Went full bottle and I'm so glad I did! Rich, spine tingling caramel goodness. It's so easy for sugared scents to go wrong on me -- my skin tips things to plastic very easily, and I have an uneasy relationship with candied sweetness at the best of times -- but this is the holy grail of sweet creamy buttery candy goodness! I feel just like the label looks..... may need a backup bottle. I'm just sayin'.

From my perspective, comparing this with the original I'd say that this version is rather more honey-centric, and the honey and musk blend nicely together in the long drydown to make it so very sexah. The original has more of a creamy cocoa butter impression (like halo's Angelique does). Even so this is such a great idea, fragrance-wise, that I would always recommend any variation of it.

I don't get very much honey from my vial... I probably should have shaken it up? It's mostly a blast of cocoa butter and musk from beginning to the end - it ends up smelling really similar to Tyvey's White Chocolate Rose on drydown for me.

This one smells exactly like Halo's Angelique. It's all white creamy chocolate. If this were a commercial it would be those magnum bars, you know those Ice cream ones that are decadent, smooth, and rich? Just like that. I forgot that I need to only use a little, I poured this baby all over my wrists and it gave me a headache. Cocoa butter tends to do that when I go heavy handed. You really only need a little bit since it's so rich smelling. Also the pairing with Bang! Genius and Deadly!

I've only worn this one once and my skin just ate it up. The honey jumped forward for me then vanilla, buttercream oh my! I just wanted to stick the tiny bottle up my nose and just sniff. It mellowed on my and then I couldn't smell it much after a couple of hours. I wore it to work to test out Bang. Had a couple of guys look my way. I am thinking maybe I didn't put enough on. I am not sure if the little plastic piece puts enough or too much on the body. I will try it again on top of unscented body lotion. It's a yummy scent. The foodie scents are really growing on me now. This is a very yumilicious scent!

Got my little box of goodies last week I'm going to try this one out to a dance on Friday. I was going to take it for a spin on Monday but in end decided to wear Cuddle Musk with PM because I was totally digging that fragrance and I didn't know if I was in the mood to experiment with Bang. So Friday is the day.

 

I've never worn one of the more sexual blends before - I think Bang has more cops in it than Cougar or Gotcha, which are the only other things I have with cops in them.

In the vial this one had a butterscotchy/toffee kind of vibe for me. Once I put it on, that toned down a little bit and became a bit creamier, but with a bit more depth from the cocoa. Very nice. I didn't use much of this because I have no prior experience with Bang! and didn't want to overdo it - two three inch swipes in my cleavage and two three inch swipes just about my navel. I smooshed it around with my wrists. This was not one that had a lot of staying power for me, but I wore less than I usually would and went to a dance where I danced for pretty much every dance for three hours, so I wasn't surprised to find only the faintest trace of it left when I got home. I could probably wear more.

 

The Bang, which I haven't tried before, was interesting... It was a slightly different crowd than attends the usual dances, so I didn't have the chance to test on all the people I would usually try things out on. The people who typically strike me as being attracted to me and kind of flirty were about the same, or maybe slightly more so. Women were friendly and complimentary. However, there was one man there who I usually have a totally platonic response from and it definitely veered in another direction when I was wearing this. We both like each other and, because of our mutual involvement in the running of this dance club, often work together. We have pretty good "dance chemistry," I guess I'll call it, but we're pretty much just not interested in each other on any other level. Which is good, because his girlfriend is also part of the club and he is very serious about her and I think they're a great fit and I like both of them. Absolutely nothing that was in any degree inappropriate happened between us while I was wearing Odalisque, but he asked me to dance frequently and there was a little something "extra" in our dances - he held me a little closer and seemed more, I guess I would say, appreciative and attentive than he usually would be. So that was interesting. The guy I usually try all my new pheros out on stayed only a little while and I didn't get to dance with him, but I managed to catch up with him right before he left and he gave me a little side arm hug. Or, at least, that's what it started out as. Once he had me at his side he pulled me around in front of him and held me to him in a really tight hug for several seconds. It was kind of as if he couldn't help himself, tbh. As if he only intended to give me a perfunctory hug but then had to go the extra mile. So that was nice

Wow, Bang is pretty potent stuff. I tried it out again at a dance last night. One of my elderly admirers danced with me and afterwards joked that he could die happy now. Forgot to mention that when I wore Odalisque last week he asked me to marry him (in jest, of course!). My usual target was there and I danced with him several times. He often avoids me when I wear blends that have a sexy edge, and this is the sexiest thing I've ever worn before, so he steered away from me as often as he could, lol. But when he did dance with me he was smiling into my eyes the entire time, and he was, hmmn, maybe a bit grabby with his leading - with lots of hip and shoulder leads. Every guy that knew me well enough to hug me gave me a BIG hug after dancing with me at least once. And one very young guy - like twenty years younger than me - who had never hugged me before, seemed almost intoxicated. He pulled me in for a hug and held me so close and for so long it was definitely not platonic. He was so tuned into me that when he let me go he commented how fast my heart was beating (which it was, because I had just danced four or five really fast songs in a row). Then when he was heading out for the night he stopped by to say goodnight and winked at me. I guess that kid has been kind of flirty with me before, but the hug really tipped it over the edge.

 

I can't decide whether I'm going to wear this out dancing all the time because I think it's hilarious, or whether I should just have it around for special occasions.

I feel like I keep posting in this thread, but really, I have so many good experiences with Odalisque with Bang. I wore it to a dance last night and it really delivered. I had injured one of my hands, so I decided to mainly lead dances last night, instead of following them, so I wouldn't have to use my bad hand. All the men came and asked me to dance and I told all of them my story and said I was only leading. Very few of them could follow at all, but they all wanted to dance with me and so tried it out anyway. It was pretty funny.

