  1. I am running towards this one like a herd of stampeding wildebeests.

    Defrosted

Must has. Don't know if I've ever encountered ivy before, but it calls to me.
  3. Lol @ Just Ducky. You have no idea how painful it was not to order a FB of them all! Actually, you probably do
  4. I was going to be good and control my addiction. So I only ordered 6 out of the 10 new lovelies. I'm quite proud of myself. I'm also considering placing another order next week on payday...
  5. Absinthe, the first couple of times I wore this it gave off a delicate fairy screech at me too for a short while. I was worried the slight sharpness would lead to a headache. But it doesn't seem to do that anymore. And I love the gorgeousness of it after it's dried down- have had so many compliments on it.
  6. I've gotten an over-the-top euphoric kind of feeling from Levitation potion (in Flying Potion, so only 1/3 the strength of this UN). I do spray it like the world is going to end sometimes, because I can get a little overenthusiastic with perfume. It has made me a bit light-headed on occasion for short periods of time, but makes everyone happy too, so I don't seem to care, lol. I've worn OW in River Song. I haven't ever noticed that feeling of "Whoops, things are a little out of control here" with OW, no matter how much I've sprayed. It just doesn't have that giddy high-ness to it, because of the lack of DHEAS. It's very well named because I really see it as an opening blend- in that it makes you approachable, draws people closer and makes them friendly. As a reserved introvert it opens me up to the world a little more, makes me feel like I'm more socially inviting. Oh, I just realised I often add extra DHEAS when I wear Flying Potion, so that's gonna be making the Levitation potion more levitate-y. I think I might kind of be using it as my own personal hovercraft. Like those cats on youtube who ride robot vacuum cleaners. So if you do want to Levitate, but want to make sure your head doesn't fly so high you're decapitated by a ceiling fan, maybe don't do that.
  7. Yeah Hearts, I get great lashings of brown sugar. Maybe it's the combo of vanilla, honey and praline on top of the fruit?
  8. This scent really does evoke the cool, almost slightly smoky feel of autumn air and crisp dry leaves. I love it. I don't ever get to experience real autumn where I live- all the trees here are evergreen, and a good part of autumn often feels like a lingering summer. But this scent reminds me of when I visited a town a few hours away in early autumn last year. Everywhere I looked there were trees losing their flame coloured leaves, and the air was cold and crisp and clean. It felt like I'd travelled to another country. One with proper seasons. I wanted to live there forever.
  9. OMG- Sweet Pea Cupcake! Anything involving fairies is squee-worthy. Fairies and cupcakes together is almost too much!
  10. Just woke up and ran to my computer to find the magic has arrived! YAY! I haven't finished reading them all yet, cause I'm lingering over the enjoyment of new lovelies. But they are all so beautiful! I just finished reading Nola and had to stop by and say how much I loved Luna's brilliant story. Was sorry it ended where it did. And the perfume sounds excitingly delicious. Must have.
  11. These waiting times really make me aware of the out of control nature of my LP addiction. I must be clicking on this site about 100 times a day. :chaplin: (Because he's cute!)
  12. Wow, that's so interesting to find out! I had no idea all pheros can potentially do that to you. Makes me want to make sure I'm taking some days off here and there for the sake of my poor neurotransmitters. Thanks for bringing up this question Cougarrific.
  13. So far I've only ever been wiped out from blends with a lot of A-nol. Mainly Lace, which can also give me a headache. So I'm wondering whether it's the EST or the cops in CB that are making you feel that way. I don't know if either of these are likely to have that effect on people, but it'd be interesting to find out. I know I love EST and wear it often, and it doesn't make me feel tired at all.
  14. I am not one to usually wear more than one phero-blend, but since this post was started I've been wearing TH & EST together a bit. The last few days I've worn TH in Fairy Musk to work with a couple of sprays of EST on other parts of my clothes, and 2 DHEAS sprays to hair. I am loving it. Everyone feels very social and comfortable around me, and as Mara and others have said the EST adds that feminizing touch. The DHEAS are more for me to be honest- it helps me feel happy and comfortable enough to be a bit more social (I often add DHEAS to whatever else I'm wearing). This combo is a bit like if TH was SS4W's younger sister, who's just starting to revel in her own emerging prettiness, but in a totally social- not sexual- way. The woman in charge where I worked today kept asking me if I was sure I wanted to do something I was about to do, like she was worried I was taking on too much and wanted to ease my work burden. It was just a totally normal part of my job that I always spend most of my time doing at this place, and while she is always nice and appreciative, she hasn't acted this way before. The men at work seem very comfortable and happy to be around me too.
  15. I'm just drooling and waiting for the moment I can go mad buying them all. And drooling some more...
  16. Xev, how long ago was that? Like StacyK I'm wondering whether maybe this is no longer an appropriate thing to ask for, but as a phero it really does call to me.
  17. I cannot pick out the individual notes in this perfume, but this is what it feels as though it's made of: Cold, clean night air A sliver of pale moon glow Frozen starlight Soft whispers of night-blooming white flowers A hint of earth-tipped dew on grass It is quiet, haunting, evocative and beautiful.
  18. Yep, it's a combo of hot chocolate and coffee. It does work, trust me. But no, the moon sugar candy is not at all mocha-like. It's more like perfume pancake topping.
  19. I have a feeling this may have been asked before, but couldn't find a thread for it, so apologies for any tedious repetition here. I would love to order two phero blends that are no longer available as mad scientist blends: Intellectual Woman & Lumina. Is this possible if I just write the names of the phero blends in the notes section of the mad scientist purchase? Or is recreating older blends a bit too much trouble?
  20. Yeah Honeycake, no one would come too close to me for an entire work day! But people were throwing interested glances in my direction- it was like I was fascinating but intimidating, and completely unapproachable. I was using the UN spray. Can't remember how many sprays, but obviously too many (I couldn't help myself at first, and used to spray them like pretty perfumes). Maybe 4 or 5 or 6. Not good. I'm still extremely wary of LFM because I'm afraid of putting too much on and being treated like the devil incarnate.
  21. NuTrix, mocha is coffee with chocolate- it's a delicious drink. But I don't think Moon Candy smells anything like it. I have this in spray, and the first time I tried it I sprayed it liberally and directly on my clothes (as is my usual practice) more than my skin. NOBODY DO THIS! Because this is a strong scent it really didn't work well this way. It kind of sickened me- like I'd overdosed on maple syrup. It was actually burning my nostrils. But now I've tried it again, on my skin, I love it. It gets better after the initial hit of lemon softens, and everything melds together. Then I start thinking I smell like the breakfast of my dreams!
