OK,after my dazzling day,am I the only one who is thinking of pairing this with OCCO PINK!
Mrschrissyrez
Good thinking Calii...amp up the sexy sugar spray with some OCCO Pink
BlueBear
Sadly, I don't think I've ever smelled OCCO Pink, but my first thought was Pink LAM!
Mrschrissyrez
That's a great idea also BB! But you definitely need to smell some OCCO Pink though!!
BlueBear
i know! i need to get the sampler.
Mrschrissyrez
I actually need to get the sampler too, but I do have white, pink, and blue. It's never ending, huh? I love it though!
dolphindolls2
I'm looking forward to trying my sample of this one as strawberry can go all plastic with my weird skin chemistry....
BlueBear
Is it bad that I want to lick this? It smells like cotton candy fresh off the machine. But real cotton candy, whereas the commercial Pink Sugar scent just smells chemical. I mostly just get the sweetness from the sugar. I can't identify the strawberry as strawberry, but it definitely gives this a pink feel. Tons of throw with this! Fans of Musk in the Pixiedust will love this.
Raq On
Oh I just KNEW it would smell like that! I didn't order b/c that kind of scent makes me eat candy. Serioulsy! And I know how talented Mara is at getting a smell dead on.
JOC
Does this have a very sugary/powdery feel to it, just like Pure Sugar, Egg, etc.?
Bella15
I don't get much strawberry...to me, on my skin, it smells like carmelized sugar... I *really* want to lick my arm... JOC, it's super sweet, but not powdery, at least not to me.
Celrynnya
This is another sugary LP scent that ends up smelling that caramellised sugar, just when it's getting a little too dark. The same thing happens with brown sugar LP notes. I don't get much of a Sugared Pure scent from it - it has too much of a caramel edge on it for that. It's very nice, though! halo0073
Smells like caramels and strawberries. Yummy. I think my kids will end up with this one.
BlueBear
It's not powdery to me either, and just before i showered, it did turn to a darker sugary scent. I think this will make an excellent bed scent, like sleeping in a cloud of candy fluff!
Calii
 I was going to wear the Lavender one to bed last night but while sniffing through them,I just stopped dead right here this is a fabulous scent,I get the caramelized sugar mostly and just love it ...ohhh Mara this would be a winner of an oil creation too !!!!!! ...ladies,this would be awesome spritzed on the ends of your hair if you have frizzies! or maybe even as a light setting lotion 0ooooo,gonna try it on bangs tonight
Bella15
I was thinking of using it on my hair too, Calii!!
JOC
Thanks, ladies! I will get the monthly sampler and I think my daughter will like this. I wonder how long will a bottle of the hydrating water range keep for as I'd like to hoard full bottles of a few of them.

luna65
This is what Mara told me: These have a shelf life of 2-3 years...best used by, say, June of 2015.
JOC
Thanks, Luna. Great to know that it will keep for a while.
luna65
Soooo yummy, I love this! To me it's like a sheer version of Spinnerett; I have a feeling Quince is going to want me to douse myself in an entire bottle.
LadyVictoria
He is. I doused myself in this because it smells fantastic. Like hot cotton candy drizzled with delciousness.
snowflake
It's like Pure Sugar and Cotton Candy in a spray.
cinnamonmel
No strawb here for me but i love it, liberally sprayed myself yesterday. I enjoyed the sweetness.
Synergist
I expected to love this one, and am surprised to find it is actually one of my least favourites - the sugar is too caramelised or "toasted" for my liking. I guess I prefer sugar to be powdery or crunchy, not cooked.

luna65
The caramelized quality is what makes it truly cotton candy-like to me. As I figured, Q loved this one when I paired it with LAM! Pink Amber, but he teased me and said, "You smell like fairy floss but why don't you taste like it?!"
LoveStruck
This smells like caramelized sugar to me, with hints of strawberry. Sweet, definitely...makes my teeth hurt! Juicy and a bit of a tartness after spraying. It seems to last longer than the other waters I've tried.

Juicy and a bit of a tartness after spraying. It seems to last longer than the other waters I've tried. Yum. How do y'all use - face, body, hair -- does it lock in any moisture of can you use to prep skin prior to body butters/ lotions to lock the hydration in? I love pink sugar - so may have to add to my list that's already so long I've confused myself.

However, I've used my Orange Almond HW though to mist after showering or right before bed when I want to moisturize well. Mist, then apply cream/lotion and the smell is heavenly, even if it only lasts for awhile!
