOLD--I own the rest...except blue, which I hear is a near dupe of Cuddle Bunny. Let Me know-I'll pay ya! As for Pink-I'm lovin it!-For a pink Lemonade? I'll try Ann's-or make make my own. Occo Pink is sweet candy, cakey, and perfect--verrrry sexy!

I wanted to let ya know that the last time I talked to the ladies, they made me aware that even though the 'Sassy Syblia' label looks kinda (ok, very) girly, its actually quite a unisex blend. I just wanted to tell you cause your new, and I didnt want you to be dissapointed by the NR's by thinking they were all for girls (I think your our most active male forum member-and we like you! Dont go 'way!) . So that's it! I was just passin along the info! Lotsa Love hon! WOW this stuff is EXTREME! At first the vanilla is so rich and buttery it almost seems like butterscotch! Then in a few minuites it calms a bit to a heady bourbon vanilla, sweet, a little spicy,VERY creamy, and it lasts allllllll day! Thanks for sellin it Djac! This is great for fall and winter-the dream vanilla-its like wearing a cashmere sweater, soft cuddly and snuggly! Of course, why would ya expect anything less from Ail and our other geniuses over there in Cali? I'm in Vanilla heaven. Thanks again ladies!

I agree very much with Sultry. I get more vanilla-sandlewood on my skin with a lil bit of coconut. (Actually the coconut is coming out a bit more now...I've had it on about ten mins..) It's very pretty, like a woody-Hawiaan Tropic Suntan oil. Perfect for summer or when you want to be reminded of it. It's very beachy-another 'memory scent' to me, but I couldn't pinpoint an exact memory-a conglomeration of many days camping and laying out on the beach near the Michigan woods. I enjoy it immensely! Thank you ladies for the great perfume, and thank you Katz for puttin it up for trade! edit-am I crazy or is there a drop of citrus or orange blossom in here too? Huh...I think a smell a twist of somethin like that...

And so our lovely Djac gifted me with this for my 30th birthday-and how appropriate! A womanly scent as I offically turn 'womanly'-heehee.. Seriously this is beautiful. Wet, I get pink Berry, but the pink is Very dark, and RIPE! Almost a deep magenta or something-elegant indeed. I can smell Orchid as well, but it's funny.. Djac compared this to a fine fragrance in the vein of Chanel No.5--I concur! To me though, it reminds me, on the drydown a little bit of Estee Lauders 'Beautiful", which my momma used to wear when she was-guess what-my age. I still love that perfume, I have some, but I like this more. A scent to dress up and wear heels in... This is very classy, high end and perfumey-in a good way! And Djac is right again when she says IT LASTS! I put it on 7 hours ago and it still lingers gorgeously . Wonderful blend ladies, and thanks again for the lovely gift dear Djac!

K. It's been decided-I talked to Sinister, THIS will be the first time I order the entire months package! The only one I'm worried about is Equinox, because of the maple-but the bonfire aspect overrides that....besides, If I just get em all, I'll be getting two free anyway. Loooooove fall scents!!! & past midnight, Nosy's apertif, Nox, Mercury Retronaught, Poison de Pomme, Good Witch, Skelly Flambe aaaaaand of COURSE SANTA CARLA (which I may need several of---had me at hello---may as well go full throttle! It'll be my first time! I'm a collection virgin- I want that shake rattle and roll biz too....Ugh-soooo GEEKED!!!! Goin for it ladies (also tempted by Bear TRap and that crystallized Sugar PE....ah, LP, you'll be the death of me!!!!

Well, at first I'm going to sound different than th eother reveiwers... when I first applied this I felt like someone whacked me over the head with a Yankee jar candle in that 'home sweet home' scent. All cloying and crazy, like was in the kitchen of someone who had lots of duck decor and maybe a bent over wooden lady in bloomers for a lawn ornament. Yeesh. But then, after about 10 minuites that all goes away- blueberry is one of my things, ya know...and I then get a warm cinnamon and cream laced apple pie, crust and all. My its tasty-could win a blue ribbon! Then, maybe 20 minuites later comes my dear blueberry-juicy sweet and plump-very realistic here, not candy-like, and it melds lovingly with the apple, ciinamon and pie crust. Very very nice and yummy. Actually, quite sexy! So just get past the first few minuites(if your chemistry is at all like mine), and your in for a scurmptious treat! Your Significant other is too(something about this one one did somethin awful funny to my boy-I tried swattin him off like a fly so I could write more--to no avail). bon appeite!!

Testing this now... so far I'm loving the true to life spicy, fresh from the floral case carnation....I need to see how it develops. Hope it doesnt turn me evil! I'm having a good day! More to come!

Lord---this scent makes me feel like a moron. And NOT because its smells bad- on the contrary-It smells GREAT!!!!! The deal is- On the drydown of this, to me, it smells exactly like Borsari Parma Violet(I have been paying over a hundred bucks a bottle for that dang stuff for years). This is sweet candy violet with a green earthy undertone-just like Bosari's-dammint. I really wish I would have smelled this earlier and stocked up. Its LOVELY! Grrrrr........

