I have had a couple of weepy meltdowns when using anything that is EST heavy, or when I have used a larger amount of a phero containing EST. I don't recall a time this occurred specifically with Lace, but I have been lowering the amount of pheros I put on that contains EST and that seems to have helped. Using 4 sprays would probably have turned me into a puddle of tears as well. Also, if it is nearing shark week, then I seem to be overly sensitive to EST.

I do like how Cougar goes with this one. It's a very different vibe than most of my other scents. It feels youthful but not too young to me. A little Élan Vitale goes a long way on me. I learned this the hard way when I applied too much before heading out the door to work one time. Now I do a couple of light spritzes and it is plenty to last me all day.

I just bought a bottle of this today. It is my fave of the water sprays. Can't wait to spray everywhere! I should have got 2 bottles...

I have a spray bottle of Elan Vitale boosted w/ Cougar. I find that it adds a sparkly ginger ale like shimmer to other layered scents. This is one of the few LPs that I have that does not morph throughout wear. I spray it on and that's it. I can smell it the exact same way hours later.

This is in my top 5 faves and I sooo wish I had got a FB. My 2 samples are dwindling. This came out right as I was feverishly learning about LP and it was gone before I had a chance to claim one. I find that this mixes well with unexpected scents. That is how I tried it over cops & robbers and found it goes incredibly well together. At least on me. If anybody has a bottle that isn't working for them, I'll be overjoyed to take it off your hands!

I am so in love with this. I tried out my sniffee last week and was wowed by it. I tried it before reading about the ingredients. My nose picked up the cream right away but I couldn't please the fruitiness that was coming through. I kept thinking a juicy non sour lemon type something. Now I know it's the pear and apricot. The overall scent made me think of a Greek pastry I would have as a kid. It had a creamy, fluffy, thick filling that was sweetened but not too sweet. A lot of the pastries I grew up with in Greece and Germany were like this. When I moved back to the U.S. as a teen I remember thinking that all the sweets were overbearing in their sweetness level. Anyway, this reminded me of the filling in those pastries and it made me happy to sniff my arms throughout the day. Yes, I'll be getting a bottle of this in my next order. Any other fans out there??

I really liked this the first couple of minutes. Such a wonderful cakiness. But then there was an underlying earthy smell that pushed its way to the surface. Had to wash it off. Boo.

This one has been tempting me for awhile. I love me some coconut. I'll need to get a sample first because sometimes coconut can get a really dry smell on me. I like coconut cream but coconut husk is blechh on me.

I'm getting antsy to place my order, but I have been deciding between a few things. I know I am getting Passionate Whispers, Ricotta Sonata, Topper, & Essential Bliss. May also Orange Almond spray. But then I am debating between Enchanted Wonderland, Xuehua Xing, and Hanagumori. Wish I could get them all. Will also get samples of LP Black, A Treasure of Pearls, and Vampire Bait.

I cannot believe there exists a rose scent that I like!! And not only like, but I'm thinking FB on this! The rose and buttercream are expertly balanced. Wow. Me. Liking. Rose. Unbelievable miracle here.

I really like how long lasting this is on fabrics. I sprayed a blanket of my daughters yesterday and it still has the sweet comforting scent clinging to it.

So glad I got a bottle unsniffed! The honey is perfect on me and the juicy apricot and LP base makes it crazy good. And having Gotcha in it is such a bonus.

I hope you like it as much as I do DD! The LP long dry down on me is a wonderful vanilla with a touch of woodsyness. My daughter loves this too. I may have to get 2 bottles otherwise I may not see it again.

Oh Molls, I agree completely! I'm trying this one out today and so far it's lovely. I can't say it is any one thing, but the sum total is a well balance of floral, fruit, and amber woods. This is one that can go anywhere. To work, to the beach, to a PTA meeting, out car shopping (which is what I am doing today). It is feminine, but not overly sweet. More a like clean and approachable perfumey scent. I'm not doing a very good job explaining this, but it is one that I am debating on getting a full bottle. I think it would be great in a spray.

I wore this to work last week for a meeting with a female exec that I have only met once. The scent does remind me of gummy coca cola bottles like previously mentioned. It dried down to a clean cedar which I really liked. The meeting went well and she was very attentive and made lots of suggestions on a project I've been working on. Even forwarded me links to business blogs that she finds helpful. The big surprise for me was prior to our meeting. I was at my desk plunking away on my computer when I started getting horny. And it wasn't just a little bit, but rather a full on instantaneous throbbing horny that made me gasp and grab my desk. It totally caught me by surprise. I had to go straight to my meeting and felt a bit flushed walking in there. It's funny now, but I was worried that I'd start making moaning or gasping noises in front of this lady! I'll wear this again, but I'll be prepared for the, uh, potential side effect.

I've been thinking the same thing. Maybe when I get my tax refund, I can finally get the yearly subscription.

I get a little cops smell with my OCCO White and BAM & LAM Pink Ambers but it goes away fairly soon with a dry down. Maybe 10 mins. I get none at all from Cops & Robbers. I get lots from OCCO Ambrosia and BBM. With Ambrosia though, i will get the perfume scent along with the strong cops, but the cops is always present. BBM however is ALL cops. I will try shaking it some more and see if that helps. I would have traded it by now but I really, really want the yumminess I keep hearing about. Maybe I just have a weird sniffer?

I feel like I am missing something with this one. I will use it, but it has almost zero cover for me and I never do get the cakey or cream scent at all. In fact it is so strong that I had thought that maybe this one didn't get scented somehow, but then I know that would never have happened. Like I said, I'll still use it but I am missing out on the yumminess that everyone talks about. It's ok though, I adore my BAM, LAM, and OCCOs.

Got this in a sample today and tried it out right away. It is good! I get coconut. And not just a little coconut, but a decadent, creamy, wet coconut with a little whisper of floral. A coconut that I have been wanting for so long, but they often end up too dry for me. I looked up the ingredients and WHAT?... no coconut?? Ah, whatever, I still love it!! I'm going to try this one out tomorrow and give it the ol' long dry down and see if it's a FB for me. Eta: Ok I didn't need to wait until tomorrow to get the dry down. i get a creamy floral vanilla feel with a blonde type light wood that still has a coconut aspect for me but it is now a contributor to the whole scent. Still weird because I don't see vanilla or coconut on the ingredients. Must be wrapped up in the cream. Still rich and gorgeous. Yep, it's now on my list!

This was among my first samples from LP and I really liked the scent and the phero. I kept thinking that I'd come back for a FB as soon as I tried out a couple of other ones first. HA!! I know better now that the FB list just grows with each month's NRs. DD, your AVI always makes me do a double take because I swear those could be my boobs under that robe. I feel like zooming in to see if I can recognize anything else. LOL

I think I may wear honey scents the next couple of days to get my nose ready and accepting of whatever honey this LP will offer. When I started with LPs, I thought I was a honey ho, but it turns out I am a selective honey ho. I can usually make honey work though by just going much lighter and layering it with something else. Some days I crave it and swear I could be honey dipped with no problem. Other days I feel like it is too thick and it is going to soak into my bones. I can't wait to try this one out to see where it is on the spectrum. And aging will only make it better! Keep the reviews coming!! We are hanging on your every word!!