 

But the guy who was the most affected is the one who typically avoids me when I'm wearing any of the sexier pheros. I guess his guard was down. Also, I put on more than I usually would, because why not? He was like a moth to a flame - he just couldn't keep away from me. After our first dance he sort of followed me around for a large part of the evening. So even though we danced a lot of dances with other people, when I sat out, he tended to "coincidentally" sit out at the same time and come over and stand with me. If I was talking to someone, he would come over and talk with them too. At the end he announced his intention to leave the dance a bit early, and then completely failed to do so. I hugged him good bye and then stood at the front desk looking over some handbills for a band that one of my friends is in. Suddenly he was right there too, going over them with me and initiating meaningless small talk about the band. We talked about various shitty things that had happened in my life the week before, all of which apparently required him to give me big hugs. Eventually I took pity on him and asked if he wanted to see a movie sometime, and after that he was able to drag himself away and actually leave, but not until I laughed at him and told him to "Get out of here, otherwise you will never leave!"

This is warm and sweet and coconut/cocoa butter musky. Vanilla and butter/cream, chocolate and cocoa butter, honey, and amber and musk. I tried this first out of Pherotine because of it being a rebrew and highly anticipated. It’s got all the good notes, but I sometimes have problems with coconut turning to plastic on me. It reminds me of the PE Bohemian Gypsy although that has no coconut and no Bang! I like the Bang! pheromone selfies I get. It does smell decadent right now, but I am leery of anything with coconut. I will definitely give it another try. Maybe I am just looking for a reason not to buy every.single.Pherotine.scent!

Really?!? I like coconut it just sometimes turns plasticky on me. It seems if the note is coconut cream that is not so much the case. So, maybe Bohemian Beauty has coconut cream in it. Only Mara knows...

So I tried my sample of this today. I didn't love it as much as I thought. On dry down, it was better, but it gave me a little bit of a headache. I only used a wand dab to sample the smell, so it wasn't an OD headache. After about an hour, I smell mostly the butter/cream.

 

I will say, however, that MRF w SS4W and Sneaky Clean can give me a headache, so it could be the phero. However, when I wear my UN Bang with LP Red, it has never bothered me. So not sure in that regards. I will try it again on another day to see if it happens again with this one. I have gotten good results with BANG, so I am hoping I can make this work and NOT have to endure the headache. I can definitely layer the scent if it isn't exactly what I am looking for.

I absolutely adore this scent, it's so beautiful. By far my favorite phero enhanced scent even better than careless breeze. It's just perfect, I would wear this without the pheros! It's like a big creamy grown up milkshake!

 

I hope this becomes a permanent, it's just soooo good!

I'll start off saying that I LOVE the chocolate honey thing. They are amazing together in every evocation I have tried here (and I have quite a few) and this version is delightful.

I'll be honest though and say in the beginning I was imagining a more cocoa butter/white chocolate scent, closer to the original. My particular problem being the original is a favorite scent but the phero (BI) is a tricky partner for me. I can only take so very little, least it raises my hackles and cleaves my skull. So my cocoa butter scent dream with BANG was my ideal partner in waiting.

I didn't quite get that here. But this version of chocolate/white chocolate with honey is a delicious variation on the choco honey theme.

I will thoroughly enjoy my bottle.

Thanks to Eastwood, I've now got this in my arsenal, and it's total adoration! So delicious and unique - right out of the bottle wet on my skin, I get a gorgeous almost nutty vibe - I know those notes don't exist in the breakdown, but I'm getting hazelnut or macadamia? Something velvety and subdued, very smooth. Then the creams and a touch of spice start to bloom, and to my delight nothing that overpowers. I can't quite do chocolate or honey generally, they either get too powdery or sickly, but this was beautifully liquid and balanced on my skin. Definitely foody but not like food, if that makes sense. I wore this out last night and my friend and I had people fawning over us all night. So EASTWOOD, thank you, girl for a stellar recommendation!!!!!!

 

I'm going to see my husband tomorrow for the first time in a month and think I'm going to give this a whirl... I wonder if it will hold up for the 6 hr plane ride. I've tried other pheros on him before to with marvelous results, but he hasn't been exposed to any LPs yet - I AM SO EXCITED TO TEST THESE OUT! Which ones to pack which ones which ones??? Def this and def Compromising Positions! But what else??

You went through 4 bottles? That's awesome. Sometimes I worry that I won't ever use up half of my perfume. I have gone through 1/2 of one Odalisque bottle, have another one opened and used a few times, and a back-up on the way. I considered two back-ups but stopped myself. The only sets of two bottles in my sale order are Pallas (I have one in spray now) and Lait Du Citron, which I only had a sample. At the moment, 3 bottles of anything seems like a lifetime supply. Four bottle of something this good doesn't seem unreasonable, though!

I have a sample vial of this in LPMP scent. What is the best way to wear this? Meaning can I put on (scented) lotion, then wear the entire sample vial in one go? Will it last all day?

After trying the new OCCO samples and deciding to go FB full set, I was left with these very-much-loved-though-hard-to-open samples. I added my Coco Cocoa and Occo Choco into my Odalisque. Seemed to give it a bit more depth and staying power.

I have just ordered this want to try it out on a guy i like, last week he asked me how i would feel if he pinned me up against the wall and got me screaming lol, so i thought this might give things an extra kick, i don't have any phero perfumes in my collection, so it will be interesting to see how things go lol!
