  1. No wonder you love that musical! It's funny, I re-read a favorite werewolf novel - Animals by John Skipp & Craig Spector - and you remind me so much of Nora, who is sooooo bad. But irresistable to 99.9% of red-blooded male humanity.
  2. You know what they say, my darling...Climb every mountain, scale every peak!
  3. Oh Don't make me have to tell everyone you used the L word with me. Okay wait, I can access my inner XY: Awww baby, don't take it like that. If you were a cabbage you'd be the sexiest cabbage ever grown. You'd be a centerfold in Gardeners Monthly. You'd be studied for your perfection. You'd be - *Shelly throws frying pan at my head* Damn baby, I'm just sayin!'
  4. I was lucky enough to get a sniffee as well and it's YUMMEH! It has a nice creamy quality...I wouldn't say it's exactly frosting to my nose, but delicious gooey sweetness; and just that touch of something which says "white chocolate." This is one of those that would make a great layering blend, you could take it any direction you wanted and still have a base of mmmm underneath it all.
  5. No, it's cabbage. C'mon now, as a frequent flyer to the EU you should know the esteem given to the cabbage.
  6. According to what Mara told us (posted up-thread) there's no liquor note, but sometimes a dark sugar can give that impression.
  7. Tu ne parle pas le mot juste, ma petite chou-chou. It's good to know H&S possesses that tangential effect. I'm usually invisible in public but in a high-stress situation like a crowded store, it's nice to have a phero buffer zone, I agree. I've worn Teddy Man while shopping and it has a lovely just relax effect on me.
  8. All the Love Potion scents (the original plus the variants) have a base of amber-vanilla-patchouli. For me, that's the key to the LP series of scents being so good consistently. It's a great base to build on, IMO, because it can be as versatile as there are types of those notes available (i.e. many). But yeah, it's interesting how we smell certain things which aren't in a fragrance, or don't notice things which are. Our brains processes olfactory information in a rather complicated way, heh.
  9. Because there's nothing better than social engineering AND smelling fabulous doing it.
  10. I was just thinking...very thankful M whipped this up because to this day, the scent of Super for Women just doesn't like my nose for the most part. But Rocket Fuel? OH SO YUMMEH! So therefore SS playtime isn't such a daunting olfactory prospect now.
  11. That's right out, as Quince would say. Oh I know exactly which 'P' word you mean (or at least a couple). They don't call me Wicked Quim for nothin' ya know.
  12. ...to lick his shoe? But yes, that's why Dirty Sexy (and other heavier fruit-based scents) made such a great cover for EoW. Cops and fruit go together like all those other things that go together.
  13. My initial impression...although this smells much like I thought it would in the bottle - a co-mingling of sugared amber and patchouli - there's an almost smoky, incense-like quality to how it wears on my skin. I could see Q wearing this, or at least I want to try it on him. But I might have a different impression in a few days.
  14. KSBF = kinda sorta boyfriend Mara originally coined this acronym to describe her man. I don't know if the 'P' is a typo on Shelly's part or on purpose, heh.
  15. Some of the blends developed by Dr. Stone are proprietary, so that's why the ingredients are not listed.
  16. As Ail told us a while back, however...it's going to be a while (don't really know how long of a while) before the PMS relief blend will be available. Dr. Stone has a lot in his test tube (as it were) and that blend is one of many projects. In the meanwhile I'm going to hoard my Teddy Man, heh, this means I'll have to save it for myself, which will be tough because it makes the Woobie truly a Limey bundle of awesome...mmm.
  17. I so totally would...especially when ordering a bottle.
  18. Well babe, like I told you...every custom makes the cut if there's enough to share. The rare ones are rare because there was only enough ingredients to make one or two bottles (like Jo Anna's white chocolate scent, for example). And since you know there's a cult following for your customs, there will be a riot if we can't have some too! As for me, seriously jonesing for my bottle of Mlle Pancake now. And the monthly sampler, bien sur!
  19. Laurie, it seems if you're looking for a social blend which makes women more comfortable then Treasured Hearts might be what you're looking for, or Girl/Girl (if it's still available).
  20. Aquolina's Pink Sugar seems to be one many have recommended as a cover for EoW.
  21. For the first, I guess it depends on how big you want that raging assload of cops to be. Would I put 2x BI in there? Not with Q, but...*has a twinkie fantasy* Whoopsie! *ahem* The second sounds seriously YUM, though, but I still keep wibbling about trying the White.
  22. Hey if I've got that many physical ailments as the result of a...uh, let me think of a polite term...tryst, give me the Vicodin already.
  23. Yeah I agree...since OCCOs are made to camoflauge the cops anyway, throwing some BI in there isn't going to hurt anything, I figure. Just to remind everyone...UNE is a great cover for sexual blends, knowing as we do how well the scent works with cops in Phero Girl.
