I could have sworn I smelled blueberry in this... Guess not! But my overall impression is similar to Halo's review. I'm getting light berries with amber and patch. It's not as sweet as I would have imagined with the berries and sugar. It's deep and a bit resinous with a whisper of berry.

In the vile this is really berry and I like it quite a bit. I hope my chemistry doesn't amp the patch but I am REALLY liking these berry notes atm, light and sweet...

Initially I really loved this one -- it went on as a very soft, almost powdery berry sweetness. In the longer drydown I am amping the patch. I will keep sniffing and hope it comes around again, because I would love another Blatant Invitation scent! This is very congruent, IMO, in the earlier stages for me -- soft subtle sweetness with a surprising depth to it.

In the vial, this was all lovely and berries. First on, I didn't get any of the berry I smelled in the vial, it was, astringent? Something smelled masculine and slightly medicinal on me  and I thought un-oh this is NOT for me. But that only lasted a couple minutes and it chilled and now it smells like something soapy and old lady?!?!? Something's gone terribly wrong here. I'll definitely have to set this aside for a bit and revisit. Must be my chemistry going wonky...

Hearts, i totally get the blueberry feel. Except I can't wear blueberry. But the berries in this smell like blueberries do before they go plasticky. I think it's the fig and currant lending a darkness to the raspberries that make it feel like bluberry to me. The patch smoothes the whole thing together like a sexy jam. But it's definitely not overly sweet. I get a bit of the BI at first, but it melds fairly quickly. You'd never know it was there!

Sexy Jam, that's what this is! I'd love to spread it on my toast...or dip into it with a spoon. Who has that doggone LP spoon now? Tyvey? Between the yummy dark-berry and BI, I'm sure this will be a hit with the mister.

I am so pissed off!! I keep getting Heatwave and this mixed up! I so badly wanted the peppermint rhubarb pie thing to go to the park in. But I grabbed this and slathered. And slathered and slathered because I was trying to get that crisp refreshment I got last night. Only to find out it was the wrong LP. I am also slathered in BI now...and this was supposed to be a phero free day!!!

Well I don't know what is up...but I can hardly smell this! I got absolutely no berries at all. That's why I kept coating myself with it...I couldn't smell anything! I would just cover it up with Heatwave but I feel I need to ride this out now so I can give a better review if anything comes of it when I get outside in the heat. See if I can smell something....

Anyone that has tried this, would you say it has a similar vibe to Coconut Breeze?

DD, for me Coconut Breeze is a very beach-y kind of summer scent, evoking hot temps, humidity, sitting on someone's deck with grill fired up, hair still wet and kind of clammy on your neck from swimming .... while this is more delicate and indoors, freshly showered in a pretty cotton dress so you can go walk around air-conditioned art galleries or find a nice restaurant and sit on the deck under shade, watching the river go by and feeling the breeze while you sip your tropical drink. To me it's like a summer version of Petit Four Your Thoughts.... very soft, almost dainty foodie sweetness.

No, they're not alike at all.

Sadly, the berries are really sour/medicinal on me for now, and I don't think I've ever had that happen with an LP berry blend. The drydown reminds me of Ruby Red in terms of the soft powdery resinous aura - I do like that part of it.

Well, tried this one, and it is very pretty berries and patch when wet. Kind of reminds me of NOX. After a very short time....about 3 minutes, it fades to a very soft, sweet, almost "not there" scent. I still like it though! Will probably test it again, just so I can look at the hunky guy on the vial.....LOL

ETA.....this is interesting......after about 15 minutes, the scent sort of "revived" itself.....it now smells almost like LAM original with a hint of fruit. This is really nice. I am going to have to get a full bottle.....

Um. I kind of forgot this had BI and I've been wearing it three days in a row. Thankfully no funny male coworker behavior.

The real reason I've been wearing it, though, is I can't get enough of the dark berry scent. Definitely a cousin to Feral. All that deep, delicious blackberry and blackcurrant get extra tang from the raspberry, a bit more sweetness and dimension from the fig. Without remembering all the notes I could make out a trace of pathchouli that wasn't too overwhelming, and now that I see it's white patchouli that's obviously the reason why. It gives the whole thing a boost of sexiness. But considering my friend's wedding rehearsal is tonight, I need to let it wear off and switch to something else. BI is not something to be doused in around a priest!

^^ Haven't you ever seen the "Thorn Birds"?

My moms favorite mini series from ages ago.

I haven't tried this yet, but these reviews are tempting. Hope I don't get the poisoned raspberry with this one.

If you like the berry, try to get some NOX....no pheros, and the same great berry vibe.

I personally am loving Caressful Breeze....had to get two bottles....I am addicted!!

This smelled like the colors of my avi - white and translucent blue. It brought to mind hard candy and cotton and vacation. Blue sugar.

Ok checked the notes and I see my nose has its own mind as usual.

