Reminds me (in a good nostalgic way) of red Hawaiian Punch when you first open and pour the can. TS starts off that way, but soon settles into a more grown-up darker, less sweet fragrance that is even more remarkable than the first sniffs.

I wonder how Plum Dandy and Blatant Invitation would get along together, given how well BI works with the dark fruits in Torrid S. I think I'll give this a try this afternoon out of curiosity. ETA: Layering BI spray over the Plum Dandy made for a nice combo. It's probably not related to the BI, but this time the plum/fruit accord did NOT turn medicinal. Instead, there was a juniper berry or eucalyptus-like scent that overwhelmed the fruit accord. It did that on both the "test" arm (with BI) and the "control" arm (without BI). Plum Dandy is definitely interesting -- it smells different each time I use it! I really wish the fruit accord had stayed around longer.

Haven't worn this out in public yet, but the self-effects are incredible and quick. I've been working all Saturday morning on a major project that's due Monday and the neighborhood kids were out in the cul-de-sac bouncing some basketballs around. DRIVING ME FRIGGIN' CRAZY. I also just happened to have opened my new LP order and spritzed on some Topper. Within a few minutes I noticed I was smiling and thinking good thoughts (ones that did not involve exploding basketballs) and was able to continue working. Topper is my new BFF.

Mara -- I just tried the rebrew and you're right. The scent is a little bit more transparent, a bit more sheer than my first bottle. But the dry down is fine. And of course the phero effect is unchanged and as phenomenal as ever. (This is where you tell me my new bottle isn't one of the rebrews, right?! )

Yes, she IS one crazy chica! And she also just "talked" me into nabbing that last bottle of Purple Puff at the risk of alienating Mara et al. over making yet another order! (hiding from Mara)

And just to keep this kosher -- Purple Puff is indeed good enough to have caused your popularity even without the spandex!

'Fraid I must agree with my fellow ladies here -- it's lovely on cold sniff, but it just doesn't like my skin for some reason. And I really really wanted to like this one, because I adore spiced plum scents. I'm going to continue giving it the ol' college try; sometimes it takes a few attempts for my skin to finally "understand" a new scent!

Yeah, we hear ya!! It IS pretty hard to accept . . . until you experience that unforgettable day when it WORKS and your jaw hits the ground! I'm a born skeptic, so when the pheros worked for me, it was beyond amazing. Have fun with the pheros, and enjoy the lovely scents Mara and her crew create for us!

My kissie runs out of the room and refuses to go anywhere near me when I'm wearing Aether or Focus Potion. Other pheros don't seem to bother her. And it's not just the scent -- I can leave the opened FP bottle on the floor and she'll go over and sniff it. But the minute I put it ON me, she zooms off. Conclusion: my cat is weird.

My understanding is that BodaciouS Musk was inspired by the original white musk by The Body Shop, which hasn't been around for decades now. The current White Musk by The Body Shop is altogether a different scent due to use of different ingredients. (Hence the clues of "B'"S" and "M" in BodaciouS Musk.) BB's spot on -- this is a multi-purpose scent that's perfect for both casual and not-so-casual use. And the jasmine doesn't go "old lady" on me!! Yayyyyy!!!

This is a light musk fragrance that stays true on dry-down. I'm having a hard time typing because my nose is glued to my arm and has no intentions of moving.

Oooooh!! Caramel Musk to amp the scent when using TMI! That wonderful idea can be found in Webster's under "Heaven." Is it ready NOW?!??

It's almost a relief that this one is not playing well on my skin -- leaves more money to spend on Torrid S! It reminds me of Bulgari Black, which turns to burnt-rubber-and-truck-tires on me, too. Am I amping the leather, maybe? But Unseelie is beautifully crafted, and I envy those who can wear it.

Yes! Exactly!!!! Like fruit punch all grown up! This is what I wanted Nox to smell like. I love this stuff!! And that it's BI enhanced is just icing on the cake. Sorry, guys . . . this one merits some serious hoarding! ETA: No cops smell whatsoever. Double icing on the cake!

BEST. ORDER. EVER!!!!! Claimed it at the post office then got in line at the local drive-thru lunch place. Tore open the box and started opening bottles and testers and spritzing and swiping and glopping and sniffing and huffing and tossing paper everywhere. . . looked over to find a bag of food, a receipt, and some change on the console next to me. I wonder how many car horns I didn't hear.

Thank you thank, Mara!!! A permanent loss of TMI would mean the end of the world as I know it. Whew! Maybe I'll try layering the rebrew over the existing brew so any teeny tiny difference will disappear. . . assuming there is any. If it smells the same to YOU on dry-down, then we mere mortals certainly are not going to detect a difference!

What a truly amazing unisex scent! Usually anything marked "unisex" out in the real world (not our little LPMP universe!) means, "Hey, it's really for one gender, but you other gender feel free to wear it if you don't mind the weird looks and polite coughs." But this one is very much at home on my wrist and shoulders, and I would positively meld myself to any guy wearing it. Especially if he looked anything like the hunk on the label . . . mmmmmmmmm

Yes, this stuff is great! But I just tried to order some and it's completely OOS. I hope this blend is one that is re-stocked regularly. It's a nice clean scent that works well at the office.
