To me, it's perfect, but I have a bit of nose blindness with Cuddle Bunny I think -- when I put on the Un and wait for it to dry, I'm aware of the smell but it's not cheesy or unpleasant to me.

How have I not reviewed this yet? What's amazing to me is how the cocoa butter and the coconut cream are whipped together to become something, as others have pointed out, so *light* and yet so rich. I find it hard to imagine how you get that airiness of texture without taking away from the luxurious creamy base. And then the rose -- so dark and sweet, and the musk anchors it all beautifully. This is definitely the Ritz Carlton, pure white linen table cloths and crystal vases and marbled bathrooms and silky robes. So glad I nabbed a bottle! Also, I got my bottle with a half boost of Cuddle Bunny, which complements the rich sensuality beautifully. Yay!

Full bottle order successfully placed! Yay! I am just knocked out by the whole collection. The labels are to die for, and there isn't a single one where I read the notes and don't immediately, really want to try it. I haven't gotten a full bottle set since the 2013 Spell Collection -- I'm SO EXCITED!

After rereading these gorgeous descriptions yet again, I've decided to move to Lunaland and spend my days at Heaven on Toast, my nights in the Black Cat... :-)

Bella's review pushed me over the edge and I grabbed a bottle of this from Etsy -- I had been resisting because while I adore rose under some circumstances, I somehow thought the ingredients would make it more "perfume-y" than I care for, and also sweeter/more sugary than I care for, and also since the whole thing was based around weddings and bridal-ness, while I thought that a genius idea to incorporate into one's nuptials (what more powerful blessing than to add some of Mara's magic!), it's very much not where I am right now. So I thought it was safe to pass. But! Then Bella went and reviewed it and I got itchy enough to want to snatch a bunch of that month's PEs off of Etsy and I'm so glad I did. This is so amazing! On me, I really get the full range of rose-ness, so it's not just the light young pinky rose but all the shades. The amber/musk/vanilla/marshmallow makes it so soft and sheer that there's no threat of headache-iness, but while it's light and celebratory it does not feel too youthful for me, nor is it overly sweet. It's just a soft heavenly silky rose petal confection. The name is perfect too -- I was watching TV the other night and saw a show that featured a bride wearing a supposedly one and half million dollar veil studded with tiny diamonds. This feels like that! Soft and shimmery and very, very valuable! :-) It feels as if it would pair beautifully with Perfect Match, or if you were feeling a little more adventurous, Gotcha. It's absolutely stunning! Boy, that month was a knockout for PEs!

It has been a long time since I contemplated a full bottle set but I am contemplating, I tell you! I can't wait to see the special merch too! What an amazing way to start the day! ETA: OK, in total honesty I was contemplating a full bottle set just as recently as 2015 Pheromas. But still!

OMG can you believe it took me a few minutes to get that! On the other hand {glances quickly down} why yes, yes I am! I just pulled this out again after seeing the thread pop up. It's such a potent and lovely scent -- a little definitely goes a long way!

Welcome to the forum! Just echoing what everyone else has said -- I think Gotcha and PM are great choices, as well as the scent recommendations you've gotten. And down the road, when Private Editions open up again, it might be fun to ask Mara to design something for you that is both in line with what your guy likes AND reflects who you are. Cutie.pie, I hope you're reading this! I finally caved and got Stefanija -- oh, what a glorious potion! Wet I get gorgeous almond marzipan -- deep, rich, pure. Then as it dries down, the spices emerge and I think I am getting more of the pear and the redwood. I adore almond, but often scents where this is the dominant note fade really quickly on me. This is warm and grounded and it lasts. And the longer the drydown the more complex it becomes. I wasn't even thinking of the intent when I purchased it, but now I am realizing that with some job negotiation stuff coming up I could use a success potion! If anyone has been using this for intent, I'd love to hear about it...

Mara! Just opened my Etsy order and was blown away by the gorgeous red tissue paper and the beautiful sheer black bag. Plus the magical smellies! Thank you, thank you, thank you, for being such a source of pleasure and pampering and self-care in my life!

OK, I caved and got this off Etsy. I am so glad! The treasure trove of African spices straight out of the bottle is to die for. I totally get the same initial impression others have alluded to of the world's most delicious drink -- I think maybe the nutmeg at the forefront and the creaminess of the coconut creme plus the vanilla are calling up immediate eggnog evocations. But very quickly the sandalwood and bay rum creep into the picture and a very different set of associations arises. SirenSong already described it far more perfectly than I could, but I get such a strong picture of sand dunes, salty air, and heavy wooden casks washed ashore. I think this will be a total winner in summer, but it also does a great job of evoking warmer climes in the cold rainy New England weather I'm surrounded by now. And it's very different from any other LP I own. So glad I went for it! Congrats on such a wowzer of a PE, Lisa!

OMG this is mouthwatering lemon creamy dessert luciousness! I've had it on for about 45 minutes now, and so far the spices are not coming out at all -- it reminds me of the equally exquisite Lorien's Skelly Tart, which I was lucky enough to have a bottle of (until I used it up!). So so so good! And if gingerbread should emerge on me in the long drydown..... I'm ready! But if it stays like this that will be just fine with me. Ummmmmmmmmm! ETA: This one was so interesting! In the long drydown, it got softer and fluffier and creamier creamy lemon. Then right before turning out the lights I reapplied and all of sudden -- lemon gingerbread! It was awesome and mysterious. Anyway, this definitely a new favorite!

OK, I know I tried this in a sniffie a couple of years ago, and at the time thought Nope, not gonna do it for me. I think I was getting the resins in a slightly head-ache-y way.... fast forward to my huge trade thread binge when I decided I must snap up all things cookie related. I love this now! I don't get the resins at all except as a deep grounding note. The rose is a deep rich red one to my nose, and goes on wet as the perfect floral. but as soon as it dries down the cookies start peeking out and the bakery aura emerges and it is a Thing of Beauty, I tell you! Sheer indulgence; this will be a perfect sleep scent! but I bet it travels well out of the house too!

You guys! It's an LP miracle! So after falling madly in love with Tyvey's Eternal Summer, I decided I needed to give Steamy Bikini another try, and this time I'm getting the total magical best beachy scent ever! Jlisa, I initially had the same issue with feeling burning on application points, and it's gone! I am just snuffling my arm madly and wondering if I need a back up bottle now. This is so evocative -- I had one summer where I got to visit a friend whose family was renting a house on Martha's Vineyard, and I'm completely transported. Sand dunes, beach grass, the tang of salt in the air... Also -- this is gorgeously congruent with Gotcha, which might be my favorite phero of all time.

Mmmm, it's been a goal of mine to try all of LV's cat PEs and I finally scored this off the trade threads! Wet it's a beautiful blast of creamy orange, bright and happy. As it dries down, I get more of the caramel and what I think must be the pralines, because it settles into a very warm nutty muskiness. It's very sweet -- so much so that I may need to save it for really cold weather -- but gorgeously conceived and unlike any other LP I have. Yay!
