For me, i was just glad to be able to walk 6 feet without thinking i might die/having to literally crawl hands and knees upstairs but i still hated everyone and everything. Are you asthmatic? Seretide inhaler has been a godsend for me, i just need to remember to take it every day, but two puffs are enough to keep me under control. If you need them take them way before bed, asthma stuff fucks with your sleep really badly, and sleep dep=lunatic for me. Anywaaaaaay, for the sleep dep, hormonal, and in anyway challenged today, may we please have any kind of clue??!

Such a nice review. I have also found the phero wax melts to be invaluable. I love the banana bread scent! Balm bomb is amazing, i also feel really lucky that this is available For me, the calmer ones have been way more useful,being a somewhat stressed individual at times, it makes a good start for feeling okay about moving into sexier territory by myself, without a sexy phero, but i wish you good luck in your continuing melt journey!
