I agree Molls, but Mara could not have possibly anticipated the idiotic way this little town operates, and by Tuesday, it will have been on it's third day of cruising in the heat with Mr. Clueless. Welcome to my world. I hate living in this town.

Our idiotic post office is holding mine hostage! They arrived on Friday, I was not available to sign so they could not deliver. They again attempted to deliver on Saturday and there was no one to sign for it, so they could not leave it without a signature.. Do I know this because they left me a notice saying so??? NO!!! I know this because I checked the tracking status on my order online and found out! And NOW, I have to call the PO tomorrow to look into it and hope that they do NOT tell me that it is already in the truck for delivery. If it is, then that means that I will have my package riding around on another long, HOT day exposing what is a fortune in heat sensitive unscented pheromones to more excessive heat. In that event, I will not be able to get them until at least Tuesday, since I don't drive. I can only hope that the heat exposure has not destroyed their potency before they even get to me. Please don't misunderstand. I do NOT in any way blame Mara and John for this. This was the most expensive order I have ever placed with LP and they took extra precautions this time to assure that it would be delivered safely and accounted for. I place te blame squarely on my mail carrier who will NOT ring the door bell or leave a notification! WTF???! I do not even know how we are supposed to claim this pkg. without a delivery notice of some sort. The thought of those pheros possibly being ruined by these indelicate morons driving around with them in a non air conditioned truck is literally making me sick. I can not afford to replace them! Does anyone know if I can recoup the value of these items from the PO if they are ruined due to this? I am sick over this. Just an additional piece of info. Three of the scented items I ordered are now also discontinued and can NOT be replaced!!!

Wow Silkilocks, I have used Perfect Match and I can not really smell much of anything from it. I have no idea what to make of this, but it is very, very strange for sure.

You might have luck with Ambrosia OCCO Beach Goddess. Or you could always post an ISO in the Trading Post too.

Well.. I have not smelled LP Gold, but it has vanilla, amber, patchoulli , and honey blended with citrusy things like grapefruit, orange and lemongrass whereas OCCO Gold is all about the honeys, honeycomb, and triple sugar. So, it is basically a "honeybomb" which is why I *love* it. That is also why some people will NOT like it. Some people just can't do heavy honey perfumes. I think that you are really going to like OCCO Ambrosia because of the fruity aspects. I can not attest to the properties of OCCO Pink. I have never smelled that one and it might be just a tad too candy like on me, which just doesn't work on my skin. So.. if you love the honey, then you would love OCCO Gold, and on my skin, everything seems to layer well with honey. If you are a fan of Vanilla, you will love the OCCO White. Vanilla scents are iffy on me though since there are so many types. I hope that helps?

People are ridiculous. They will find the most ridiculous reasons to resent or dislike you, or no reasons at all! You are too smart - too dumb, too young - too old, too fat - too skinny, too ugly - too pretty, etc. etc,etc. I give up!!! I think you are right SpriteLeigh, it is all about insecurity. Too hell with them all! Unless they have a say in whether you are to lose your job or not, and you are hurting no one, wear the perfumes/pheros you want if it makes you happy! I would say Treasured Hearts. I ordered this one and am hoping that its nature is what I am sensing. If i am right, this might be what works for a gathering of any type. (sorry, just saw what your collection consists of and am editing adding this as an edit!)

You might be able to add something citrusy, but if it were me, and I could be wrong, I think i would give the resins, woods, or even spices a try. It's very hard to say without actually smelling it as it is.