So I was never here for the original Dark Seductions.....missed out, but it sounds AMAZING! HOWEVER-I shall not cry in my wine because I have Danna's lovely rebrew of Dark Seductions 2! Do any of you not know yet that I'm a rose WHORE!? ( annnnd an orange blossom, lilac, bluebell and lily of the valley whore as well...but mainly rose...). The rose here is amazing( I dont know if 'black rose' actually exists, I belive they are dyed to be that color), but if it could, can and does, that is the rose here. Heady, Swollen and ripe. Sitting in its Vase almost overripe,the scent permeates the air and its a WOMANS rose. All curves and lipstick. It makes me want to wear vinyl dirty things. The violet comes forth but always stays in the back seat of the old 1940's Chevy. The brunette. Dark and pretty-a grounded violet, where the rose is the platinum blonde main attraction, done up in a champange colored flapper gown, fingerwaves, red lips and heels. The Violet would like to be Rose but she doesnt quite have the panache. She wears Black Velvet and gloves, has mahogany hair-shes quite beautiful-but just no match exactly for Rose, her best friend. The fellas they are with that night smell of musk and sandlewood, and the car itself has the slight residue of amber from the finest old perfumes of ladies before them. Rose lights her smoke and and asks to go to the next speakeasy. Violet, sits and smiles, goes along with her friend-its always her show... And the four head off into the dark night, so long ago, but they're scent isn't forgotten-we still enjoy it to this day. Thats what comes to my mind when I think of the rebrew of Dark Seductions-I could've made it longer(Roses stageshow for instance)-but why? you get the gist. To me, this is a classy and classic, sexy scent. Danna has crafted another great blend. Fedora's off to you, my friend!

Huh. I got a bottle of this, and I really like it, totally-but its verrrrry LIGHT on my skin. I was expecting this dark deep breed of scent, and what I'm gettin is almost springy. Black licorice, for sure, in perfect balance with earthy purple violets(not the candy type like in Piaa's), and the amber is there, in the background. But the overall throw here is like, PLAYFUL. I enjoy it immensely. I just thought this would be some deep dark womanly thing. It isn't, at least on me. I could wear this anywhere, day or night and it would perfectly acceptable. It's a beautifully done and well blended scent, just not the dark mysterious thing I thought it would be. I'm very happy nonetheless. Sweet and flowery with a youthful kick. WEll done again. As for the aphrodesiac aspect? Yes-I've been nibbled at all day. THAT is awesome! I agree with the Countess, over OCCO black, this would be the heady, womanly thing I thought it would be-but its lovely on its own as well! Thanks gals!

K. First off I love the concept of this and the label art-aces high right off the bat for THAT! Danna I adore this as another Vamp scent as well. I can picture this scent being the frqagreance of the very lady on my bottle. At first-Black Leather-and lots of of it-sortod a domanatrix leather that you cant take away. Heavy-heady, I love leather, and I love it here. Theres also a ripe red fruit thing kickin, it takes a second hand to that leather and blends very nicely(if you can call such as badass scent "nice"), all told.. As time passes that lovely leather note stays and the fruit backs off a bit, leaving room room for the 'Vampire Musk"(which to my nose Sg, is is a more resiny dragons blood-which I like as opposed to the cherry type-blended with a dark musk.) Not getting much Vanilla Creme here, on my skin, the leather and berryish resin fruit overcomes all--this is perfect and I wouldnt have it any other way. Another perfect peice from our Sinister One! Well done my friend! Thanks!

Oh dear but were all in trouble thid month! Geena-It DOES get like this every month-buncha nutty stalkers! We have fun with it though! Mara---LOVE YOUR NOD TO WATCHMEN! But of course you knew I would. Sheesh, those LOL catz are up to everything these days!! And I don't recall who asked-but I'm guilty of ordering scents based on label art alone! Oh yeah! And this month, Poison de Pomme and Good Witch may be examples of that(so I sure hope the descriptions are good......

I actually just emailed the ladies about classic Seduction(I really like it-) I told them if "its soup yet" as Liz likes to say with the neew releases, I'd try to snag one of those last bottles on the sale post. Otherwise, Dolly I'll get ahold of you! Yeah Liz, that would be really cool of you to toss those in there-I'd appreciate it! Did ya ever find out what was up with your stuff? Luna, I have somethin coming from Arcana called "Poison Candy"(I admit, I really like Arcana), and theres a chocolate accord in it somewhere, as well as a bazillion other tooth decay inducing things. I'll have to let you know what its like in the shop thread. --but your right-that IS the problem I have with chocolate-the dairy note from some companies just goes rancid or sour...or something-off. Luckily, LP hasn't done that except in Deliciously Wicked on me. I think I need to stick with they're light chocolates, or if I go dark, it needs to be balanced with a heavy floral like rose...

Ok, Classic Seduction: Here we have another example of an LP scent that puts my chocolate fears at bay. At first, on me-one the few of my favorite things-ROSE. A sweet red rose, lying on a silk pillow, a bit of strawberry and champange to back it up and ther IS chocolate, a richer type than Rocket chick to be certain, but the lovely rose makes any scary funkyness of it go away. it all blends beautifully-and stays that way. I can smell the chocolate and strawberry a bit more as time goes on, but the rose never lets me down in this one-always guiding and leading the chocolate so it wont misbehave. I never would have tried this one, but I got it as a sniffie in a trade and am very pleasently surprised! Overall, its smooth silky, floral and foodie all at once! were it still around, I'd probably pick one up! This, like Rocket Chick (and I'm hoping Egg and Mother Ship), just goes to show ya that you can try a note from several companies and they can turn to hellfire on your skin chemistry--BUT--if you find the right company, like LP--your whole ideal about a note can be turned upside down! The ONE from here with chocolate in it that I've tried and didn't work for me was Deliciously Wicked--Dunno why--no clue. BUT EVERY OTHER CHOCOLATE SCENT (which in case you didn't know-my skin LOATHES), from LP, has been heavenly deeeelish on my skin. It's a miracle. Classic Seduction is NO exception. I adore it. Want it-I'm sad it's gone.... Truckloads of Smoochies-Lori
