  1. Wouldn't give him swagger per se, but I know when I've felt anxious or self-conscious in the past it was because I was worried about what people thought of me/that I was doing something wrong or not fitting in, so in that regard even stuff like Open Windows. Can you just make little vials of stuff for him to try? I'm experimenting on my boyfriend's best friend in the same way and I think he's trying out Super Sexy and Hunter Trapper at the moment. It's hard though because I think he'd need a sampler set to try to see what works for him.
  2. How much do you use? i've tried everything between one small three inch strip and slathering both my inner forearms. No dice.
  3. Warning: old thread bump! I've been curious about this and meaning to post something about copulins inspiring testosterone production in women. Some women take testosterone (or the steroids to produce testosterone) for working out to make it easier to shed the fat our bodies so dearly want to hang onto, so I find this something I'll have to experiment with in addition to my Dominance pheromone that's supposed to give more oomph to working out. Has anyone who uses coplins everyday or close to that find a difference in their bodies or stamina doing everyday things? And that link about men's fat related to stamina--that makes a lot of sense. I'm sending that link to someone who really needs to read that.
  4. Yes, I'm not giving up yet but normally after 8-12 tmes I thought I'd notice something
  5. Cannot seem to make this one work for me. Nothing obvious and I've tried (and will keep tryibg for a lttle while.) I've used little dots and I've slathered and I've applied just normal arm stripes. Question: can men use this on themselves? May test this on boyfriend and his friend and see what reactions they get.
  6. Updating: boyfriend rarely wears colognes and doesn't seem keen on the oil base so I need to mix sprays. Applied this to myself today and got that clean almost-but-not-quite aesexual (or what's the word when a scent is gender neutral?) smell that reminds me of some of the most popular colognes of the nineties. This is very clean still and smells really good. I would definitely recommend for anyone who's looking for a good bridge between commercial and artisan as this would be a great intro to guys who aren't that adventurous in their cologne choices. This one is very delicious! I put the rest in my wax melter pot and my house now smells like it. Yummy.
  7. I was wearing OCCO SLF with Siren's Serenade and a store person asked her coworked what smelled like Nag Champa. She asked me if it was my perfume and was curious since she said she liked the smell. I smelled both my arm where the Siren's Serenade was (over sexology un, i forgot about that) and smelled the spot where I put the SLF and I think it was the SLF that was more incensy (at that moment) of the two. It's still bright, zingy and fruity to me but Siren's Serenade I don't think, could be construed as nag champa (or me at least.)
  8. I think it's one of the most common requests in the trade threads on people's lists. I haven't tried it personally but it must be good!
  9. Allumette? Maybe Dolce Far Niente? Would like to try some of the very most popular but no longer made men's colognes though too.
  10. Was her name really Sister Penguin? Or was it just her habit that formed the basis of the nickname?
  11. So bummmed I didn't get a chance to get a bottle. I have a sample coming and I hope I hate it so I'm less bummed.
  12. DD-- I feel the same way-- but if this one doesn't get the best reviews I'll likely eventually get Kitten Nip which also has that. just to compare, the notes listed for that one are: VANILLA ~ Aphrodisiac, inspires happiness, playfulness, vitalizing. Evokes sense memories of nurturing and family. CREAM ~ Nurturing, soothing, eases troubled relationships. Goddess energy. CHOCOLATE ~ Lightens emotions, evokes feelings of love. STRAWBERRY ~ Attraction, draws fortunate circumstances in all areas of your life. BANANA ~ Fertility, prosperity; lightens emotional burdens. CHERRY ~ Stimulates and attracts love, cheerfulness, good humor, mood elevator, divination. CARAMEL ~ Attracts love, luck, sweetness, wishes granted.
  13. I'm surprised I haven't reviewed this as I've had it for a few months and worn it several times. This acted as a good cover for jouir de for me, which although it does not need a cover, I wasn't a fan of the jouir de scent but wanted to wear it for the cops. The plum, amber, orchid, and honey worked well together but I'd have to test it out again to get into specifics. This is one of the rare perfumes I enjoy wearing that has sandalwood in it. Overall, this perfume is very much like incense sticks that you pick out because they smell good unburnt (only to find out it smells completely different and just identical to pretty much every other incense when burnt.) This has that powdery perfumed and unburnt incense smell to it so it's very much a head shop scent. I actually wore this out and a very cute young pothead couple were gushing over how much they loved my perfume and how much it smelled like a headshop. i keep meaning to test this out as a deodorant or as a home-smell-via-heated perfume oil smell. I think if I did either of those I would wear it more than once every two or three weeks. Sidenote: this does have a lot of strength, throw, and lasting power.

    Anthea

it wasn't nivea was it? I read lily of the valley was one of the scents used but they were others mixed in so maybe not.
  15. Thunder's a good one! I wasn't that big of a fan of Salute but I need to try it again. Has he tried Pashazade (my fave)? I liked Pinnacle as well but think Thunder was better. totally adding karmiel and upstairs, downstairs to my next buy. ugh. I need to just buy. my list is getting too long.
  16. f*ck yeah. lavender loving here I come!
  17. Sounds good. i don't know what lotus smells like but everything else sounds good
  18. I've said before that initially I was not a fan of SLF but I think after I experimented with a trade bottle of jouir de and found that cops worked and what to do versus what not to do, SLF is a lot easier to handle for my specific chemistry. However, if I did not have a bottle of EOW and of OCCO SLF there is no way I would let go of my jouir de. Read the review thread for it and you'll likely want to dare yourself to wear it too. I was very interested to compare them side by side. OCCO SLF came across as bright and zingy and whatever honey was in it seemed like a very fruity honey. Also, by comparing them I could finally smell the orchid and I also counted myself lucky to add two more adjectives to the smelling experience of metallic and stale. Which makes it sound like I hate Jouir De (more for Nutrix) but my nose is dumb so I'm happy to have new smell experiences whwre I have to pick out new notes so I felt like I was learning today. Just make sure it dries down and have a cover just in case.
  19. I had an unpleasant interaction with two people who should have been kind enough to answer my questions and not act suspicious (wasn't with this blend.) When I wrote about it here, a couple people suggested that it might have been that I wasn't their type but because I was wearing a sexual blend they were actually pissed they were responding to me and knew something was wrong and it was creating extreme friction. I know your boss is attracted to you but he might have been rubbed SO the right way but it was just wrong for the workplace and your current situation that it created too much unpleasant friction that he took his crankiness out on you.
  20. are there some wax melts with this phero you can send out to your family members? geez that's great that you had pretty much everyone respond to it. Makes me wonder about genetics and common response to certain pheromones/blends.
  21. WOW!!!! Awesome testimonial! I feel worried that popularity potion is going to be the same way for me-- seems like no matter how much I use I don't notice anything. Oh well, just got to keep plugging away.
  22. question: I tried this way back in January and ended up giving my sample away. Has anyone noticed if the aging has changed it? I would get great cherry from the almond for about fifteen minutes and then it would turn into carrot cake. I REALLY want this one to work--both for the almond and the pheromone blend. or should I just give it up?
  23. yeah, me too-- I've been ignoring it for like a month but then was looking for something to test out "happy pheros" so I remembered how much I like it.
  24. I get this whole: "where is he! He knows I'm all dressed up and waiting for him. Does he think I WANT to spend 2 hours dressing and applying this head-dress just to have him be late to pick me up for dinner?!?"