Yeah I would say either NOX or Ruby Red,

Being a Blatant Invitation lover, I had to get this one. It's very light and very berry. It reminds me a bit of those creamy berry flavored Life Savers and I love that it holds the BI so well without seeming overtly sexual in nature. I've been pairing it with Ricotta Sonata to add a bit more scent and I love the two together. I may need to try NOX as well from the sounds of it.

My man loves it.....he is very happy that I got two bottles. It is soft and pretty and does stand up to the BI without bleed-through. Nice for when you want to hit someone with the BI without wearing a strong scent.

Mara kindly sent a small sample of this one with my order.

While I'm not entirely sure I'm a berry person, I'm glad to have gotten this one, because I'm half-intrigued half-scared of the phero in this. :D

Review coming soon.

It's in my wallet, and going to get tested in a few hours on Mr. Unsuspecting Friend. He's aware of LPMP so the last time we talked he said (half joking) - if you wear this phero stuff around me and it works I'll be very direct about it...

Well.... *wicked grin*

Let's see the vibes it gives.

I think there was a playful flirtatious vibe, he appreciates my visits to the place he runs and (esp. Considering it's about half a mile ftom my workplace). I feel a giddiness wearing this. About an hour from application I get a light headed sexy slinky effect feeling-wise. Super cool stuff.

I wasn't near the guy at this stage, so this will get another try on him an hour after application. Seems like a handy stealth weapon to have in my wallet. ?

Scent-wise:

the berries fade fast on my skin, leaving a cloud of marshmallow musk. I like that cloud better than the berries so that's completely fine by me.

Yeah, interesting... and somewhat distracting. ?

Adding this: I wore this to a salsa party last night. I'm pretty sure it was the pheromone that garnered some extra compliments and attention from dancers, both male and female. One asked what's in my food that puts so much energy in my dance. I think couplins make me feel extra lively, if that makes sense. I always imagine, dancing alone in between partners, there's a guy next to me I want to seduce through my motion. Wearing this I felt therevsome extra intent, and people noticed. Good stuff.

I got a sniffie of this in a recent order and decided to try it out on date night. I've never tried BI in any form before, so I thought it would be fun.

And it was. Really, really fun. So much so that I've kind of been wracking my brain trying to figure out how to tastefully and discreetly say how much fun it was, or come up with some detail of my date that would illustrate the fun without coming across as vulgar. Umm...hmmm...well...I'll keep thinking. :Emoticons04263: I'm totally sold on BI, though, 100%. It does what it says on the tin, no question.

Scent-wise, Caressful Breeze is really pretty. I got a soft and not overly sweet berries & patchouli combo out of it from beginning to end. I couldn't pick out any fig in there, either it's too well blended or my nose just gots the dumbs (entirely possible!) This is like the sneaky clean for Blatant Invitation, you'd never guess there are sexy pheros lurking behind that sweet berry facade lol

I can't believe I never revisited this thread! THIS must be a hint of what current smells like! I love the berry bang of this right out of the vial (yes, I still have my sample, as I'd set this aside and it promptly was buried in my "keepers, if not favorites" pile. I think I amp the patch more than I would like, but it's much softer now and not coming off as masculine-like or medicinal. It has aged beautifully and is sweet sugared berries on a bed of soft patchouli. I may need to rethink this as a FB because I'm always keeping an eye out for something with resin feel that likes me back to add to my rotation...

After slathering this for the whole day - I can't believe I didn't amp the patch this time! Hubby said it was "a bit perfume-y for his liking, but not baaaad." This settled down to a really nice close to the skin scent. and yet I could smell it the whole time. No trace of cops whatsoever - and I slathered quite a bit to test. I still love that initial berry blast - SOOO scrummy!

Ahh shh. I need a back-up of this and I can't manage it right now

lol yes, I like it a lot. One of the few Raspberry scents I can wear. But I get more currant & blackberry.

I get a "Torrid Soccery" vibe from this. Which is nice because that was one I couldn't do, because OF the raspberry.

This one was very faint on me as well and the patch in this plays so nice with my chemistry, but the staying power of this is like dolly described it fades, but on me it never comes back

Ive never been a big fan of BI only because of the medusa invoking selfies but something had me get the spray on a whim and Im sure glad I did. The scent is soft and very beautiful, I mean extraordinarily beautiful, lots of compliments. The none doesn't seem to have a negative affect on me either. It feels toned down, but it hits hard.

Do you remember how much you applied?

I have BI problems but would love to make this work.

Hi StacyK, I appy 3-4 sprays of the 100% alcohol formulation. I also had a terrible time with BI before. I don't know why this particular formulation really cuts out the crazy self reactions to none I was having before with BI, and it hits well! I also wear LFN in spray quite a bit, perhaps my tolerance to none has increased.

I mostly got the currant from this before the vanilla took over and turned plastic :( I was hoping the berries would be able to keep it at bay. Will layer this with a bit of some other fruity scent when I take this for a test drive.
