  1. The new descriptions should be up soon. Dec-for-Jan is a series of twelve Voodoo/Hoodoo-style scents but you can get any of them seperately if you so desire; it's just that you have a choice with the trial vials of buying the Spell Kit or just buying the sampler in regular form.
  2. The two notations are both M&D's business entities so the money's going to the same place. Paypal does charge fees but they will charge more if you place a bunch of small orders rather than just one.
  3. From the description: Estratetraenol is a pheromone that is said to be a mood elevator for men when worn by women, and is for stimulating feelings of love, protectiveness and gentleness. Go here, scroll about halfway down, look for "Estratetraenol Spray."
  4. I got a couple sniffies, and I love the way it smells in the vial, but on me it goes kind of plastic-y.
  5. I've tried that...he's an observant man. Like the ol'switcheroo: "Wot are you annointing me with now?" *picks up decoy* "This one!" *sniffs* "Right then." *gets out the REAL scent and is about to dab* *sniffs* "Wait, wot is that?" And this is the man who usually barely smells anything unless he's huffing my skin...until I'm trying to be sneaky. But in some cases sexual bargaining works, although his argument this time will be that I used to rant against commercial fragrance and therefore he will make the appropriate comparison and use airtight boffin logic in stating "I thought you said I wasn't allowed to smell like commercial crap!" Which, of course, will prompt an entirely different lecture.
  6. I originally tried it in the cologne form, and I liked it (it did remind me of CK1) but I won't wear cologne (as a personal preference) so I need to get the oil version now to try it on my Quince - although I know he's going to object because he doesn't like citrus in scent (unless he can't smell it) but I imagine it would be yummy on him.
  7. Sometimes it depends on the fragrance as well. Allegro and Happy Water didn't seem to have much of an uplifting effect but Elevation Potion definitely does, and I think part of the reason has to do with the fragrance enhancing the effect of the pheromone for me. Same thing with Focus Pocus - I enjoy the scent but it didn't seem to work as well for me as getting Focus Potion as an add-in to Voodoo Valentine. That scent really helps me "wake up" which makes it a great vehicle for the pheromone, IMO.
  8. I definitely get loopy giddyness from the massive* a-nol in it. I'm still not sure, to this day, what effect EST has on me except maybe...like a warm glow of wanting to cuddle whatever/whomever is in arm's reach. But not all the time. *In scientific terms, almost a raging assload.
  9. Whee! When I get my act together they'll be another one to come!
  10. Occasionally Mara has created add-ins with some putatives she had in her library. My interpretation (having bought some of these bottles over the years) is that she would select a fragrance which is congruent with the purported effect of the pheromone.
  11. We've had a few of these kinds of threads before... like this There's a lot of great advice and ancedotes to experience here on the forum!
  12. *nods* The sexual shine some of us have to artificially enhance is naturally apparent in the post-coital glow, which can often last for a day or two. Men sense the fertile/desirable signal and they're all over that! The blissed-out vibe, for example, is very attractive.
  13. I love the lemon in this one, it's wonderfully tart with just a slight sweet edge to it. I don't know that the base is really exactly creme brulee to my nose, but there is a definite sugary baked goods/pastry aura underneath, nice and thick and yummy.
  14. If you shower/bathe post-coital, sure. And I guess you might sweat it off. But not always...
  15. Ah okay. I suppose I just sort of interpreted as a euphemism rather than an actual thing, whoopsie!
  16. (Agh evil board keeps eating my posts!) I know I raved to you about SS4M, and Super for Men is the perfect vehicle for it...OH MAH GAWD I will do anything for Q when he wears it. Happy Sauce with a side of "How may I pleasure you, sir?" And since it makes me out of my freakin' mind with euphoria and lust, I really want to give till it hurts. Woodland Man (with Turn Up The Heat) is great for ramping sex up to the incredibly intense growling scratching biting stage. RAWR! Wanted Man is a nice overall oooh you're sexy blend and I'm carefully economizing my Teddy Man, because it's just *purr*
  17. It can be a fun game, definitely. Like Mara was talking about with her KSBF, Q and I like to phero each other before Super Happy Fun Time and I watch to see how long before it takes effect. And then because he's perverse, he'll draw it out as long as he can, the bastard.
  18. Ah okay. Well, my mom is an example of a "one-fragrance woman" mostly. Occasionally she might wear something different but for years it's been Paloma Picasso. I have tried to get her interested in artisan perfumes but she says she doesn't like any of them. *sigh*
  19. From my experience and observation, the build-up is two things: -You might stress your neurotransmitters over time depending on what you use, if you use it daily. For example, I can't use a-nol every day, I get too jittery after a couple days. -People (especially your targets) will become attuned to your signature over time and therefore might not have the reactions you wish them to after daily use. I'm sure any of the Androtics veterans have good advice regarding detox (in a manner of speaking, heh).
  20. Being that you are Tall and Gorgeous, well, I can see where any dominant signature would make the average woman feel very inadequate. And you know, all Respect to the Crone, but yeah, you get cranky at that age (hell, I'm cranky now!) So it makes sense that these molecules would have that effect on other people. With men, it seems the EST perhaps made them more respectful then when you wore BI (was it?) in public. It does have that effect, I find.
