This is divinely nommy! On me it's a very pink sweet scent, particularly for the first half hour. It's like a gooey, melting roasted raspberry marshmallow, with a ghostly hint of smoke. At first the smoke is almost undetectable, then it slowly makes its presence known more, but never takes over. I can smell the smokiness much more strongly when I sniff near to my skin. It's a warm, uplifting scent that seems to have a stronger presence than the other sugared layerables I've tried so far. I suspect ageing will make this one unbearably delectable. Edit: Just read the scent description- where on earth is that pink raspberry marshmallow coming from if it's vanilla? Very mysterious...

I have yet to discover the poundcake yet Nutrix. But it is so lovely and pink and yummy that I can't be to sad. I really want to see what some aging will do with this one.

I get pink frosting but no cake from this one so far. It feels like there is a hint of something slightly citrusy too, though I know there's not from the description. It's a very bright, fun scent, feels nice and youthful. I hope mine mellows and offers me up some cake next time too though. I've tried this one with LP Pink for extra pinky delightfulness.

This is lovely. Bright, sweet and happy, like sunshine in flower form. For the first few moments it has a fuzzy texture to it, but it then becomes smooth and clear and golden. Very snuffable. I have to say one problem I'm having with all my sugared so far is that I can't seem to smell them on my skin for too long. Maybe I just need to leave them to age a bit, because they're so new and shiny right now.

So sorry to hear about your troubles Rose. I have reached the point where I refuse to deal with male doctors, because in my experience (and that of many others) so many of them simply will not listen to their patients. And to be honest, a lot of them don't seem to give a crap. Not to mention the perverts (of which there are quite a few). When you have to deal with a specialist though you don't often get to choose the sex of your Dr., unfortunately. I hope you can make him hear you when you communicate with him again.

Katz, I'm so glad someone's got this one! I've been waiting to hear about it. I've never come across green musk before. Is it soft, heavy, sweet, subtle, strong, powdery? I can't quite imagine the scent in comparison to other musks. What would you combine it with?

This is delightful! It feels like a combination of green and red apple, and is sweet in a slight candyish way (but not cloying), while it also offers a slight hint of apple tartness which makes it feel juicy and natural. It has a brightness to it, almost like a slight sunshine honeyed note, but without the actual presence of honey. To me it feels warm but light, not like a deep baked autumn apple but like you are soaking up some sun while munching on crisp candy apples.

My sister has been loving OW as well (she has it in River Song). She works in a small club serving drinks, etc and says she's definitely noticed a positive difference in how people relate her when she wears it. She's very conservative in how much she puts on as well, so it's potent stuff!

Birkey, I'm pretty sure Mara said a while ago that she does a rebrew of this one each year in October for the Halloween season. Someone more knowledgeable correct me if I'm wrong here.

Exactly Nutrix! Scent can really enhance or change my mood and focus. I would even go so far as to say the scents here often feel like fairy glamours that allow me to cast a sort of spell on myself and those around me, in order to present myself however I choose to be in that moment. I find this scent makes me feel really comforted and secure and more open to people because of that. It also seems to magnetically draw people in towards me. It really melds so beautifully with my skin too, so it ends up feeling somehow more natural than most scents.. And I too have had a ton of compliments with it. Thank goodness I snagged myself 3 bottles (as the first one's almost gone now ). I'm going to turn one into a spray.

I am going to be so incredibly sad when I've used this one up. It is so precious- warm and welcoming, peaceful, intriguing, sensual and grounded and utterly gorgeous.

This is a sexy, dangerous, utterly unique floral. Unusual in the best kind of way. I wore it out the other day wearing a lace-y black dress, and people were mesmerised by it. For some reason it made me feel like a sexy black widow figure in a film.

Wore this out recently to lunch at a fancy restaurant. I wore a spray of the UN TH and about 4 sprays of Fairy Musk with TH. Plus added a spray or two of DHEAS. The attractive French waiter who served us was constantly smiling at me, and making eye contact, treating me more considerately than everyone else. The people I was with all noticed. Such fun!

It really is an utterly gorgeous scent isn't it? I wore this recently when picking my sister up from the airport and taking her out to lunch. She loved it so much she kept commenting on it. It makes me feel really elegant and graceful.

Eggers, did you by any chance get a little overenthusiastic when wearing it back when it made you anxious? Because I haven't touched this wonderful fragrance in a while due to being too trigger happy and having my head semi-detach and start floating towards the ceiling one too many times. It's like Lace for me- a wonderful blend, but after overdosing more than once I don't go near it till I've forgotten how it felt to wear it the last time.

I have found most of the unisex or men's scents I've tried actually become decidedly feminine on me. And each scent is always fascinating in its own right. I like applying a bit on the sides/back of my neck, and then doing a "Mara-style lollipop" - running the perfume roller down my torso, around the bellybutton and up again towards cleavage (though I'm guessing you don't have much of that, lol!). Have fun with your new collection.

This is a gorgeous pale grey lavender coloured scent, with a clean creamy musk presence. It is a bit more masculine than I had hoped for when I first put it on, but I could see it being sweetened up by combining with something a bit more girly. After a couple of hours it had softened on me to a more feminine skin scent. I think I'll convert mine to a spray, and use with some pure sugar.

I feel like this one would also go well with SS4W, Lumina, OW, Flying Potion- for me anyway. I think basically anything that makes me feel good, any social or sexy social would work perfectly.

I'm surprised this one doesn't have more reviews yet. I've just lightly slathered this morning for the first time, and I'm in scent heaven. The first moment or so the butterscotch dominated, and I thought it might be a bit too sickly foody sweet. Then it softened and merged seamlessly in with the florals, butter and musk, like the scent is a cake batter that has just been perfectly mixed into that state of utter unbaked deliciousness that has you wanting to devour it raw. It's soft and sweet, and has reached a stage where it is neither foody nor floral, and yet it is both. This scent is like golden buttered sunshine and the humming of bees turned into a soft syrup of fragrance. I want it to ooze from my pores forever. It feels so natural and elegant and feminine, and so me somehow, like it was made to fit me. I'd better stop blathering now, but this fragrance has really made me happy.

Brilliant! I'm going to have to give in and snag a bottle.

Anyone out there who finds honey often goes dirty or sex-scent on them: Can you wear this? How much can you detect the honey? I noticed BlueBear had a positive experience, but would love to hear more encouragement as well (postage to Australia takes too long for me to bother with samples). Please give me hope...

Just got this in the post and slathered with abandon! It's much more gorgeous than I somehow expected. I'm not a huge cherry girl, and thought this might be cloying or syrupy and sickly sweet. It's not at all. It's actually coming across as quite delicate on me. At first there's a hint of candied cherry, then it becomes more mellow. It's a light and airy kind of luscious fruitiness. I have a feeling that, as others have found with older versions, this will just get better and better with age.

These are so beautiful! Everyone looks really gorgeous. I'm not in any of the pics (hate photos), but I'm so looking forward to being able to buy some of these sugared lovelies. I've been staying away from LP lately to avoid temptation. Resistance seems futile now.
